I got a very rude reply from one of the Staff, and secondly my son was scolded and pushed very badly for touching the barriers from the same lady, and when my wife confronted her, She turned her back without apologizing and saying a word. Is this what we can expect from Michael Kors? I am just trying to send and official complain to the concern department with right dates and timings so that the culprit gets what she deserves, but unfortunately I couldn't find any Link. #MichaelKors #Badcustomerservice

I was yelled at by a female staff who was on the fat side and of average height at the entrance. She impatiently told me the discount information and ordered me to place the umbrella. I have never been in a situation like this before and I don't know if she is being so rude to all customers or is she racist towards Asians! !
