Had a very nice few days here using vacation vouchers. The spa is amazing and during the week it is not so busy. Unfortunately during the weekends, it is pretty impossible to find some space there. The food is good, the variety is very wide - ranging from pizza, burger, pasta, soup, fish and deserts, there is quite a wide variety of options. It's in a very scenic location - Transalpina is running right next to the hotel. I really recommend going during the week, as the experience will be much more peaceful.

The facility itself is nice. You can find there a nice pool, a little jacuzzi that can get crowded sometimes and a couple of saunas (a dry one and a humid one). There's also a little gym at the first floor. However, if you plan on doing a few days there you might want to consider doing it during weekdays. During the weekends there are a lot of kids by the pool and can get a little noisy. If that does not bother you, you're good to go. Rooms are spacious and clean. You can get a great breakfast at the restaurant and there is great variety in the dinner menu. Oh and BTW the prices has not exploded here, like everywhere else!! Internet connection is poor because of the placement of the resort between high peeks while the wifi connection is not that fast, but it's stable.

We spent some very pleasant days here. The hotel is very new, everything was clean, smelled great and was comfortable. All the food was tasty and fresh. Breakfast was served buffet style when there were more guests, a la carte when there were fewer. The views are amazing!! Will definitely come back!

Great location! We were really surprised at how clean the room and the entire complex were. The spa is great and relaxing. Morning breakfast and coffee could be improved, but we felt great regardless of these small details. Will definitely come back for a new relaxation with the family!

The place is really nice and the spa is new and elegant. The only issue is that the spa is meant to be for relaxing, and the place is full of families with little children. If you want to relax and enjoy the quiet I do not recommend the place in a weekend.

Having a day off Spa great facilities finish with a great relaxing massage done excellent buy the young man ( really not remember his name ) almost full off sleep as really relaxing 45 minutes.

Excellent location, very clean and nice staff. The breakfast has a high variety of food. The pool is awesome. Definitely we will come back.

Nice place to relax but to find out that the entire investment at Nedei is done with public money stolen by the high politicians. in this case Ludovic Orban(ex prime minister of Romania) being the shadow owner of the place. So, before you book in your place think twice where the money goes to.

Great experience! Sparkling clean place (room, grounds, spa, restaurant, parkinglot etc.), professional and friendly staff. Included beakfast was rich with lots of options, room price also includes access to spa. Spa is accessible for a decent price for outside guests, too. Great views and location. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is new and located near Sugag on the lower part of TransAlpina. The hotel looks nice and has all amenities with restaurant, terrace, playground, spa. The service was good. The room was comfortable and large, warmed due to low temperatures, view to mountains. The breakfast was diversified with meats and cheeses and delicious. The restaurant has a good offer of dishes, quick serving and good prices. The spa is fantastic : new, 2 saunas, salt room, pool, jacuzzi, natural lighting, very clean - worth to pay the extra fee which is decent. The prices for room and spa are good. First, the pandemic was ignored - no one in the staff wore masks, there was no sign and no disinfectant in breakfast area, guests not mandated for mask at buffet when standing up or anywhere in the hotel , no gloves for serving food , shared serving dishes at platters, crowding in a period when the no of cases is growing. Not safe, not ethical and not cool at all, plus outside the regulations. Who takes the risk of infection, the administration - or does the virus not exist once you step in? Sorry to remove a star due to this. Besides this, a kettle and tea in the room would be great.
