One of my favourite pubs in Baia Mare. It is located right in the old town, the prices are very good and the staff if very friendly. Whether you are enjoying a cold beer on the terrace during a warm summer day or just chill out inside the pub, you are guaranteed to have a good time with your friends. They often have concerts or movie screenings as well.

Wow, you would not know it from the street, but going inside is like a step back in time. Plenty of seating, good selection of drinks, friendly staff, and wifi. Go a little farther to the back and you find a beautiful garden where you can sit comfortably and enjoy. This place is one of the best surprises of Baia Mare, and highly recommended.

Even though we could only run in for one beer it was a very positive experience. We wanted to drink some romanian craft beer and we were offered a great variety of choices. The bartender was rather helpful and kind. Thank you.

This place was terrible - we were accused of gambling although we were just playing a card game (with Hungarian cards). The bar tender then called us "Mother frs". None of this involved any exchange of money, and another table was playing cards as well. They refused to explain the problem and policy to us even though several of us asked. I have been in many bars in my life time, and many in Romania, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. Avoid.

Bad service and management. I've been there the other day and me and my friends were accused of gambling even though we were just playing Hungarian cards and the other people from other tables were all playing other card games. The way the staff handled the situation was very rude and unreasonable so we had to move to another bar. I'd suggest to choose another place in the centre if you're visiting.

We arrived and sat down for a relaxing drink, whilst sat down a reserved place was put on our table and we were told they were full!!! Pity this attitude gets you a bad review! Customer service costs nothing and maybe a little more discussion could have resulted in a better outcome! We left and enjoyed a pleasant evening round the corner at Liberty!!
