Very
bad
air-conditioning
system,
weak
room
service
standard,
missing
basic
amenities
in
room
such
as
tissue
box,
no
mineral
water
offered
in
rooms
only
chargeable
in
minibar
and
only
2
small
bottles
available
although
room
service
is
only
till
10:30
pm,
room
service
rarely
picks
up
the
call,
room
door
does
not
close
properly
requires
a
push,
garbage
bin
only
available
in
toilet
no
bin
in
the
apartment
suite
room,
toilet
seat
almost
broken,
in
addition
to
that
they
charged
me
over
50%
of
my
original
room
rate
for
a
late
checkout,
rood
housekeeping
and
do
not
speak
English
at
all,
unprofessional
hotel
manager
received
all
my
comments
with
no
action
taken
only
one
answer
received
"we
will
look
into
your
complain"
did
not
even
bother
to
follow
up
upon
my
check
out,
hotel
requires
maintenance
and
is
definitely
not
value
for
money,
I
did
not
have
such
a
bad
experience
in
such
a
long
time
and
I
assure
I
was
very
honest
and
transparent
in
my
comments
no
exaggeration
in
Anyway.
