Grab an early dinner at this cafe after getting stuck at Marcos Hiway for 2 hours after a 5.2 magnitude earthquake hit Baguio. We were the first at the cafe for dinner as it was still around 5:45pm. However, we later found out that they are only open until 7pm Food we ordered and our review (based on our taste buds): * Dinakdakan - 3 of 5 * Sizzling boneless bangus - 3 of 5 * Sinigang na salmon belly - 4 of 5 * Steam Talong - 4 of 5 * Chopsuey - 3 of 5 Place: The cafe has limited seats and has cozy lights. They also have a decent and clean restroom Value for money: 4 of 5. Their price is reasonable Overall: 4 of 5. Food is reasonably priced and has good serving size.

Some of what we ordered was good. It's a bit pricey and the food takes 15-20 minutes to be served. The pasta we ordered however was expensive and tasted horrible. It wasn't cooked through. The coffee was okay. Ambiance is nice unless you don't like hearing crickets because that's their background noise.

The restaurant was highly recommended by a friend, so we decided to give it a try. And we were not disappointed. Their Filipino menu felt home cooked with love. The kids specially loved their Strawberry Shakes, while the not so kids got coffee to go which are equally good. Ambiance is good too. It's a place where you can bring your family and friends to hang out. A good place, all in all. Bonus: wide Parking!

Accessible and nice place for a short stop while in La Union. Staffs are friendly and approachable. Under new management according to the staffs, but they maintained the food. Must try their brewed coffee.. No burnt taste yet strong. Ample parking space for cars and motorcycles. They also serve all-day breakfast, coffee included. They also serve the Binalonan longganisa. Overall good dining experience.

Actually, this is not S.O.U.L. Cafe anymore but Coffee Library when we went 02/15/23. The place has very little aesthetic appeal in the outside, inside it is just ok... We ordered only pinakbet and kinilaw na kambing....and boy.. we were so surprised! Both dishes are delicious, their kinilaw has the right amt of vinegar, citrus and ginger. If you are not fond of goat meat, you will be converted! Their lemongrass lemonade is also refreshing. The crew are likewise so accommodating. We will def dine here again considering it is inexpensive, so worth it.

A place for a great stopover experience when you are on your way to Baguio via Pugo. Great selection of coffee and food. Just right by the gas station and convenience store, so it’s truly a one great stop. Good parking space and dining experience with nice ambiance as well.

Service - it takes one hour to served your food. Food - bland, serving size too little for it’s price. Value for money - not worth it Ambiance - too hot inside the restaurant. Getting the food, too slow, getting the bill, too fast. Never to return again. Specifically went to this restaurant from Baguio, just to get disappointed.

Our favorite was the sizzling bagus. The other dishes were ok.

I love how creative they are on how they decorate the store in a simple way but still looks classy. Food are great, staff are sometimes have attitudes, wifi is just for 45 minutes but they have good space for parking.

Great food in the area. Didn't know much around the town for food after a visit to the National Shrine so trusted Ole Google and landed on this place. We had the Pinakbet and Sinigang and it was amazing. They do give healthy portions. Also had a frappe to wash it down and pikc me up at the same time. It's a little hidden nestled in the corner but Google location is exact.

My fam and I are regular customers here. They never failed to serve good filipino food with good service. The place feels like home. Cosy. You can buy longanisa, dried fish "damortis" and other "pasalubongs" here.

I loved the place... The menu is also good.. We just had a bad experience with the girl who attended to our orders.. She's a bit sarcastic, even rude at times.. Not every customers are aware of their menu, or their specialties.. That's why we asked for suggestions or recommendations from her, and to no avail.. I loved the tsokolate.. Must try..
