Thanks to Mrs. Dana from the physio, who through involvement and organization managed to optimize the time given to the procedures in such a way that to fit into the allotted time slot, even if there were meetings or other unforeseen activities. Thank you to Mrs. Tunde from the massage and to everyone involved in this activity.

The staff could be a little more professional in the sense that I have witnessed several times in quality arguments/discussions between employees. The place itself is quite bureaucratic and confusing: you arrive at the top parking lot, then you have to go down to the ground floor to get your ticket, then you have to go back up to the 1st floor or where you have work. At the end of the day, you have to present yourself again at the reception on the ground floor and then return to the upper parking lot. For some people who come for such treatments, it is not really the most effective thing. Now with some good parts: most of the staff behave very well with the patients (although as I mentioned above, they are not really well). The equipment is new and modern, and the place itself is clean - absolutely nothing to complain about. Overall an ok experience. With a little effort it could easily be a 5/5 place.

It is hard to believe that you can receive quality medical services from employees paid with a salary of 1300 lei per month. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had: uncaring, unqualified staff, procedures on top of procedures to compensate for this lack of qualification, no compassion, zero humanity. The outcome? a kind of 5 star prison. Indeed, a lot of money put into the walls and equipment (European money, I think) but, in no case, a place to try. Add insult to injury: no one was wearing a mask (even though it was still a declared pandemic) and, as a result, my mother, who was hospitalized there, was sick with covid, and she was going to die. It was terrible. NOT.

Such a different hospital. Is even hard to call it a hospital, in fact is a place where you go to get and feel better. And fast recovery is ensured by a team of devoted people. Saw there various cases which were treated with so much empathy. In 10 days I feel like a new person, shoulder pain is gone, which is totally incredible. They offer so many facilities which can be paid or thru the national public insurance program. Regardless, you will find there state of the art technology, doctors and nurses which, on top of all are great people, will be there for you, understanding your needs and adjusting your recovery program. There is an indoor pool for hydrokinetic exercises, an outdoor pool which will open this year, so many machines and tools just for your wellbeing. I totally recommend Auxologico Medcenter if you wish to see your pains go away and start to feel like new again. Big thanks to everyone there! See you again in a year!

Thank you for the wonderful experience I had at this center. From the beginning to the end, from the reception, medical check-up and continuing with the various procedures, we really felt that we came for healing, recovery, we paid attention to our bodies. Together with my wife we ​​enjoyed underwater shower, group physiotherapy, massage, laser treatment, lymphatic drainage, current therapy. A wonderful team, the only challenge was sometimes the wait to get into the various procedures, which I think is due to the lack of staff. Even if people try, certain procedures cannot be done in parallel by many people even if there is equipment. This can probably be fixed fairly easily in the future. Thank you very much and we will be back, our bodies thanked us for taking extra care of them.

The best and most modern clinic, the best doctors and everything impeccable

Incompetent but polite! We are subjected to an endless succession of procedures without any logical explanation or clarification of their benefits. The staff, mostly young and without significant experience, face modest wages and a huge workload (so they claim). Under these conditions, it is practically impossible to benefit from adequate and beneficial treatment. All this at rates 2 or even 3 times higher than in other places. The locker room is equipped with lockers so small and narrow that not even a shoe can fit in them. We don't even talk about the key anymore, because it doesn't exist. Thus, you have to carry your bag with you to each procedure or leave your valuables (phone, wallet, watch, etc.) in the car. In the pool area, the temperature is downright freezing. They prefer to save on electricity and not keep the temperature higher than 26 degrees. And now you will think: "But 26 degrees is quite warm..." It is true, but being a large room with glass windows from top to bottom, the heat cannot be maintained. The climate should be set to at least 30 degrees in winter to avoid freezing patients when they get out of the water. And because they are extremely concerned about ecology and sustainability, they only use light bulbs with sensors everywhere. So if they don't detect motion, they turn off. We often wait in dark hallways to enter the procedures, which I find embarrassing, especially since the website boasts that they have invested 13 million euros and that they are the coolest hospital in this galaxy but they can't afford to- and pay the current bill. In addition, during the procedures, you are in a position to be interrupted by all kinds of students, clients, visitors and other people who subject you to meaningless questions and discussions, in which you, as a payer for these services, are not interested . There is no privacy whatsoever. The physical recovery process should also be accompanied by a pleasant and slightly stressful mental environment. NOT like the market! The only positive aspect is the polite attitude, the rest is a disaster.
