😠 There were no informations about the return policy in advance. I bought a bag and wanted to return it after an hour because I changed my mind, but that wasn‘t possible. I didn’t even unpack the bag. No goodwill of the manager. Don‘t recommend.

    Liars!! It was four years ago that the staff in this shop sold a bag with scratch to me. They hided the truth in the beginning. And they refused to give a refund but only a voucher when I found out the problem after my payment . No apologies have ever been made. So, keep in mind and be very careful that if you ever plan to buy something in this shop, you run a high risk of being cheated!!

    Had an unpleasant shopping experience in Furla today. I bought a key chain for 49 euro and when I checked out, a casa stuff ask me where are you from ? I told her and kindly remind her I don't need tax refund form. She replied me " yes, It's too cheap to ask for a tax refund anyway. " I don't think it's a professional and not even a polite answer. No customer deserve such kind of services.
