Everything was super fresh, well seasoned and served to the table quickly. I went new year's day and it was packed, but everything moved fluidly. Everyone acknowledged us and said hello and good bye. Prices were great for the portions. I was impressed! I see why it was so busy and I'll definitely return!

This location is ALWAYS busy. Understandably so because this is the best location for both food and service. Everything is consistently good. Be prepared to wait… doesn’t matter what time or day it is, this place is packed. Their lemonades and alcohol drinks are very sweet, but that’s just a preference I guess. I don’t like overly sweet drinks but it was a hit with my other guests and looking at other tables, a hit for them too.

Steak was perfect. As a first time patron I received a sampler plate of veggies and gravies, and a sign on my table that said V.I.P. Good amount of food for the price! Management came up and thanked me for coming, and checked how I enjoyed my meal before I left!

It was surprisingly very busy on this day, but the service was great Tessa was the best! The food and drinks were good.

My review is mainly for their take-out ordering. My family and I have used their take-out service quite a few times over the last year. It seems like every time, we are more disappointed than the last. The food is usually good which is why we have continued to order, but this time will be our last. I placed our order around 5:25pm with a time of 6:15 for pick up. I got there at 6:20 and they said our order wasn’t quite ready yet so I could wait in my car and they would text me when it was. After 30 more minutes of waiting without a text, I went in anyways and was told slightly rudely by the cashier that they had texted me “a few minutes ago” even though I haven’t received any texts from them. I looked past that because I know they are always busy and I’m never a rude customer to any type of business. What really got me agitated was the condition of our food when we got home. It was cold, so I know it had been ready for a while. It wasn’t just one dish, it was the whole order. Our order included steak kabobs that were literally just pieces of steak and some veggies thrown on rice. There weren’t even mushrooms within the dish as was stated on their menu. For that side, I asked for a loaded baked potato and paid extra for it, only to find a plain potato in some foil that wasn’t cooked all the way because it was hard. My sons macaroni and cheese was also ice cold. If this had been just a one-time thing, I wouldn’t be complaining, but every time we order things are increasingly wrong. I always try to be understanding because of covid and the fact that plenty of businesses are short staffed, but I still expect to get what I pay for.

HERE WE GO! A classic easy 3 stars is offering something complimentary and GREAT. Bread rolls with the classic cinnamon butter was AWESOME, 3 stars off rip awesome! Food was good. Sirloins, sadly was dry, which is sad for a steak house. Loaded sweet potatoes rolled out with the blackest marshmallows on that boy. Quality checks were absent there. Alcohol; DONT GET THE CACTUS WATER! Lacked alcohol and tasted like flat carbonated water. Margaritas were on point! Prices were great for the portions, clean atmosphere and awesome staff. Manager came over to handle the cactus water situation in the beginning and represented management done right. They were busy, so trying to get the sirloin/sweet potatoes done right feared it would take too long; so we took the L’s (loss) on those!

My salmon was so flavorful and juicy. I really enjoyed my meal. The server was good even though she was busy, we were still taken care of. The restaurant was lively and busy. The only thing I was shocked about was I asked for some butter to go and the waitress gave me regular butter. Now who would want that when Texas roadhouse has that delicious cinnamon butter?

Came in to celebrate. Our server Andrue was great! Knowledgeable about all parts of the menu (drinks, apps, entrees, etc) and was super kind/attentive to our tables needs. Hope to be back! YEEE Haaaaw🤠

I must say I was beyond impressed with this location. It was extremely busy on a Sunday evening and establishment had adequate staff working, we were seated immediately, and our drinks & food were served expeditiously. Food & drinks were delicious and our waitress (Karina) was fabulous. Can’t wait to visit again!

The wait was a little long. However, we know this but are always willing to wait. My mom had the cat fish first time she said it was very good and hot. Steak and BBQ good as well. Drinks always great 👍. Chris was our waiter. He was Awesome. Very friendly and polite. He informed us when the food would be up. Asked how the food was. We come here often. Never had a problem with food or service. Be willing to wait always a crowd... but worth it.

I love eating here, they have a great deal on some of their entrees between 3-6pm. The food is always delicious and the service is consistently good. And obviously the bottomless rolls are the best thing ever and the main reason for coming here.

No real complaints dinner was good the Dallas falah is my favorite, I asked for medium well it was medium but tender still good steak, (added mush and onion) BBQ chicken is another favorite tried the potato skins and 4 rib add on, the ribs we Soo tender, the sauce was real light tasting didn't seem to have the BBQ flavor I was expecting but the meat was good. My only compliment was the small 2 person table just not enough room, the staff was friendly and attentive but you see a lot of others standing around on there phones, that seems to be the norm this day and age!

Great service, Jaclyn took great care of me. The kitchen also accommodated my special requests and actually exceeded my expectations on the potato skins that I told them that I was planning to serve the next day. It was later in the evening so I had a chance. Had the NY Strip with the rib add on. Side of corn and took the other side (salad)to go with the steak and ribs. Bonus! Jaclyn hooked me up with a few fresh rolls too. The ice cream for the big brownie made it home intact, so looking to having that tomorrow. So dinner was great and I have some “freshtovers” for tomorrow’s games. Ordered the potato skins and dessert just cause Jaclyn was so nice, so I knew they would be good.

I enjoyed Texas Roadhouse I was there with my son celebrating his 37th birthday we had a good time so I really enjoyed it 12/13/2023I will as soon as I I can I have been looking for deal for your establishment want some discount coupons for so far I haven't seen any but I am going to try to get back there soon thank you so much for responding Thank you so much Margaret JonesHennings

The food was alright. The place was clean with the exception of the parking lot. Our server was 100% honestly he is the reason this review is good.. all of the staff was very nice and helpful ... but the food was not bad .. I feel bad for saying this but it's my honest opinion... its just a less flavorful outback stake house.. 😓 the place was clean... the decor literally felt like I was in a show that makes fun of Americans 🤣 specifically the second season of the good place when they were in Australia the "demon" took the "humans" to a restaurant he said it is perfect for homesick americans... if you want to experience that, have at it. On the plus side, it is less expensive than outback.

I enjoyed myself. My sister and family took me there for my birthday. The waitresses and the staff was excellent.

Our family has been eating here for years. It is one of our "Go-To" place for a consistently great dinner out. Service has never disappointed us. Appetizers are great. Beers are always crispy cold and wide selection. Salads are delicious. Steaks and Ribs have never disappointed. Cooked as requested and full of flavor. And of course... the famous ROLLS! Hot, fresh, and delicious when slathered with honey-cinnamon butter! Take Out update 7/4/23: (apologies in advance for lengthy review) Really wanted ribs. Didn’t have time to grill them myself, so ordered takeout online. Amazed to find 1 full rack of baby back ribs, 2 sides, and rolls was only about $23. Not bad since Wife and I would split the ribs and got 2 baked potatoes. Placed the order at 6pm and was pleased to see the order would be ready at 6:30. Arrived at 6:25, the order wasn’t ready. No biggie, I was early. About a minute later the girl at the register got distracted by a large order pickup. I could see several small orders come out from the kitchen and get put on a counter. Then, another staff took them, and moved them to a rack. The big order had left, and register girl was absorbed in something. Two other customers arrived and picked up their orders from the other staff. After about 5 minutes I asked the girl to please check my order. She looked at her screen and didn’t see anything so I told her that I watched a few orders come out and get moved to the rack. She went looking and quickly found my order. Minor ding for the register girl. Major ding for the TR data system and processes. Now, about the ribs! They were just okay. Nothing to rave about. They were cooked beyond “fall off the bone.” Some sections of the cap were dry and stringy. Not the experience we were hoping for, BUT, it was takeout, and all of our dine in experiences have been very positive. We’ll be back!

Family of 7 eating out to celebrate an 8th grade and 5th grade graduation. Great atmosphere and service. They were extremely busy while we were there, but they seemed to handle it like the pros I expected. Our server was amazing, the food was pretty good, and we would visit again. I only knocked a star off because the Cactus Blossom was slightly undercooked, onion still crunchy/raw, and batter uncooked in spots. Also, my mushroom topping was so overly seasoned and salty I could not eat it. Finally, one party member requested plain mashed potatoes and ended up with fully loaded. Ribs I could have mostly skipped, could have been better, could have been worse. All minor issues, but just enough to knock a star off this visit. All steaks were cooked to perfection, drinks were good, our server kept bread coming and drinks refilled.

Our service was outstanding she checked up on us a lot and made sure everything was refilled and food was delicious. I could come for just the rolls if that was a option. The steaks are really good and always enjoy the side salad and steak fries that come with it. Overall a solid location with good staff and food. Parking lot is huge and lot of parking available.

Food was amazing! They forgot 2 items in our order but overall good experience! Ordered carrier because the environment is loud. The hubs ate dinner with me while I worked from home! 🥰

Outstanding all around. Service is fast and friendly. Food was mind blowing good. Can't say anything bad about it. Definitely will go more this upcoming new year!

After twos years me and my wife finally got to ha e a date night. This was the worst time of our lives. My wife ordered a well done steak that was served to her mid well done. I ordered a med well and got something else to my surprise. Never once did our waitress offer us a refill. Being special needs parents today is hard, getting time to ourselves is even harder, great job texas roadhouse for taking that away from us.

When I'm craving a steak this is one of my favorite places to go. Prices are still reasonable even though beef prices are through the roof. Recently this has been one of the few places that nails the temps on our steaks consistently. The drinks are good if you like endless variations of a margarita. The service has always been top notch at Texas Roadhouse I can't recall a single time I've gotten less than stellar service.

My second time coming to a Texas Roadhouse and I can say my food was great but the service was ok they could have a lil better accommodations for large parties but other than that this place is my favorite. I love the food here.

We used the call ahead seating and checked in when we arrived. I was notified to stay comfortable in the car until our table was ready which took less than 5 minutes. We sat down, got our rolls and ordered dinner. The appetizers came our fast and then food was shortly after. All of the staff was friendly and the food was great!

Yesterday we showed up and got sat in a booth. It did not accommodate one of us and the staff was so kind, swift, and quickly accommodated by switching our table. The manager Tiffany is great at her job and swiftly taking care of the issue at hand. She even praised her staff, which I don’t hear many manager do, for quickly getting another table ready. Food was great, staff is amazing, this has been the best and cleanest Texas Road House I have been to. I tipped 25% because they deserve that and more!
