The chicken avocado & bacon salad was very good and the staff very courteous and friendly.

This eatery is a hidden gem. Visited on a weekend and it was nearly empty. I think they need to do a little bit of publicity! The food was very fresh and tasty, served in artistic dishes. However, the portions are small and we had to ask for another (paid-for) helping to feel full. The juices and smoothies are extra smooth. The bouncing castle and balloons for kids during the weekend is a nice touch.

A very nice and relaxed place next to the main road and a petrol station, nice place to relax and have a cup of coffee or have a meeting. It is close to the united States embassy and the united nations headquarters. I dinned here while waiting for my us visa interview.

First time I've given a Big Square 4 stars... that's because their food takes too much time than the usual to get ready. I've been here several times and it's always a longer wait than the other Big Squares. Other than that, the ambience and food is good. Last Friday we got served red bun burgers. I am a regular customer of big square and Was not happy with the paneer tikka meal at all the food was served cold and on asking to make it hot it came back the same way until I had to speak to the manager then they took the burger back to make it hot but the bun become like A gum. Very unhappy with the service I was given today 😖😖😖😖🍔🍟

Good location though traffic can be a problem to the restaurant. Not busy during the day and the orders can take some time depending on what you order. Prices are higher in comparison to other fast food restaurant, though the ambience is not premium.

It speaks out to you from the filling station, a well-constructed, conveniently-placed orange block. Mostly serves walk-ins but have a large seating area, well-cushioned and shaded from the bustle of the surrounding. A good spot for a long-winding meeting among a group of folks.

I am always hunting for a good BBQ joint along my routes just in case am in need of a quick lunch or dinner. I've found a friend in Big-Square. The grilled chicken has consistently been tender and juicy. Don't even get me started on the Pork Ribs Racks! They literally fall off the bone. The shakes and juice selection is elaborate and I like that they have everything in the menu available at all times. They also serve alcoholic drinks.

First they got our ice cream order wrong then when we asked to change to the correct order, they poured out the previous ice cream in new cups and the ice cream was melting. Very shoddy job. Very disappointed at this presentation. Also those spoons are so short you can't scoop the bottom ice cream without messing your hands.😟

Good place for a grab of a burger in Nairobi- sort of good value for money.

Great restaurant. I simply love their honey ribs and square burgers. This is the place to hang out for young people. I know of two Big Squares near Thika Road. At Gigiri and Garden City.
