My young daughter has been in pain all day, every day, for the past two years, she has a disorder with her bowels.  Another side effect is that she suffers from both types of incontinence.  As you can imagine this is becoming a cause of great shame and embarrassment as she becomes more socially aware, despite it not being her fault. On Saturday the 27th May we were mid journey on our first trip into France when we needed to stop for electricity at the Tesla Supercharger.  Sadly my daughter was suffering an extremely bad day and had soiled herself for the 2nd time of the journey, we cleaned her up to the side of our parked car. She then announced she needed the toilet again and my wife hurried her to the hotel in the hope they would show some compassion.  We would not have had time to find a public toilet. The receptionist informed my wife that the toilets were for guests only.  Whilst this is understandable and I am sure the trickle people from the Superchargers is a cause of annoyance, the manner that the lady informed my wife was plain rude. There are a number of things you could do to improve your services for those visiting from the Superchargers: Remove the signs located near the Superchargers and replace with a stern guests only sign. The receptionist could have offered my wife an opportunity to purchase some coffee/tea in reciprocation. The receptionist could have advised where to find a public toilet. I hope the receptionist never has any child in her family, or for that fact any adult, suffer from a similar condition as my daughter.

We charged our Tesla at the supercharger located 50 meters from the hotel and went for a coffee at the terrace. The woman attending made us feel very unwelcome indeed! She also charged €6 for a regular cup of coffee, a new personal record for me. We are staying in the area for a couple of weeks and thought about checking the restaurant for a possible dinner the next time we charge. We dropped the idea 😃. For the record: we didn't stay at the hotel, so they might be nice to other guests for all we know.

I am a Tesla owner and while charging the car at the Supercharger on the premises I was forced to buy something from the bar in order to use the toilet, being told the new sanitary regulations imposed to consume. I had to order something, and when I went to the toilet I was appalled to see it was filthy and had ONE fabric towel hanging on the door to dry your hands. No paper towels, no electric hand dryer, nothing!!! How does one dirty towel respect the sanitary protocol you are so eager to enforce on the Tesla owners charging their cars?!?!?! I understand if the hotel wants to make an extra income through Tesla, but at least put a sign in the parking or at the entrance of the hotel, that the toilets are reserved for hotel guests only. Don’t let us go all the way, enter the reception, and be humiliated by a bitter receptionist who requests to buy from the bar!!!!! This will be a hotel I will never stay in.

The hotel building itself is terrific, the surrounding is also beautiful. But don't order food here unless you feel like wasting your money. We had lunch here and for Nineteen Euro, you got a conserved food in original glass. The staff just warmed it up in the microwave and didn't even bother to present the food better. The soft drink was also expensive, seven Euro for one glass.

Extremely rude staff for something they are getting paid such as Tesla Supercharger clients. We stopped to charge on the territory and went to the reception. The guy there in a rude manner told us that it’s only for hotel guests and didn’t offer any other option. I’m sure that’s it’s not that hard to provide a basic service and get happy clients to their own hotel bar or something instead they do that.

Terrible rude (claimed) manager who does not let people use the bathroom even though they are facilitating a Tesla supercharger. We arrived here after a 4 hour traffic jam with 2 kids to charge our Tesla and lunch. They asked me to first buy a cup of coffee of couple euro before using any facility while we wanted to lunch there. I did not use any facilities further.

Charming little hotel in a nicely restored castle facing the Loire valley. It was a perfect spot to initiate a visit of the Loire valley castles. Highly recommend!

We just stopped to charge our Tesla and decided to use the WC at the hotel, they told us it's only for customers, which is super strange for Tesla superchargers locations. They suggested to take something like a coffee. So, 4 euro for espresso 6 euro per American coffee. Come on! It's not a wine, just a very simple and average espresso ))) I would stay in a car in this place)))

The Art Hotel Tours is located in a historic building and stables near the banks of the Loire river. Although the name of the hotel and URL suggests otherwise, it is in is Rochecorbon, not Tours. The hotel does serve breakfast but is not suitable for vegans except for some croissants and marmelade. They also don’t serve any plant-based milk. Although the building is old, the interior decorations in the hotel are very modern. The rooms are scented with a very strong perfume that gave me somewhat of a headache. The hotel was very empty, with one employee and perhaps three quest couples. The place made a desolate impression. There is no restaurant and the ones in the area that we tried (on the same road) are not recommended.

Room was very nice, the beds were comfortable and the the bathroom spaceous and modern. The bar was OK and the breakfast was nice although we only had the cold buffet. The building and location are a sight to see and with the advantage of Tesla SuC's in the 2nd car park an absolute bonus! Staff very friendly and helpfull. The shower head was loose and the room had a very slight damp and musty smell. The was no restaurant for evening meals and the town centre was a car journey or 90 mins walk away.

Had coffee during supercharger stop. Beautiful location overlooking Île des Buteaux in the river Loire. Nice service.

If a hotel accepts to host a Tesla supercharger station it should be implied that toilets should be available to drivers to use, even if they charge for it, but it’s not fair to not let us use the toilet unless we consume something in the hotel bar/restaurant

Gorgeous hotel! Loved the location and the decor! We were fortunate to meet the owner and he was very nice. The staff was very friendly also.

Very friendly staff, located outside town in quiet setting but horribly pretentious decor (all black or white) with weird lighting making the bathroom a very odd experience. Breakfast parlour is minuscule which didn’t stop them from piling in all guests and seating them on bizarre chairs probably designed by the Spanish Inquisition. Guaranteed not to be boring, but far from an ideal weekend destination.

Whilst this is a "nice" hotel and the staff tried their best and where friendly enough, there are certain things one comes to expect as a minimum in a "Luxury" or 4-5* establishment at this price point: 1. Cleanliness - masses of cobwebs outside windows. 2. Working appliances: upon seeing the range of push button options in the "capsule" shower I made a point of asking how to use it... I was shown a brochure ... but none of the features worked in the shower other than the taps as in a standard shower. 3. Shower & Bath: some " premier" rooms only have one or the other, but not both? 4. Mini Bar/fridge: neither were present, so had to use ice in wine bucket from room service. 5. Coffee/Tea options: No fresh milk (no fridge) ...but not even a long life option for the milk, and why only one espresso pod and one decaf pod.?? 6. Quality finishes & attention to detail: Bedside Lamps.. are they meant to be tarnished? Why is there a tangle of cords under the side table going to a cheap powerboard? Hardly "artistic", why is there not a dedicated and correctly installed power point located directly under the Nespresso Machine etc? 7. Restaurant: surely any 4-5* hotel has to have at least a 7 day dinner service not just a continental breakfast and a charcuterie option (this was very good, but no substitute for fully cooked main meals). And no, the pub food across the road at the kiddies fun park is not up to a 4-5* level - a 10-15 min walk or 5 min drive along main road will find you a very decent restaurant though.

Nice hotel with gentle and supporting personnel. Beautiful ambiance due to tasteful decoration and furniture. Nice rooms with good bed, clean bathroom and, again, without your usual, dull, fit-for-all decoration
