we
ordered
the
place
for
a
friend's
bachelor's
party,
and
we
had
1
extra
friend
coming
last
minute.
We
talked
with
Zvia
on
the
phone
prior
to
our
arrival
and
told
her
that
we
have
an
extra
friend
coming,
but
we
will
not
require
an
additional
bed
for
him.
Once
the
friend
arrived,
Zvia
started
shouting
and
screaming
at
us,
demanding
extra
pay
for
the
same
rooms,
and
threatened
to
call
the
police
on
us
and
kick
us
out.
When
we
told
her
that
we
settled
it
with
her
earlier
on
the
phone,
she
started
calling
us
rude
and
denied
our
conversation.
A
bachelor's
party
is
a
one
in
a
lifetime
experience,
and
Zvia
knows
it.
Therefore,
she
used
this
as
a
leverage
to
extort
money
from
us,
and
we
were
backed
into
a
corner
and
at
last
unwillingly
paid
her
extra
200
shekels
in
order
to
not
ruin
our
friend’s
party.
In
addition,
we
had
the
following
issues
with
the
property
and
Zvia’s
hospitality:
-Zvia
had
her
laundry
drying
at
the
unit’s
balcony.
oWhen
we
asked
her
to
take
it
away,
she
started
shouting
at
us
and
complained
that
it
shouldn’t
annoy
us
“since
we’re
men”.
-The
entrance
to
the
house
had
no
light
on.
-The
corridor
leading
to
the
pool
area
was
tight
and
dark
as
well.
-The
pool
was
dirty,
with
bugs
and
leaves
in
the
water.
-Half
of
the
pool
facilities
were
not
operating
and
covered,
such
as
the
jacozine
and
table,
and
only
the
pool
was
lit.
-One
of
the
sitting
chairs
was
broken
and
rusted,
which
could
have
caused
harm
to
us.
-There
is
only
1
restroom
at
the
unit,
and
it
is
only
accessible
through
one
of
the
rooms.
-There
is
no
accessible
toilet
at
the
pool
area.
I
would
like
to
mention
that
Zvia
texted
us
in
the
next
morning,
stating
that
she
was
“sorry
for
the
incident
that
happened
the
previous
night,
and
had
we
told
her
beforehand
it
wouldn’t
have
to
come
to
this”,
but
that’s
a
blunt
lie.
