I'm
a
frequent
business
traveler,
and
I've
also
worked
in
customer
service.
I
know
that
the
minute
something
goes
wrong,
your
customers
will
let
you
know.
Unfortunately,
when
things
go
right,
it
often
doesn't
get
recognized.
My
team
and
I
stayed
Sunday-Wednesday
for
the
NMSDC
conference,
and
we
had
a
great
experience.
Each
of
your
staff
was
warm,
thorough,
thoughtful,
engaging,
and
efficient.
We
were
greeted
by
every
staff
member,
from
housekeeping,
porters,
waiters,
and
front
desk
staff,
many
of
whom
remembered
our
names.
Our
rooms
were
spotless,
very
well
maintained,
comfortable,
and
quiet.
And
both
breakfast
and
drinks
in
your
lobby
were
a
lifesaver,
with
quality
food
and
great
service.
We
also
loved
having
the
on-site
concessions
store
available.
Even
as
I
left
today,
the
porter
shook
my
hand
and
asked
when
I'd
return
and
how
my
stay
was.
Just
sending
a
big
THANK
YOU
to
you
and
your
team
for
delivering
at
a
much
higher
level
of
hospitality
than
is
typical
when
I
travel.
And
as
a
CEO,
I
know
that
their
great
service
comes
from
your
leadership
and
high
standards.
