I was really disappointed in my recent visit. I've never loved D'Elia's, but My Hero was close, and I didn't want to drive all the way to Butch's, so I stopped here, and I don't know if I'll ever go back, at least not to this location. The wait for 2 turkey sandwiches was like 20+ minutes, and the sandwiches were poorly made and overpriced. The interior was dirty and smelled like pee, and the tables were all sticky. I've had fine experiences at the Woodcrest location, but this one is bad. 2 stars because they used to be better.

So disappointed in the sandwiches we bought they were hard as rocks the bread crumbled everywhere. Paid way too much for this disappointing experience

The food is always delicious here. I have been eating at Delia's since 1964. I actually lost my first tooth while eating a Delia's grinder. I still love it. The bread is crusty but not hard. Their ingredients are always good quality. Staff are friendly and the place is clean. If you want an authentic Italian sandwich, this is the place for it.

I have been enjoying their grinders since 1973, I was attending Magnolia Beauty College on Sunset Avenue. (not their anymore,) D'Elia's Grinders was on Brockton. (Not there anymore). One thing hasn’t changed your bread delicious.and your service thank you,

Well, I am 65 yrs old and Delia's has been in my life since I was around 5 yrs old. Not, this location.. But, back on the East Coast in Connecticut.. But, still the same quality that come's with the name. When, my family moved to Long Beach, Calif. We sure missed Delia's Grinder's. In, fact... Anytime relatives came to visit.. they always came with an extra suitcase full of Delia's Grinder bread. Then,when we found there was Delia's out here in Riverside..... It doesn't get much better than that!!!! Thanks for bringing those wonderful Grinder's out this way.I will never stop enjoying them.

We love this place, it just sucks that a whole sandwich is nearly $20 :( a half sandwich is just a few bucks cheaper, when it should be at least half the price. It’s like you might as well get the whole sandwich. For two people getting 2 whole sandwiches it costs us nearly $40!!! I don’t think any sandwich place should be that expensive. We’d eat here a lot more often if it were cheaper but unfortunately getting sandwiches now must be a special occasion type deal just because it’s so pricey.

I have been to Delia's since I was little, for many years now, the place, the menu and the service is as I remember. I moved around to other states and every time I go to California I need to stop by and eat a grinder because they are just so yummy and unique, It's The BREAD y'all!

I grew up in this area throughout the 80s and up in through the early 2000s. Throughout time even before I was born, my family always visited this place. Family friendly, and a grassroots business, has always been the neighborhood and regional favorite for grinders/sandwiches. Keep up the good work!
