I have said : I want to pay whit the credit card in euro. They said Ok, but they did in my courency. That cost me 6 euro more ! Pay attention when you pay whit credit card !!!

Bought me a nice jacket here.. This store is located in the designer outlet in Roermond, Limburg, Netherlands. This store has a good variety of clothing and also bags. The staff is friendly and very helpful and also the security guards are very friendly and nice.. When we ask the young lady at the counter if the 10% coupon can be used. She scoftly says no (although they are part of the list where we can use those coupons) and continue with the transaction process. Also when my mother was done with her payment, she removed the card and throw it, instead of handing it out nicely. Talk about bad attitude. I won't scream racism, although my mother thinks she is being racist.

For Black Friday 20% discount on 2 purchased items, 30% on 3 items and 40% on 4 items. You come to the checkout with 5 items and they tell you that the items are from the new collection and that you do not have a discount, the question arises - how are the new items in the outlet store, a shame ...

The most teribil service. The workers are arogant, instead of explane the fact why the products are stay in worng place (means they dont do they job well) they answer with not respect at all - "You can go out and dont buy anything". Really??? This is how customers must to treat? The most arrogant and rise her voice was "Amanda" .I ask her name from manager. If is wrong, let me know i will discover this in any way. People must to know a "best workers".
