40 mins in the drive up for a Sausage Mcmuffin, med fries. large coffee. while customers inside were arriving, eating their meals and leaving. The service was completely unacceptable and does NOT measure up to McDonald's corporate standards.

Service is too long... Automatic command didn't work, problem to pay with card... waiting 15 min. for a Sunday chocolate....

Deserves 0 points for the service. We ordered 4 mc muffins with 2 orange juices and 2 cappuccinos with the option to sit on the terrace typing in the number of our order (for the table to place on). The cappucinos arrived after a few minutes. So far ok. Another 20 minutes passed and no food, no orange juices. All other people arriving after us were long gone finishing their meals. So I went in asking in English. The little lady seemed to be confused and first asked the mc cafè employee even though I told her that we received the cappuccinos. Than she went on searching for our order and turned back and said : another 2 minutes! 😲 After 20 minutes another 2 minutes waiting ??? Seeing my face she turned to her superior who came up to me and talked very agressively in Romanian to me! When she finished I asked her to say it again in English pls. She bluntly answered:NO! The girl said sorry in advance. The manager didn’t. There were almost no people at 10 am. So I asked for a compensation: the manager seemed to be angered and suddenly speaking relatively good English, said we could have a drink or a French fries and just turned her back on us. Instead of a long coffee we got an espresso as compensation. Unfortunately nowadays Also people without manners can be mcDonalds managers. Do they ever think what impression they make on passing by foreigners about their country?

15 minutes wait for a cold burger, undersized cold fries.....doesn't sound like an iconic fast food... never ever will I come back again.

Better starve for one day than eat McDonald's. The food is in small quantities, a lot of added sugar and preservatives. Really you can't call it food.

As usual in McDonald's locations. Sometimes the food preparation takes waay too long ... For drive-thru, make sure you are comfortable with your rides' dimensions , the passage is narrow and rich in steep corners.

Self-kiosks won't take the offers from the mobile app. Does not have sufficient locators for self-ordering. A lot of fake advertising.

This is the first place where they don't forget to add items in the bag. Fast, never waited for too long.

the food is prepared very very slowly, every time when we order , we have to wait 45 mins to take the order. please do something about this McDonalds!!!

Well, we all know McDonald's food so I won't comment on that. The most satisfying were the personnel attitude and the atmosphere which I highly enjoyed.

We go there a few times a month, mostly use the drive thru. Sometimes is faster, sometimes very crowded, but the staff is friendly and know what they are doing, we had good experiences there. We went inside too and used the self service terminals which are intuitive and fast, but we didn't stay too long inside because we went when it was almost full every time.

Long queue, cant eat outside anymore eather so most ppl eat by their cars in the parking lot or just take the Drive-through. the bar is open even if you dont use the automated machines

Waited 30 min for 6 nuggets and two combo menus. You are not even worth the name of fast food, it's just junk food served slow.

fries werent salty, but the was a nice time spent there with comfy places to eat

McDrive is very slow, I recommend takeaway. Sometimes the place is overcrowded and you have to wait in line outside.

Decent quick service, kind of weirdly placed and small Drive-through. Can't fault the people working there though.
