I found the place on Google Maps since I was in the mood for some ribs. I ordered something like loaded fries as appetizer which was fine. For the main meal I ordered the marinated pork ribs. The waiter brought it fairly fast and I started to eat. I was surprised when I found out I got the pork belly. I asked for the menu to see who made a mistake, me or the waiter. Waiter offered another meal and to bring the pork ribs, which I rejected. I love pork belly too. Pork belly was terrible. I gave one more star more than they deserve for the whiskey I drank, it was good.

Sounds good, looks good but my experience was not good. To start with the good stuff: nice looking place, great presentation, friendly staff and tasty sauces. Bad part: the veal ribs were not trimmed, the pork chest was overcooked, the beef burger had a sweet sauce which was not appropriate and the rib-eye was hard and dry. We asked for a medium rare and it came almost well done:( Honestly, without major changes in the way the food is cooked I wouldn't recommend.

The meals are too big and too heavy for my taste but they are good tasting (only if you are into bbq). The restaurant has a main theme, American bbq, and sticks to it through and through and that's very appreciated.

Very nice and warm restaurant. The view of the terrace is great. Friendly staff. The food is great, you must try the garlic pork ribs and chicken strips. The best in town!

I gave 2 stars for the atmosphere and the garlic pork ribs, which were both awesome. The dessert was good, but not wow. We waited 30 mins to receive drinks (first time), then the waiters made us wait even longer if we ordered other drinks in the meantime. The chicken wings my friend ordered were not freshly made, but just reheated. It’s a pity because this is our second time here and it was quite disappointing.

If you love ribs and you didn’t try yet Suzana’s Menu, you are losing a lot. And if you want some more deliciousness you have the loaded nachos and one of the best Coleslaw salads i have ever tried. Great place, i highly recommend it!

Tried the wings and they were great. Spiciest ones were with chilli but they are not super spicy. If you are a wings guy, I recommend trying the plateau with multiple types. The sauce with yogurt was great. Only 4 stars because the service took a long time abd it wasnt full

Ribs with garlic, Ribs with BBQ and wings with BBQ, Veggy Burger. Home beer really good. All of them really good. But if you eat wings with BBQ don't get Ribs with BBQ, it's too much BBQ and it's not good. Pick Ribs with garlic, much better! Good taste!

The food was humongous bro, the ribs and wings was well spiced , and delicious. You can also get the un spiced one tho.

Service was EXTREMELY SLOW. We had to wait over an hour. The steaks ordered as medium were over cooked, hamburger was unbeatable. The music was good though.

The wings are extremely soggy and soft, especially if you get some that are breaded. The breading simply turns to mush, disgusting. Not crunchy at all and we also got the impression they were reheated as other reviewers did. The "buffalo sauce" is definitely ketchup or some sort of tomato-based sauce in which they put chili flakes, you can see the pepper seeds in the sauce. Considering how expensive this is (52 lei/portion), the quality is pretty appalling. Avoid. (we did get this delivered but other reviewers are confirming our suspicions, so I doubt it's the delivery process that took this from a 4.4-star meal in its price range to a soggy greasy mess)

Both food and service were great! I highly recommend this place if you want to eat ribs.

Good food, good enviroment. Great place. Kind staff, food comes very fast and each dish is big. Lots of dishes varities. even the bathroom was clean and with good smell. high recommended place.

Excellent pork ribs. The veal ribs disappointed us a little bit, but overall, a really nice experience.

Unfortunately I came here after I already had a big lunch so as good as the food looked I couldn't eat to much and settled for coffee and pancakes. The waitress was happy and helpful and the place was well set up and clean. Even the toilets were clean. After sitting next to the kitchen and watching the mouthwatering plates constantly go past I am definitely going to come back when I'm actually hungry.

The restaurant is organized in American style, with a very spacious back terrace that has that authentic American vibe. The classic ribs are excellently cooked, so that the meat comes off the bone easily, and the barbecue sauce gives them an excellent taste. I also ordered mac & cheese, which were also excellent, with extra cheese and extra bacon. For dessert we had American pie with cherries and oreo cake, both homemade and very good. The staff was very kind, the lady who served us very nice and constantly attentive to what we needed. Also, the waiting time for food was short.

The ribs which are their main item are all made the same, only the sauce is different and is added at the end, after they are cooked. The meat was a bit hard and chewy; i was expecting for the meat to fall off the bone and be tender, it was nothing like this. For ~70ron 1 piece of pork ribs + potatoes fries + a sauce, I was disappointed, too expensive. All that the table said the ribs were mediocre, eatable but nothing at all special. Beer, coffee, juice, water.. stuff like that are around 20ron. The service was ok, but could be better. Location decent, with a smoking area outside on the terrace that was closed off some were not affected by the rain.

The best BBQ ribs in the city! It's the second time I've come here. The menu has a wide range of options. The food is prepared fast. The waiters are always very polite. Recommend!

Not really pleased with the quality of this restaurant. This is another reason why is better to cook food at home. On my recent visit here, I decided to go for the wings (which is also part of the name) and I got the BBQ ones. My friend got the normal ones. Those wings were very poorly cooked, raw in the middle, hard to chew, disgusting. I was expecting a more American experience. Please, I kindly advise you to stay away from this restaurant. At least, if you go there, order anything but wings.

Very cool place! We were seated on the interior terrace - and it was so lovely! Chill atmosphere, you can relax and enjoy the food&company without the noises of the city. Music was not too loud or disturbing and the tunes were in line with the restaurant's style. Staff was ok, friendly, professional. Bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. And the food...simply delicious, especially the ribs with barbecue sauce. Definitely would return here. Next time I'll order the crocodile.

Had them deliver to me 2 times now, each time wings were fantastic. My favorite is the lemon and pepper, somehow they added just the right amounts of everything. Will order again.

One of the best places in town! I absolutely love the food - highest quality Ribs I have had in Europe. Stellar service, great waiters and one of the best ordering experiences ever - you really do feel like you're in a texan restaurant. The atmosphere and the aesthetic are fitting and they truly make you forget you are in Romania. The performers (yes, there are dancers) are really entertaining. They were quite the surprise the first time I saw them. Tons of fun. Highly recommend it.

Wings were delicious. Service was great. I would recommend this restaurant/terrace. Just one small thing: Nacho cheese sauce served as a condiment should not be cold.

Excellent. Food was great, best ribs I've had so far. Atmosphere was nice, tables had enough space between them, the service was good. Location is easy to find and there's plenty of parking space nearby, both paid and free. Will definitely go again in the near future.

Nice place, rib portions are not so big. That's not so "American" since the theme is country. You would expect more. The taste was alright and there were some people dancing on stage.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered catering, and the wait time was an astonishing 2 hours and 20 minutes for my order to arrive. When it finally did, the burgers and fries were not only cold, but the meat was burnt beyond recognition. Taste-wise, it was abysmal. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially considering the waiting time and price. It feels like they're trying to fool their customers with subpar food and service. A 1-star experience all around.
