My
review
is
mainly
for
their
take-out
ordering.
My
family
and
I
have
used
their
take-out
service
quite
a
few
times
over
the
last
year.
It
seems
like
every
time,
we
are
more
disappointed
than
the
last.
The
food
is
usually
good
which
is
why
we
have
continued
to
order,
but
this
time
will
be
our
last.
I
placed
our
order
around
5:25pm
with
a
time
of
6:15
for
pick
up.
I
got
there
at
6:20
and
they
said
our
order
wasn’t
quite
ready
yet
so
I
could
wait
in
my
car
and
they
would
text
me
when
it
was.
After
30
more
minutes
of
waiting
without
a
text,
I
went
in
anyways
and
was
told
slightly
rudely
by
the
cashier
that
they
had
texted
me
“a
few
minutes
ago”
even
though
I
haven’t
received
any
texts
from
them.
I
looked
past
that
because
I
know
they
are
always
busy
and
I’m
never
a
rude
customer
to
any
type
of
business.
What
really
got
me
agitated
was
the
condition
of
our
food
when
we
got
home.
It
was
cold,
so
I
know
it
had
been
ready
for
a
while.
It
wasn’t
just
one
dish,
it
was
the
whole
order.
Our
order
included
steak
kabobs
that
were
literally
just
pieces
of
steak
and
some
veggies
thrown
on
rice.
There
weren’t
even
mushrooms
within
the
dish
as
was
stated
on
their
menu.
For
that
side,
I
asked
for
a
loaded
baked
potato
and
paid
extra
for
it,
only
to
find
a
plain
potato
in
some
foil
that
wasn’t
cooked
all
the
way
because
it
was
hard.
My
sons
macaroni
and
cheese
was
also
ice
cold.
If
this
had
been
just
a
one-time
thing,
I
wouldn’t
be
complaining,
but
every
time
we
order
things
are
increasingly
wrong.
I
always
try
to
be
understanding
because
of
covid
and
the
fact
that
plenty
of
businesses
are
short
staffed,
but
I
still
expect
to
get
what
I
pay
for.
