First-off, they have turmeric latte, a blessing & great for your health. It's cosy with an excellent choice of coffee beans to browse over, being in their bags near the counter. Groovey Owner & side-kick who know their stuff. Beaut drinks cabinet & yummy muffin & cake cabinet. I must say their graffiti wall is excellent also. Situated down the Plaza Arcade accessed from either Murray Street Mall or the Hay Street Mall, Yo Finn!

Absolutely delicious, can’t go wrong here, enjoy one of the best coffee spots in the city. *take away only* but a few stools to have a sit and read the paper if you fancy.

Best coffee in perth. Not kidding. We bought their beans - smooth hazelnut, butterscotch toffee, highland mist and blue mountain! Friendliest guy (didnt get his name)!

Cool little place inside the arcade, blink and you'll miss it! Delicious coffee and great muffins too (I had the feta spinach one, amazing!). Good value at $4 for a small flat white. Only suggestion I have is that they get some nicer takeaway cups, but that is super minor!

My favourite coffee shop in Perth specifically for amazing tasting coffee. Its small and perfect for grabbing a quick cup on the go when shopping or on your break in the CBD! The staff are incredibly friendly and have never gotten any of my orders wrong. They all seem genuinely happy to be working at Finns espresso as well which always makes the visit that much better! Just be advised you may not want to drink any other coffee after drinking Finns coffee. They also supply a good amount of juice, muffins, teas, matcha, and more!

The only place I know in the CBD which has such a beautiful & sensational aroma of coffee as you approach.. the variety of coffee beans and flavour to choose from are wide and the choice is difficult each time you order. Smooth hazelnut mocha is my go to pleaser but I will try their matcha and white choc mocha next time.

Brilliant coffee bean varieties. Easy to order online to have delivered or call them to do a store collection. I love the Colombian, Nicaraguan, Swiss Choc & Cinnamon Hazelnut whole bean mix. Just a perfect aroma & taste! I highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Finns Espresso!

I can't live without my smooth hazelnut coffee beans anymore! They have a variety of specials beans you can order to go or to make a coffee. My favourite beans so far are smooth hazelnut and hazelnut with cinnamon. I also super recommend trying their white mocha!

It was a good coffee, didn’t need sugar as it wasn’t as bitter which I prefer. Limited options for the food, wish they had some pastries.

That's one of the instances when a high rating doesn't meet your expectations. If you are looking for a great specialty coffee shop, then go somewhere else. Coffee here feels like milk with a coffee aroma. But again everyone has their own taste

Happily walk a long distance (10min walk) from my office to get coffee from here past other coffee shops. Never had a bad brew in 4 months of repeat visits and the price is very reasonable. While the food options are low, the food is very tasty. Particularly rate the Melting Moments.
