My room is at the back so don't hear the noise in the street. Nice artwork around the hotel. Could do with a little fridge in the room, apart from that enjoying my stay.

If you are driving, consider a different hotel / one that has parking. Street parking only and we lucked out as we found one around the corner. That is why I dinged the Location section. The staff is very attentive and polite. Service with a smile. They spoke English, which was helpful for us. They made excellent recommendations of what to see/do, where to eat. The location is super convenient, but the town is also very walkable so I feel as if any hotel would have been adequate with possibly better amenities. One morning went to take a shower and quickly discovered there was no water coming from the shower nor sink. Was a little frustrating, but I guess it is what happens when too many people are using water at the same time? I would also recommend wearing house shoes in the room as the floor easily attracts dirt. Please remember to put the sign on the door if you need your room cleaned. You leave your key as you leave the hotel and collect it when you return. It is unique but I felt safe as they really get to know you. If you are not expecting the amenities and comforts of a larger hotel, this will be perfect for your stay to explore Ronda and all that it has to offer. Food in the area is excellent! If you like the perks that come along with a chain or 4 star hotel - book that and don’t complain about what this place doesn’t have. The staff are wonderful, reasonably priced, AC in the room and walking distance to everything. Just remember, no parking. Had to edit my review because i left behind my Hoka shoes. David was so kind to not only share that they were there but send them to our daughter’s place in Granada as we are in Seville for another day. Really awesome family like treatment and customer service. We would come back. This kind act has earned a loyal customer for future trips. Thank you!!!

Such a friendly family run hotel. Right in the heart of Ronda. Clean rooms with private bathroom, perfect. Nothing is too much and always willing to help with any questions i had. Highly recommend staying in this lovely historic hotel

Cheap, dirty, old and they don't care. You can hear the rats runnig and fighting over the ceiling and, if you are bored, can go hunt some roaches with your kids.

Way too expensive for what it is and definitely for the area. Rooms may be clean, but the whole thing is old and crumbling. Bathrooms are subpar: showering in them won't be something you look for when you get back from for a long day exploring the city. Water comes out as a barely warm, faint trickle. No hairdryer. We were at the second floor, wifi signal was not present except for the bathroom. Staff promised to help but then did not show up. Location is good, then the second star is earned by the staff, kind enough and well-intentioned, I felt.

Ok ish at best, but not bad. Acceptable but nothing more. Would have been ok if it was truly cheap, it felt cheap, but I paid 70€ a night for a “queen room” for 2 ppl but the mattress was not that big Centrally located for better or worse, you will be 1 min walk from everything but hear voices from the street all night. Also easy to hear voices from hall way. But also tons of great bars and restaurants around the corner, it is not car accessible but paid parking is a short walk away WiFi is free but only barely works Bed is ok, had better had worse, but it is on such a cheap light frame that if you roll over the whole frame will move around the room Shower is great pressure and hot but the laughable curtain situation ensures that the floor will almost flood. And instead of giving you a wall mounted soap dispenser they give you packets which are unopenable without scissors. Aggravating

Great position, very clean and friendly though our room quite basic not unreasonable considering the price. We walked from the station abd it us near the bridge.

pay attention! our room was completely dirty. the room that was offered us as exchange was even dirtier. the staff was not taking us serious. although there was a lot of black hair all over the floor. the new room was located next to the street bit hat very thin windows. the noise of the street kept us from sleeping even with earplugs. the room was not even equipped with the very basics (toilet brush) and the plugs are consisting a severe safety risk.

Great location and relatively clean but there was an ant issue in the one bedroom and management failed to acknowledge the issue during our stay. They claimed it was from our food that we never had in the room. The staff also intentionally blocked off access to sink after asking several times to refill a bottle of water. Would pick a different place next time
