It was ok for spend one night in Ronda. If I would stay more in the Hotel is would ask about the stars but only sleeping there is perfect. The Staff is really kind and helpful.

Rooms lack of several services as the toilet brush or the frigo bar. It doesn't deserve the four stars. People is kind and polite but not hospitable.

Rooms are partly nice, some rooms are very small and dark. The Breakfast is ok, fresh Orange juice and good coffee. Some more fruits would be nice. Laundry service and international TV is missing. Parking is possible in a parking garage beneath the Hotel for ~9€ per day. Center is just 5 minutes to walk. In total, nice Hotel to stay for a few days.

Very friendly front desk staff, clean and fairly new rooms. Free street if you get lucky. Noise from hallway heard easily in room( doors slamming, people talking). Wifi is very fast! Had a real double bed, not two singles pushed together. Rooms are spacious, would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Very good looking interior. Heated towel rails if that counts for you. Very nice breakfast, by far better than most I saw. You have to walk a bit to get to the bridge areas, but that was not a problem, as walking around Ronda is wonderful. Nice to be so close to the train station also as the town is not as well connected with transport as the bigger cities around.

Good location, very clean, great service from young lady receptionist. Powerful shower. Wi-Fi is fine. Downside - bathroom fan did not work, one light in bathroom failed, 2 small bedside lights did not work. Big problem was attitude of the Manger and his assistant. I complained that the air conditioner want into a heating mode a number of times when I had turned the unit off. The unit would set itself at 25 deg C even in the middle of the night. The room was like a sweat box. When I complained I was told that heating was impossible if the windows were not completely closed. Yes I understand that. The manager on a phone call to me was sarcastic and rude and tried to make out it was imagination or I was lying. His assistant was in our room also arguing with me. Fortunately at the time the heating then came on again to 26 deg C with windows open. This proved I was telling the truth. This quickly shut his assistant up. I asked for compensation for all of the issues but all I received was a free breakfast. Before leaving I informed the assistant that since 1991 I have been a Daikin Air Conditioning dealer in the UK and therefore I knew what I was talking about as their system was Daikin. This shut them up even more. Beds are also uncomfortable as mattresses are an old coil spring type fitted with a loose but stiff mattress protector that ends up creating ridges under the bottom sheet that is uncomfortable to lie on. They give 3 pillows for 2 beds and so you have to ask if you want another. No kettle facility. The final issue is parking. There is an underground car park. Staff have to open the door from the reception area. When leaving the car park you have to get out of your car to open it manually. From the parking area you have to drive up a 30 deg slope that is about 25m in length. You also have to carry bags up this steep slope as there is no elevator. Would I stay there again - NO. Would I reccomend it - NO on the basis of the way I was spoken to regarding the heating that made our stay very uncomfortable.

It wasnt as clean as we expected for a 4 star hotel, there were a lot of hair on the ground. And taking a look at everything i would say it looks like an average 3 star hotel. At least the price is according to the service it offers and not to the number of stars.

Exceptional welcome and touristic advise. Hotel is well located and clean but the bed is a bit noisy. Breakfast should be better with eggs and fresh fruits.

One word - excellent. We arrived in Ronda on my birthday and I could not have asked for a better hotel for our stay. MERCEDES, the girl at reception was the highlight: she basically provided local guide duties and gave us first-rate information on food, lookouts, secret paths to take in the Puento Nuevo and anything else. Even gave us great infor for our next stop: Sevilla. Otherwise, room was excellent, bed very comfortable and the breakfast outstanding. I'd give it 4 stars, but definitely 5 if you luck upon Mercedes and ask her for guidance!!! I will be going back to Ronda and this hotel!

We checked in on August 10th. The lady working at the reception was very indifferent. Even though she saw us, she continued to talk to her colleague. Instead of informing us, she preferred us to ask her. I still can't believe that the hotel is 4 stars. It is a hotel with no special features. It is only worth two stars.

Nice simple hotel. The rooms are clean but not very big. For two people it is ok though. The breakfast was not a huge buffet but ok for us.

Simple room with simple breakfast. No kettle or fridge. Smell in the bathroom but it has a bathtub which is good.
