The place has been transformed to accommodate public transport. Buses heading to Mombasa are loaded in front of the hotel, meanwhile the passengers are waiting in the lounge

For ksh 130 I was charged ksh 23 on paybill. Till no. Could have been much cheaper. Won't and can't go back until there is a till No.

The management needs to act urgently to save the hotel's reputation! Cleanliness should be addressed, staff appear and act totally demotivated. The food is awful. Will only come back when this gets addressed

Great hotel with friendly staff and good food. Free WiFi and breakfast for all guests. WiFi is slow in some of the rooms but usually works in the restaurant/lobby. Basic but comfortable and clean rooms with a hot shower and cozy beds. The only disadvantage is that it gets very noisy at night due to being close to the buses and matatus. Bring earplugs!

The worst experience in a long time. Your chicken salad is a joke to what I expected. Your staff could not help either. He is the waiter but he told me he is the only one I can talk to to air my dissatisfaction. I will pay for the yuck meal right but am completely pissed off. Check on buyer beware for photographic presentation of your yuck salad for a whooping 300/-

It's a cozy and quite place near business area. Staff are very friendly.

Customers care is very poor!!! The water was overflowing from washroom we asked to fix it but no one appeared till we checked out.

Tasty food. Would recommend the porridge.

This place is awesome, nice food and great place to lay low

A friend of mine showed me this place and we had our lunch here. It was quite impressive that a decent Hotel of that nature could be in the middle of river road. Table service with a lot of delays but generally clean for down town.
