During
my
pregnancy,
as
I
entered
the
more
advanced
weeks
and
I
had
time
(finally)
I
looked
for
a
yoga
course
for
childbirth.
A
course
that
allows
me
to
be
at
home
on
the
one
hand
and
on
the
other
hand
to
maintain
activity
and
flexibility
for
the
birth.
I
opened
the
Amayoga
website
and
read
a
bit.
I
was
impressed
by
the
professionalism,
the
quick
response
that
Bitel
gave
and
I
was
also
happy
about
the
refund
from
the
college.
One
of
the
things
that
was
significant
for
me
and
gave
me
drive
is
that
Avital
(the
instructor)
is
pregnant
herself
in
the
videos
and
this
gives
a
sense
of
competence
and
identification.
In
general,
the
classes
are
indeed
filmed,
but
they
are
completely
'passing
the
screen'
and
there
is
a
feeling
that
I
will
cancel
right
in
the
room
where
I
practiced
the
yoga.
The
night
before
the
birth
which
was
just
now
(a
week
ago)
my
fetus
decided
to
turn
into
a
breech
position.
The
doctor
started
to
prepare
the
ground
for
surgery
-
he
suggested
that
there
might
be
a
reversal
in
an
operating
room,
or
a
delivery
room
with
an
option
for
surgery...
I
started
shaking.
I
went
back
to
the
room
where
I
was
hospitalized
and
started
doing
yoga
poses
for
an
optimal
position
as
we
learned
during
the
course.
On
the
hospital
bed
I
started
to
do
the
candle
position,
the
six
position,
the
fetal
position
and
more...
In
the
morning
the
doctor
I
accompanied
during
the
pregnancy
came
on
duty
and
checked
the
plant
of
the
fetus
and
said
that
she
was
already
in
the
lateral
position.
He
managed
to
complete
the
round
completely
and
the
fetus
was
ready
for
birth.
During
the
contractions,
I
made
sure
that
Mor
was
moving
with
a
physio
ball,
pelvic
rotations,
diaphragmatic
breathing...
the
course
gave
me
confidence
and
another
dimension
of
getting
to
know
my
body
in
preparation
for
the
birth.
It
is
clear
to
me
that
yoga
and
guidance,
mantras
and
practice
have
a
significant
place
in
the
birth
process
I
went
through.
Practicing
the
course
makes
it
possible
to
maintain
movement
and
flexibility
throughout
pregnancy
and
body
confidence
in
such
a
wonderful
process.
Highly
recommend.
Anyone
who
wants
is
welcome
to
ask
more
privately.
