I booked this place for my birthday like a month ago. I enjoyed my stay here though there wasn't very obvious parking. There's like 3 spaces in front of building that say don't park here. We made sure the hotel was fine with us parking there (they were) but kept anxiously checking on our vehicle to make sure it didn't get towed. The walls are very thin. When we were trying to relax we could hear housekeeping outside our room in the hall and they were very loud. (More power to you, just a bit annoying to not have the quiet). No meals are included here so make sure you are able to pay for room service or their snack station next to the desk. The service was lovely and we had no issues with our stay here. And while I had no issues with our stay, I don't think I would go out of my way to stay here again. I could probably find somewhere cheaper that provides more services. But if you're in Baltimore looking for a good place to stay, don't pass up the opportunity! :)

My husband and I just came back yesterday from a weekend in Baltimore. Our stay at Hotel Indigo was hands down the best customer service we have ever received at a hotel. Scotty, Brittany and Alicia working in Poets were wonderful with our service for food and drinks. But every employee we encountered asked how our stay was and if we needed anything. They all genuinely seemed to care and like their job. All this while we were wearing Chiefs gear.

Loved our stay at the Indigo Baltimore Downtown. The front desk service is excellent, very attentive. The restaurant in the lobby is obviously a popular spot in the area for both breakfast and lunch! They have a great selection of snacks and traveling necessities in the front lobby. The whole building is key-access only in the evening. The areas that access guest rooms are also key-access only at all times, which made me feel extra safe in the city. Walking distance to so many great areas and historical sites, including the gravesite of Edgar Allen Poe! Will definitely be choosing Indigo for my next Baltimore stay

The hotel and all of the staff were excellent. We stayed the weekend of 02/04 - 02/06 to help our son and daughter in law with their 4 month old son while they attended a wedding in Baltimore. He was getting over a cold which of course turned into a GI thing while we were there. The entire hotel staff couldn't have been more accommodating, making sure we had plenty of clean towels and supplies to use the in house laundry(which thankfully was right across from our room). Checking out on Sunday upon announcing the room number we were greeted with smiles with the staff asking how the baby was. Truly a welcoming hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great as well. Insider tip, try the buffalo wings. It's tough to get a good wing outside of the upstate NY area, these were the real thing, easily as good as any you'll get in Buffalo, NY. Hats off to whoever executed those. If you're in the Baltimore area looking for a great hotel, stay here, you wont go wrong.

We had a great weekend at the Indigo while in town for a wedding. The price was very reasonable for a downtown hotel. The room was clean and did not smell like mildew like so many hotel rooms do. The coffee provided in the room was very good. The showers were very nice also. Location is convenient and walkable. The front desk staff was fantastic and helpful.

Mixed feelings. Great location in the city. Easy parking across the street. I had a not-so-great check-in experience (had to move rooms a couple of times... urine smell in one of the rooms probably from a dog) but they handled it super well, and upgraded me to a suite. I did not hear another guest during our 4-night stay. Slept great. Walk-in shower (no dirty shower curtains). The staff I interacted with were either super friendly or awful which is my biggest complaint. I would stay again, but some of the staff need to do better and remember they are in customer service.

The hotel was charming and I liked the self serve market in the lobby. But the cute bar/Cafe on the first floor was very understaffed, and after waiting for 20 minutes for a table to be cleared for me I gave up. Also my room was only partially serviced. The bed was made and coffee pods replaced, but my used coffee and water cups were left on the night stand and there were no replacement sugar/creamer packets. It seems like there were just not enough staff to fully keep an otherwise nice place running smoothly.

I stayed at the Hotel Indigo for 3 nights. While there I received exceptional service from Kristy and Mr. Steven. They were friendly, prompt and warm. Thank you both for great conversation and service. I was impressed by the location and decor. I loved the calm atmosphere of the library and the soft elegance of the bar.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The rooms were nice and spacious. They were also clean. There was a leak under the sink with a bucket .. and housekeeping never cleaned our room. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely book here again.

10/10 recommend. Very sweet and accommodating hotel!!! Staff was so sweet and knowledgeable. Breakfast was amazing and they have really. good fruit flavored water in the lobby. Room was beautiful and super comfy and clean. This hotel was able to give us a suite room as we were out of town and our previous hotel canceled our reservation without us knowing! Will be using them when i am back in Baltimore!

Came down to Baltimore from upstate New York to see an Orioles game and stayed at the Hotel Indigo Baltimore.. I really like this hotel. It's very classy. Everyone was super friendly and helpful- the rooms are nice. Everything is very clean, the bed was comfortable. Had breakfast at Poets in the morning. The food was excellent. When we come back we will definitely be staying here again.

I'm a frequent business traveler, and I've also worked in customer service. I know that the minute something goes wrong, your customers will let you know. Unfortunately, when things go right, it often doesn't get recognized. My team and I stayed Sunday-Wednesday for the NMSDC conference, and we had a great experience. Each of your staff was warm, thorough, thoughtful, engaging, and efficient. We were greeted by every staff member, from housekeeping, porters, waiters, and front desk staff, many of whom remembered our names. Our rooms were spotless, very well maintained, comfortable, and quiet. And both breakfast and drinks in your lobby were a lifesaver, with quality food and great service. We also loved having the on-site concessions store available. Even as I left today, the porter shook my hand and asked when I'd return and how my stay was. Just sending a big THANK YOU to you and your team for delivering at a much higher level of hospitality than is typical when I travel. And as a CEO, I know that their great service comes from your leadership and high standards.

Decent mid-range hotel. The rooms are well appointed but a little small. The shower is rather weak. Housekeeping is, and I don't like saying it, but poor. Paper, hairs and cardboard that were on the floor 4 days ago when I checked in were still there when I checked out. Behind the wash basin was awful. Very disappointing. Breakfast is very good as are the staff. The communal reception area is inviting and comfortable. The gym is limited but perfectly acceptable for a small hotel. The location is excellent and it's just a 10 minute walk down to the waterfront.

Awesome hotel with good secure parking right across the street. All the staff from house keeping to the front desk to security were super friendly. Our room was super clean and fresh. The zenology bath products were really nice. We will definitely stay here again

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Baltimore. The entire staff was amazingly accommodating and attentive. Even the GM is likely to greet you with top notch hospitality. The rooms were perfect with ample space. Food was great as well. If you in Baltimore, I highly recommend staying here. Do book early because they fill up quick and it makes sense how amazing they are.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Baltimore in August 2022. I had a wonderful experience. They took care of everything. My room was nice and spacious with cathedral ceilings that I've never seen in a hotel. The decor was classy. The tile in the bathroom was gorgeous. I felt very safe as you had to use your room key to navigate the hotel like in the elevator. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.

Enjoyed my stay here. Central location. Comfortable bed. Appreciated electrical outlets near the bed even though there was no master switch. Staffs are kind and breakfast was good. Also liked the handheld shower and the fruits / water in the lobby.

Had a great stay at the Hotel Indigo! The staff were nice and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The room was very nice, clean and spacious (I stayed in a 2 bed room). The sleeping experience was great as the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Was also a big fan of the central AC/Heating unit in the room as opposed to the usual bulky one installed under windows in most hotels. They don't offer parking but the parking lot is just across the street and has plenty of spaces available at a good rate ($5 nights/weekends & $13 other times). Definitely worth the 4-star rating and I recommend you stay here on your Baltimore trip!

The staff is terrific! They are kind, helpful and very eager to please. The rooms are very clean and well cared for. We have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past year and we’re always very satisfied. Dawn, at the front desk is a delight. Fatima, makes sure all the rooms are cleaned and stocked well. Taiwan is a great bellman and so is Derek. We know each of their names because they have impressed us so well with great service! This is the friendliest hotel I know of. And it is located in a very interesting part of Baltimore. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

We stayed in this hotel for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were welcomed at the front desk by friendly staff and a room upgrade (thank you!). Dinner and drinks at the hotel bar were great. The bartender, Hunter, made wonderful recommendations - the old fashioned with the stout reduction was amazing. The room was very spacious and the pillows were A+.

This is my home away from home in Baltimore. Great location and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There is one gentleman in particular who works keeping the building clean and has a warm, sincere greeting every time I see him. On time I left my personal laptop computer in the room when I checked out and less than an hour later I got a call from the staff telling me that they had my computer. The bartender makes good drinks and the food is consistent and good. The rooms are simple but clean and adequate and the price is very reasonable. Check it out if you are going to Baltimore.

I had a very wonderful stay. Being a platinum elite member was a plus. Room upgrades and late check out. Staff was great and very nice. Parking was $5 and the parking lot is right across the street. This location was amazing the food market and hookah was a five minute walk. I would definitely return again.

Very nice hotel, great rooms, great staff, and phenomenal service! For example, I had made a mistake when setting up my reservation (through capital one). Though it was a process get the right people in touch with each other, Kim Quinn, the front desk supervisor, did everything she could to make the process smooth and equitable for all parties. Truly next level service. I will have many stays in the Baltimore area in the coming years, and Hotel Indigo will be my first choice to where to stay thanks to their amazing staff.

We had a great stay here. Everyone was very very friendly. We loved the staff!!!! The hotel was dog friendly AND didn’t have any weight or breed restrictions which was amazing. Our room was on the 8th floor. We ordered dinner and picked it up at the bar downstairs. It was very good! I got the chicken Cesar salad and a drink. Hotel was quiet at night. There were a few hours I was in the room alone and I felt incredibly safe. I can’t say this enough but the staff was SO FRIENDLY and cool. I liked them all. Whatever this hotel is doing please keep doing it. We had a great stay here and will absolutely be back if we are visiting the area again.

The staff are amazing and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as they can. They all take they’re jobs seriously and it shows! The rooms are comfortable and the pillows are the best! The showers are wonderful and no need to bring shampoo or conditioner or even lotion. I’ve now stayed three times and it’s my home away from home. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s the staff that make it special.

This is as such a nice hotel and the staff were super helpful. Sheila specifically helped me with booking over the phone. An angel sent from heaven she was so helpful. Rooms were very nice, a bit chilly but I’m always cold so I cannot blame it on them. Area is alright, it’s not super far from the harbor/convention center but it’s as good as you can get in Baltimore. Parking was only $5 which was awesome. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

I had an INCREDIBLE experience here. This was my first trip to Baltimore in a while, i arrived extremely late in the night and I was received with SO MUCH warmth. The rooms were very cozy, everything was super clean but Ms.Kristy Davenport was the highlight of my stay, from the second I checked in to the second I checked out. Her passion, positive outlook and warm words were a BLESSING! I will be back HERE again and I hope to see continue to shine at the highest level, she is an asset💫.
