The atmosphere is very pleasant and prestigious, the public areas are clean and maintained, the rooms themselves are very luxurious and maintained at the highest level, the breakfast in the league of the most expensive hotels in Israel

Nice Hotel, rooms and service. Breakfast is enormous and delicious. The surroundings outside are not very clean and smell pee.

I would like to say thank you to all the hotel staff, its an amazing and very recommended hotel that many people dont even know about, because everyone knows only tel aviv, but i highly recommend this amazing, clean, amazing service hotel, and special tanks to the staff, Osher, Michal, Yanir, and Ziv, thank you for the lovely and amazing experience in the hotel highly recommended.

My stay in this hotel was really amazing. Hotel staff are professionals and very friendly, smiling all the time. This is something I miss in european hotels. Rooms are clean, and the breakfast.. wau! So good (very local on one hand and international on the other). Small refreshments in business lounge were also a nice addition. Position of the hotel next to train station is just a bonus. I highly recommend.

Nice hotel with easy access to necessary shops and amenities. Lovely staff generally great breakfast (Israeli style) with a nice executive lounge. The shower was by far the best of anywhere. The bed was super king size, firmly comfy with good pillows. If you visit, Jem's Beer Factory and BBBs are top of my list for food and drink. The supermarket and pharmacy at the bottom of the stairs are both excellent too.

Great location (close proximityto the Weizmann Institute), helpful staff, bountiful dairy breakfast, convenient amenities. Allows a restful stay.

Train station is 1 minute walk from hotel. Staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast is good, many choices. There is a lounge on 10th floor, a cozy place.

Very clean and comfortable, with excellent customer service, breakfast included was just amazing. My favorite area was the business area that provides coffee, tea, or drinks and some food. Public transport is just within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Was here for 5 nights and 6 days. Had wonderful experience of stay. Cannot say anything wrong as we had very good stay. Staff is very helpful. Location is also convenient to the local city and market. Room was very clean and comfortable bed. Everything was neat and clean. There is gym and lounge in the hotel. Breakfast was delicious.

Nice hotel with friendly service. We were invited to a free breakfast the morning we arrived! So thankful! Breakfast is delicious with various options and has a little difference everyday. Business lounge opens from noon to 21:00. Also serves delicious refreshments. Small gym opens 24 hours. Hotel is just in front of train station. Convenient location.

Wonderful, boutique hotel... at an incredible value. The entrance is nothing special, but once upstairs the room was very comfortable and modern. The business lounge is upscale, and the food served is varied and delicious. The traditional Israeli breakfasts are plentiful and were a great way to start each day. Last but not least, the staff were warm and dedicated. Most definitely recommended!

Very friendly Reception stuff. Clean rooms. Ok for short stay. All over inside design is dark and spaces in room not well designed...not to my liking. Parking was not introduced. +.. electronic Bill was send.

This place was really great. Nice, modern rooms and hallways, great breakfast, and complimentary access to club with food and drinks. They even brought us a gift of wine and snacks.

Descent hotel in a good location (restaurants, grocery store, station, easy to get taxy), very friendly staff and amazing breakfast. I bit pricy but only for European. Minor issues for cleanliness and noise but overall very good

Horrible Laundry services. 1st time - clothes came back after 3 days and found there were not mine 2nd time- Polo shirt Teddy Smith brand new returned dirty, white/grey large spots on both sides like it was used to clean the floors!!! This is really unacceptable and not at a level of this hotel. Laundry services is clearly very very bad. I am requesting a new Polo shirt and they should change the laundry company they are dealing with now. End of the story: My polo short was returned unwearable with the large spots...hôtel said it is the maximum they could do😂 really disappointing not about a Polo shirt but the absolute NO Care given to client. I am not the only one complaining about the laundry (my friend had the same surprise). The management of this hotel does not exist at All...very sad to see that. It's a good hotel and has spacious, open rooms. Good international television options and decent room environment controls. My only problem was with the thin walls -- you can sometimes hear your neighbors but it isn't particularly distracting.

Levi Isaac, the head Chef, is very personable and attentive. The food is amazing. The beds are very comfortable. Coffee is available 24 hours. There is expresso in your room. Highly recommended. Other amenities are here as well. Worth the money.

Lovely hotel, booked a room for my sister's wedding and she was upgraded to lovely suite free of charge. She was also provided with complimentary champagne and a fruit platter. Good breakfast, not quite excellent by Israeli standards. Accessing the gym was quite weird, had to get a key from downstairs, which turned out not to work. The gym itself seemed to be a treadmill and a few free weights stuffed into a storage unit.

I enjoyed my stay here and everything was fantastic. You are just a good hotel and thumbs up. Continue with your great hospitality in this industry. You are really serving the masses with highest standard they deserve. Will always check in whenever am in Israel.

Very convenient location for business trips BUT the building noise isolation is so poor that, if you get one of the nice rooms looking to the bus and the train station it will be like being there... Please, owners, isolate the rooms. The gym is very small and depressing and it would be good to improve the service at the restaurant. There is always things missing, small spoons, dishes... I enjoy being able to use the lounge, at the 10th floor, is very very convenient. Thanks for it

Excellent hotel in strategic location. 24/7 open lodge. It offers nice rooms, good buffet breakfast, currency exchange, laundry and fitness. You find both railway and taxi station in the same square. Good choice of restaurants in the near neighborhood. Definitely recommended

The hotel is overpriced. The cleanliness level is rather low, in particular carpets are visibly very dirty. The infrastructure is decadent and old/broken in several places. Everything is black (a colour which masks dirt), especially bathrooms. There is no swimming pool and the gym is terrible. The breakfast is rich for salty food and the people are nice and friendly, however this is not enough to justify the price. There's a train station right next to it, and loud trains pass by also in the middle of the night. The curtains are not very well light blocking so it will be very bright in the room from 5am, the hotel has no eye masks to provide if you can't sleep. I had a bathtub and there was no plug there to take a bath. So all in all not worth the money.
