Bad experience with the staff. You are allowed to exit only in the next 10 minutes after the payment. This could easily passed in case there is a queue on the exit, you parked at -2, or -3. Staff not wearing medical masks and they have an aggressive language. Payment only cash on the machines.

Convenient location, a bit expensive, relatively big parking, but avoid it if you have a bigger cark. Its painfully tight. Besides its riduculous not to accept payment by card in 2023.

It was much more expensive than paid street parking lots (5 lei / 30 minutes vs 5 lei / 1 hour)

I’ve read here that stuff is very rude, but they helped us a lot, despite they barely understood a language, with Google translate help, we understood each other :) Indeed only 50 lei and below are acceptable and no credit card payments. At least machine gives a change

Good and safe parking, not too expensive either. The connections between the levels are not very big/sharp, that's the only downside.

The pay machines do not accept card payements, nor 100 lei bill, only lower then 50.There is not written anywhere that they accept credit card payement,but they do, at the info desk.

Very rude staff. They don"t offer support or help. They don't wear protective masks. Dirty toilets with no soap. Time to short to exit after payment. The tariifs are far from offered services. Avoid.

As a Romanian, I am a bit ashamed of this parking. It is indeed very useful to have it in the city centre, however it is frustrating, for various reasons: - the structure is impractical: the parking spaces are so small, there are only stairs not elevators for pedestrians, and tourists (and myself) were carrying heavy luggages on the narrow stairs; the signs are far from being visible enough; - at the paying points you can only pay cash in 2023, and they won't take a bill above 50 Lei; there are checkpoints with people where you can pay by card, but I see no point for that if there would have been the option of paying by card They do of course a way better jos at private malls for instance..

Toilets not working properly. With the amount of € which you pay, you must have decent toilets.The entrance and exit are not comfortable for low cars.

I had a trouble to pay my tickets parking I called them 4 times and there was speaking to me Romanian I will keep telling in English that I need help and that they don't speak Romanian and there was just hanged up on me this is the worst experience which I had we are in Europe how it possible to put someone to work in that kind of place without speaking international language OK that was not big problem but if I had any bigger problem this is unbelievable.

Good place to park in the old town, within short walking distance to many hotels and apartments. Safe, ample parking at a decent rate. If staying 24hrs.+, will have to see the parking garage cashier.

Worst parking ever! After finishing our trip to Bucharest center we went to the parking place to pay and pick up the cars. At this point the problems started. To be noted that we were there with 2 children 1 year old. 1. The parking machine was not accepting card payment and also rejecting the paper currency bigger than 50 ron (we had 100 ron). We called suport center and they sent us to the parking office. We searched and visited the parking office and the parking representative said that he cannot help and that we need to go outside and ask from shop to shop if they can exchange the money in smaller papers. We already started to be nervous with crying kids. After visiting several shops we managed to exchange the money and to pay for the parking. We received the ticket and went to the cars (located at lowest level). After puting the kids, strollers and all the stuff inside the car we headed to the exit where the problems continued. 2. When you put the card into the exit machine your car shall be in specific position in order to be able to validate it. We didn't notice at first place and looked inside the office for somebody to help, but there was nobody. Since we didn't know how to proceed, we lost some time until we figured out by ourselves what to do, but then surprisingly the ticket was rejected. We started to call some numbers and in the end one person came. He checked the ticket and told us that we have spent to much time from the moment of payment until the ticket was validated inside the exit machine and therefore we need to return to the payment machine and pay additional money. At this moment we went completely crazy, the kids were screaming inside the car and the guy was sending us back to the payment machine. All this, after we also lost signifficant time due to lack of support from their side. After second payment we managed to get out. In conclusion, for us it was the worst experience ever and you shall avoid this place as much as possible. We will never use their service again. I would give 0 stars.

Very small parking, not enough room to open the door in order to get out of the car! After we paied, we got to the car, and by the time we got to the exit, the payment expired! We had to pay another hour for 5 seconds! Unbelievable!! Theft!
