I recently visited McDonald's and ordered their iconic Big Mac, the McChicken sandwich, and an apple pie. However, I must admit that my experience left much to be desired. First and foremost, the ambiance of the place was far from inviting. As I entered, I noticed dirty tables scattered throughout the dining area, giving off a rather unkempt vibe. It was disappointing to see such a lack of cleanliness in a renowned fast food chain. To make matters worse, the staff appeared disoriented and disengaged when taking orders. Their lack of attentiveness was evident, resulting in longer waiting times and occasional mix-ups. This lack of organization left me feeling frustrated and unappreciated as a customer. Moving on to the food itself, the Big Mac was average at best. While the burger boasted the familiar flavors, the overall execution fell short. The patties were overcooked and lacked juiciness, making the experience less enjoyable. Similarly, the McChicken sandwich was underwhelming, with a dry and somewhat tasteless chicken patty. The only saving grace was the apple pie, which managed to provide a glimmer of satisfaction. The crispy crust and warm, cinnamon-infused apple filling made for a comforting treat. In conclusion, my visit to McDonald's was disappointing. The uninviting atmosphere, dirty tables, and disoriented staff detracted from the overall dining experience. While the apple pie provided a momentary delight, the lackluster execution of the Big Mac and McChicken sandwich left much to be desired. It's safe to say that I will be exploring other options for my fast food cravings in the future. After dining here, you will come to understand why the Jollibee located across the street towers over this McDonald's building, physically positioning itself as the dominant brand in sitio.

The service is quicker than I expected! They used fresh and crisp vegetables for my burger. The fries are hot and well seasoned. Their iced coffee is not too sweet. The best part is that their restroom is roomy and clean. 😁 Will I stop there again on the way back to Manila? YES.

Despite the number of people at the time, staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They had their hands full but they didn't hesitate to bring my order to my table. Lingering at the area where orders are released by the way isn't recommended. They handed me a number and requested I find an empty table. The restroom though is something that you'll have to prepare yourself for. I can't comment about the female restroom but the men's stank like it hadn't been cleaned for a week. Unless you have a strong stomach, look for a table as far away from the restroom as possible.

Reviewing the toilets here. Clean and no smell. Nice for going number 2. There's toilet paper, no bidet though. Washroom inside with soap, and electric hand dryer. Wash area also available outside the toilets. Parking is enough considering it is a stopover place.

Kiosks all three of them are so slow, crowded, their counters which they dub as payment only did not accommodate nor assist people getting too locked in the kiosk, I tried skipping the kiosk but the chubby woman manager did not allow it insted made us return to the kiosk which at that moment already wasted around 20min of time then after the kiosk order wasnt fulfilled for another 20min due to them giving all the fries to dine in and none left for the takeouts, the fries was given to us but they retaliated by putting too much salt on the fries. This is my worst McDonalds experience ever.

Service is very lousy. Food was waiting in the counter but our order number not being flashed or called. Sandwich became cold and pathetic.

Good food and spacious place

Food all over not good. The burger is very salty. Staff are disoriented and disorganized. We have to have to change all our order. I will never eat here again. They should improved their food and their service as well.
