We entered the store at 8:30 Pm and two girls locked us in at 8:40. It was very uncomfortable and they were definitely pushing us to leave. They kept saying they wanted to go home at 9. How can you go home at 9 if that's when the store closes? Someone even knocked on the door and said they wanted to come in and still had 9 minutes but they were not allowed in. I don't understand where this rudeness comes from. I used to get all my active wear here but that's over now. 9 PM means 9 PM!

Nothing there, curry sneakers, new hoodies, compare with nike and adidas stores in roermond, things you can found in this under armour just include some old and ugly clothes and some old fashion sneakers which were launched many years ago, as a result this store has very little traffic, please add some new products otherwise you will earn nothing

The Under Armour Factory House in Roermond is just okay. The discounts are decent, but the selection is limited and the store layout is confusing. Staff are friendly but not always knowledgeable. It's worth checking out if you're a fan of the brand, but don't expect to be blown away.

Horrible service. The contacts they provide in the website are useless. I have tried to message them on the web and they said they didn't recognise my details so I wasn't able to message them, the live chat doesn't work either. I have found a whatsapp number and I texted them, they were absolutely useless saying that they can't do nothing about it. I just want my refund, why is that so difficult? They asked for the shoes I do not want, I have sent them before Christmas and yet I still don't have my money.
