I was super skeptical about the company as the offer seemed too good to be true. -Are they going to order the original parts? -Is the paint going to match? -Is it really all free? Being a foreigner in Romania, I wasn't exactly enthused by the idea of dealing with the local insurance companies and the whole bureaucracy nonsense (which, in truth, is absurd). These guys dealt with EVERYTHING. All you need to do is to give them the right to act on your behalf (beware, quite a few papers in Romanian, so have someone with you if you re like me and cannot read anything but the menu in Ro). They mostly stuck to their promises delivery-wise (a few days delay whilst dealing with the insurance company) but will take you so much more should you deal with it yourself. Gave me a very decent car ( Audi a4 2016) whilst mine was being repaired. Repair itself was impeccable (and I am picky). Nice people, great service, good communicationthroughout. All in all couldn't be better. A+

TopLac is one of the few places that still try to fully please the customers. After an incident where my headlight, bumper and front right fender got damaged they stepped in and quickly help me fix the issue. It took a week (after the parts arrived) to repaint and replace all the needed components time in which they offered a replacement car. They had some small issues with the paint job on my bumper but they quickly apologized and re-did it at no extra cost. As a small downside: the waiting time could be improved and the appointments are more of a “recommended time of arrival”. Overall, I will return to TopLac if something happens again.

Superb experience. I highly recommend this service. I had to use their services twice so far. Both times I got hit by a third party and needed fast and quality repairs performed to my car. Everything goes smoothly, from the insurance paperwork (you get help from an in-house counsellor) to getting your car back, repaired. I got help in receiving a replacement car that correctly matches the one I left to be repaired (automatic, good extras..) The service was fast and the customer support lady was always friendly and helpful providing real info. I got the car back, repaired, even faster than initially estimated, with excellent craftsmanship in the works. I even got some extra small repairs done for free. During my visits there I was accompanied by a friend and even he said that if ever in need he will be using their services as they are miles better than what is usually offered, at least in Romania.
