This place was... Mediocre. Originally I gave it 3 stars but breakfast knocked off another one. The room itself is... Not great but it's fine. It's big, but the curtains don't really close all the way unless you can adjust them just so, and even then it's not consistent. All the outlets were so loose anything you plugged him just fell right out, except the outlet I could only access my moving the nightstand a little bit. The fan in the bathroom made some god awful noises when it turned on or off. And while I didn't see anything that was clearly unclean everything there just felt like it was, although that may be my own personal bias so take it with a grain of salt. The real kicker was breakfast though, where the options were limited which wasn't a big deal, but then my mother found a big spot of mold (about the size of a quarter, hard to miss) on her food. After that I definitely lost my appetite. And for butter for the waffles, they just had a massive shared tub of butter instead of individual packets, and I'm not sure how I feel about that. Overall, I might stay here again if I needed somewhere last minute, but it definitely wouldn't be my first, or second choice.

Pet friendly a plus but no place for dogs to relieve themselves. 1st room given to us appeared to already have been occupied. Moved to another room on 1st floor, seem nice until the room above us became occupied and we heard every movement the upstairs guests made. Would not stay there again unless I didn’t have my dog and if I was placed on the top floor.

Just stayed one night, but that was enough. The room was clean and had your basic amenities, though a bit small. Kept being woke up by some popping and snapping noise, like a house settling, but louder. Don't know what it was. The pool looked nice but didn't take the time to use it. Breakfast was nonexistent. Just some bagels & muffins and not much else. I went out to get breakfast. I would not recommend.

Oof. Where to begin. I will say that the staff was at least friendly and understanding when we cancelled our stay a little over an hour after we got there (and the only reason it took so long was trying to get a straight answer out of Choice Hotels "Customer Service"). The room, in a word, was gross. The more we looked around, the worse it got. I couldn't keep my kids there for even one night. Thankfully we were able to get in to the comfort inn just down the street and it was a night and day difference.

Super nice and clean place to stay for any occasion. The price was right and breakfast was available which made traveling so much easier. Would DEFINITELY stay here again on my next trip north.

We booked this online before we got to town. It's one of the cheaper options in the area.(still felt overpriced) Common areas are clean. A lot of scuff marks on walls and countertops in rooms. Appliances and lamps weren't plugged in. The room seemed like it may have been wiped down but not thoroughly cleaned. Good location though. There are a decent selection of snacks for purchase in lobby. No vending machines in the laundry room even though it's advertised in the hotel info binder in the room. Probably won't return.

Well I thought we got a nice clean room untill we had a strange odor..our noses found. A cupboard full of trash along with dirty diapers under our sink and decaying food. The next night only 2 rooms away from ours noisy loud neighbors talking and socializing from 10:30 till past 1am even after notifications tithe front desk manager at 12:15..I came there to rest and was unable to do so!!!. I guess I should of called the police..I will try a different place next time in area to work...

PROS: Was affordable, not cheap but affordable. It's right next to the freeway. Breakfast was free and there were choices for vegetarians as well as omnivores, all motel standard fare. The lady who was at reception in the morning was very helpful and sweet. CONS: The lady who checked us in was uninterested and unhelpful. The room was in disrepair and unclean. For example, there were hairs on the tub from someone other than ourselves; no proper toilet paper holder; the shower curtain would not stay closed due to an improperly installed curtain rod, splashing water outside the tub (which may account for the decayed condition of the grout); the shower temperature hit ok for about 1mm between scalding and freezing do took about 5 minutes to find that tiny "sweet spot" and wasted a lot of water; had to hold the flush lever down on the toilet for it to flush completely; the sink/microwave/fridge cabinet has definitely seen better days... maybe in 1950 or so. The door got stuck and was difficult to open every time we entered or exited. There were a lot of empty rooms so to be placed in this room felt as though they did not want our patronage. We'll not be back to this particular Quality Inn. There was no quality to speak of. I don't know if other Quality Inns are in a similar state. I don't want to find out.

Floor was dirty. Dead fly in tub. Towel rod was off of wall and leaning in corner. Two lamps were not plugged in. No easy access outlets to charge phones next to bed.

Super friendly customer service! Very high quality for Breakfast, they have the same like 4 stars hotel. The price to stay here is very good.. Pets friendly! Our room was huge with two beds and little kitchen! We paid just 135$ for 5 people. The parking is not very big, but if you have regular size that will be no problem. I would recommend this place for all my friends.

The property and hotel room were exceptionally clean. The room was on the smaller side, but it had everything that was needed. The bed was very comfortable. The evening and morning staff were friendly, helpful, and caring. The price was very reasonable and a great deal compared to the comparable hotels in the area. I highly recommend. Great value and high quality!

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was surprisingly spacious, breakfast was a real meal, staff was friendly and everything was very clean. We would for sure stay here again.

There was a bit of a mix up booking And they accommodated us to the best of their abilities... But I booked there specifically for their pool and spent money on swimsuits and lifejackets. Just to show up and their pool is closed.

We lost power overnight and woke up to a hot room and a view of our car coated in ash from a newly lit forest fire. What was especially frustrating about this was that no one informed us of the fire, not even a note passed under the door, so we were frantically googling to see which direction we should flee. Our reservation included a hot breakfast in the lobby but, because of the power outage, hot breakfast was cancelled today. When I mentioned that we had already paid for the breakfast in our reservation, she pointed to two half-empty boxes of shelf-stable donuts and told me to help myself. This would, of course, be disappointing for anyone who had been expecting scrambled eggs or a pancakes, but what made it worse was the lack of care shown by staff. They could've at least put out some paper plates and napkins and some bottled water or juice, so I wouldn't have to carry 3 powdered donuts in my hand as I walked back to my room and tell my family. They also could've provided a healthier food option than pre-packaged gas station donuts. This wasn't such a big deal for me or my wife but we have a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old and we're trying to teach our kids to make healthy food choices, especially for breakfast, but can’t do that if donuts are the only option other than not eating. This is not the end of the world, but at the same time, I can’t figure out why someone would only offer donuts when whole fruit like apples/oranges/bananas are cheaper and more nourishing.

Stayed here in June. It’s good Hotel to stay in for the price the room. However if you forget something there good luck getting it back. I left my jewelry there and only asked for my locket back (sentimental value) completely my fault that I left it however I had called for days on end with hearing the same response over and over again. It was not until the 4th day that I got ahold of a front desk lady who was very helpful by checking the cleaning carts, and the room I stayed in, along with a few other places but it was long gone by then.

This is by far one of the best "cheap" hotels I have stayed at!! I didn't make reservations ahead because we're traveling and wasn't sure where we'd end up. When we got here I asked if they had a room available. Tild them our situation and what type of room we needrd for our family. Unfortunately they were booked in all the pet available rooms that accommodated our needs. I went back to my car and started looking up others places to stay that wasn't an outrageous price. The lady at the front desk (and who she was training) literally came out to my car and said after I left she kept looking in her system to see if there was anything she could and found something that worked. Any other place wouldn't have cared. But she knew it was getting late and we have little kids with us. So she did everything to be sure we had a place to stay. It has a really nice pool and the free breakfast is awesome! Served until 9am so go early! Even the next shift lacy was so sweet. Asked if we could check out late and with no problem at allthey gave us an hour later. Seriously such a nice stay all around!!

Oh where to begin. Sheets that looked like they hadn’t been washed, was told a excuse of the dryer doing that. Used washcloth and towel hanging on the back side of the door of the bathroom that the maids clearly didn’t see or bother to look, hair stuck to some caulk in the shower, curtain rods loose and hanging downwards, disgusting stain on the ceiling, the plastic covered cups for coffee had tears and gross stuff covering them, ants crawling in room. No channel on the tv worked except like three. And then comes breakfast, little choices compared to other places in similar price range, and ANTS again. Made a waffle, set it on a plate on the counter and went to get butter, came back and lifted the waffle to spread butter and 3 ants scurried around my plate. Made me question the sanitary and safety of the food. They call it quality inn, but that is not the case. Honestly deserve a refund for that

No. Outdated, crumbling. Door was a fire hazard, could not be opened by someone that wasn't super strong. Noisy kids in the poo at 8am next to the room. Breakfast advertised until 9:30am, but was finished by 9 when we went down. Front desk was surly and offered to make some biscuit and gravy. Had to pay for a breakfast across the street.

I reserved a room and on the same day I canceled because they wanted to charge me a $200 deposit. So I canceled my reservation. I was still charged $87 something for a room that I canceled. The front desk lady didn’t say anything about charging me for a room that I didn’t stay in. She was also really unprofessional and extremely rude. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Staff was more than welcoming. Right off the freeway, so it was easy to find (especially when it was 10:30pm). Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Will recommend them.
