The hotel is very cozy - inside an authentic historical building. The room was very clean, quiet, convenient, and well equipped. The hotel team is very friendly, service-oriented and highly professional. Barbara, the manager, was available for any question, request and recommendation. It's located in a walking distance (~20 min) from the famous Tel Aviv Flee Market. I enjoyed the stay and the warm hospitality; and will definitely come back soon. Thank you Lala !

Friendly and responsive owners. Little treats in the lobby that were a really nice touch! But then comes the room. the room we first got had a small window and the room was not properly ventilated. we arrived earlier and the owners were so nice to check us in. we did a shower and left. arrived at night. the air was so humid and you could feel some moldy smell. we turned on the AC on the air drying function. no luck. the room felt like a cave. after one hour i felt like my chest was closing and started to cough really bad. and i have no allergies but the air was just to heavy. Barbara has sent us code for all rooms on ground floor to choose another one. the only one where you could breathe was the one with balcony facing the street. and that one was ok. but we felt like we almost slept on the street as the noise was horrendous. we had to take sleeping pills. the sheets felt like they were not clean and we found hair in the bed which was not ours. the towels had a grey-ish hue, far from being white. the corners of the showers are filthy and have mold. the pictures attached are the proof of everything mentioned. and then there is the toilet. literally in the room. just one curtain separating it from the bed. we saw the pictures but i was not sure it is really as it was. really not nice…at all. there is another toilet you can use in the storage room. which is really weird. a toilet “ thrown” in the middle of all bedsheets and towels and cleaning products. we wanted to move but then no money would have been refunded. so we stayed there. I really don’t understand the reviews. There are some that say exactly the same as above but most of them are 5/5. Maybe the rooms upstairs have better ventilation?!

LALA Boutique Very cute and romantic room. We had the superior room. Felt like a cozy cave atmosphere with modern amenities. Nice back porch area too. Super clean and host was super helpful with getting taxi lined up for early next day pickup to the airport. And host's sister who was working was super friendly and helpful too. Gave my wife and I great restaurant and dessert locations in Jaffa. The beach was about 15 minute walk from hotel and seemed safe. Price for the room was great! Would definitely stay there again if visiting Tel Aviv.

The owner and those working there welcomed me in and helped me feel comfortable in Tel Aviv right away. A convenient walk to Jaffa and very quiet.

I recently booked a last-minute stay at Lala Hotel, and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in for check-in, I was greeted by Barbara, who was not only kind but also exceptionally pleasant and incredibly accommodating. What stood out to me the most during my stay was the remarkable service. It felt like I was receiving a 5-star treatment at a cost of a 3-star hotel. Barbara’s warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home, and her willingness to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable was truly impressive. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing night. The attention to detail in the room and throughout the hotel was evident, making it clear that the staff takes pride in providing a top-notch experience for their guests. From check-in to check-out, my stay at Lala Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. It’s a true gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay that exceeds expectations. I can’t wait to return to Lala Hotel for my next visit!

An utterly delightful boutique hotel with the most friendly and helpful owners who are on hand to help you. We had a suite in the garden which was stunningly appointed and blissfully quiet with a seating area outside. In the well designed reception area there were free cookies, treats and coffees and in the garden itself there were treats and an honestly bar with drinks and alcoholic beverages. The garden is a lovely place to sit at night and enjoy a few drinks in the warm balmy evenings. The hotel is situated a 15/20 minute walk from Jaffa. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Unique experience at Lala Boutique Hotel! We felt at home. The attention was exquisite and they were always attentive to all the needs we had (Barbara, the owner, as well as her sister). They recommended us the best places to visit, eat and go out dancing, just as the locals enjoy it. The facilities were in perfect condition. It is a super nice place to stay and have a good time in Tel Aviv.

I absolutely love this hotel! The rooms are very authentic with a cave-style ceiling mixed in with modern decor and the garden was beautiful. Barbara and the staff offered excellent customer service 24/7. As for location, it is a 20-30 minute walk to Old Jaffa which was not bad at all. Overall, I highly recommend!

I wanted to stay in a cave-like hotel, so this atmosphere was great. Using Whatsapp, you will be sent recommended restaurants in the surrounding area before your trip. After arriving, you can also use Whatsapp to ask small questions at outside the hotel (where to buy souvenirs, airport transfers, etc.). It was something I had never experienced at a hotel in Japan, so it was a little fun. The interior and atmosphere of the hotel are very interesting and beautiful as you can see in the picture. The staff provide such a friendly and kind service. the only thing that bothered me was that there was nowhere to dry the laundry and used bath towels...(i also didn't ask about that.sorry if you have some onather place fot that!) However, it was a wonderful atmosphere and service that more than compensated for such things. I want to go again.

Owner (Barbara) was extremely responsive & helpful (principally thru WhatsApp texting). Room was a bit spartan, but adequate for two. And very quiet. Clearer directions on use of cryptic ventilation system would have helped. Delicious pastries & cookies provided in lobby.

This place was amazing. We came in super late and they were so accommodating. The room was clean. Shower had great hot water. The snacks were exceptional. I can’t say enough good things.

We had a wonderful stay in Tel Aviv at the Lala hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and cosy, it’s a friendly place to stay. Barbara is very thoughtful and helpful, very responsive and available, you can ask what ever you need she will help. We even got a bottle of wine as a welcome gift which was very sweet and surprising. I highly recommend this place to whoever would like to visit Tel Aviv!!

Spent 2 nights at LaLa Boutique Hotel in Tel Aviv. The hotel is very cozy and the room was very comfortable. The garden area is great for relaxing and having a drink. Barbara and Guy provide exceptional service and advice for what to do and where to eat in Tel Aviv. I will return.

Service was great! The coffee and sweets available all day at reception and the host was sooooo helpful, always available on whatsapp to give advise! Rooms are very nice with the stones and very picturesque, just the bathroom in our room was separated by a curtain and not a separate room (was absolutely not a problem for us but could be for others) but we were informed at booking by our host. Location is good, 15/20 min from Jaffa port.

The hotel is cool and funky. Archaic sloped cave-style ceilings in the bedrooms with offbeat fixtures. Cookies and pastries greet you in the lobby as you arrive. But the best of the best is Barbara, the owner-manager. Before my wife and I arrived, I got a horrible sciatica attack. I could barely walk. Barbara went way beyond the call of duty. She befriended us. She recommended a place for us to eat breakfast then she drove us there! After we were done, we messaged her and she picked us up and brought us back to the hotel. Barbara, sympathetic to my pain, even arranged for me to get some physical therapy. She was sincerely concerned with my condition and did everything she possibly could to help me, and with the sincerity of a big thoughtful heart. If you want to stay at a really cool, offbeat hotel where the ownership has no limits as to how helpful they can be, look no further than LaLa.

Very cool place. Barbara & Guy were super accommodating, the snacks in the lobby were excellent, and while the stay was short we were very pleased to stay here. Parking was free (which is unusual!), WiFi worked well, and the walk into Jaffa was easy; about 15-20 minutes. Great job, will stay again!

This place is a must say in Tel Aviv, even if only for one night. Guy and Barbara have created something truly magical in Lala. Everything is finished perfectly and their service and attention to their guests is nothing less than 10 stars. Honestly, I was so impressed.

Barbara and Guy have done an amazing work on this hotel keeping the old spirit and architectural structure while making it super clean, fresh, inviting, comfortable, modern and beautiful. On top of that they are awesome people that truly care about the guests and doing everything to help.

We really enjoyed our stay at lala botique. Barbara and Guy we're wonderful hosts.. we felt at home as soon as we got here. They helped us with some wonderful local recommendations which we wouldn't have stumbled upon otherwise and helped us with all queries we had about the city/transport/public services. It's slightly off centre but the city is so well connected that you don't feel it. The property was very quaint and beautiful and loved the goodies and coffee machine in the lobby that we could access at all times for free! Highly recommend it and it's also priced reasonably!

The hotel and the staff were amazing, super helpful and generous. They upgraded our room and offered help with planning our trip for the day after our stay. Will definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants a wholesome and authentic experience in Tel Aviv!

My wife and I stayed here at the end of our trip to Israel and we could not have made a better choice. Barbara and Guy were the friendliest hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect - they even arranged a massage for my wife’s birthday (at very short notice) in nearby Jaffa. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic hotel. Starting from the excellent communication prior to arrival all the way to the emotional good-byes. Barbara and Guy transformed a historic building into a beautiful hotel, full of charm and character. They treat guests like family, and stepping into the hotel feels like going into an oasis of calm, especially after a hectic day in the Tel Aviv summer sun. The room is beautiful and kept clean at all times, location is fantastic and the free parking across the street is a huge and rare bonus in Tel Aviv. We couldn't be happier with Lala, and we thank Barbara and Guy for making our stay in Tel Aviv so perfect.

Superb stay, special people!! I have been BLESSED in encountering Barbara and Guy: their hospitality and caring has been outstanding! They helped me recollecting my wallet from a cab driver who found it and sent it back to me at home in Italy!! I definitely recommend you to choose La La Boutique Hotel for your stay to feel in family and find a cozy, clean and romantic place where to relax! Rooms are wonderful and very comfortable. If you are a couple it is the best! Last but not least, go there to meet Barbara and Guy, now family to me, as they are special people.

Shortly after arriving to this charming place we had to cancel unexpectedly. We received full refund without any questions asked.
