Terrible
service.
They
bait
and
switch,
the
front
desk
staff
is
rude,
and
quite
frankly
M***o
in
particular
is
as
creative
and
helpful
as
a
box
of
burnt
sticks.
They
acknowledged
a
booking
I
made
for
a
newlywed
couple
but
on
the
day
of
the
booking
refused
to
honor
it
without
my
ID
present.
Mind
you,
I
live
multiple
hours
away.
I
understand
consumer
protections,
but
people
and
businesses
book
stays
for
other
people
all
the
time.
There
are
forms
and
procedures
for
this.
But
in
this
case,
there
was
endless
loops
of
conversation
and
arguments
with
M***o
because
the
manager
was
on
vacation.
How
do
you
have
a
manager
on
vacation,
but
no
one
else
in
charge?
In
the
end,
I
had
to
embarrassingly
ask
the
newlyweds
(yes,
newlyweds)
to
find
another
hotel,
and
M****o
was
able
to
"break
policy"
and
refund
me.
That
was
odd,
because
the
couple
couldn't
stay
since
that
would
have
"broke
policy."
None
of
it
made
any
sense.
So,
just
stay
away
from
this
place
if
you
are
looking
for
an
easy,
stress
free
stay.
