The place has a cute airplane motif. I ordered a small set of wings with the bones in.. (you get a choice between boneless or with the bones). Wings were delicious and had a crispness to them. I ordered the Hot Korean sauce. To me it tasted on the more mild side with just enough heat to leave my lips feeling warm after eating. I recommend. The main suggestion I have is they need to add napkins in the bag - lots of them. BBQ wings are a messy business. Second trip: ordered 8 pieces, half with mango habenaro and half with BBQ bayou. Fries were on the soft side. Mango habenaro is spicy but not crazy hot. BBQ bayou was tasty. To me tasted like a mildly hot sweet sauce. Still could use more napkins. This time I thought to ask for some but only got 3 to share between two people with two orders.

Didn't even get a chance to order before the staff were looking at us in disgust God forbid if you have to work right. It was pretty dirty in there as well so I took advantage of the line to look around. Decided I wanted better service and a cleaner place to eat so went to old Chicago and had a great pizza and the wife still got some good wings.

Don't bother with this location. The cashier was borderline hostile. She seemed irritated to have to take my order in person instead of online in advance. We waited a long time for the food, and as we waited, I witnessed the cashier blame an online customer when she couldn't find the customer's prepaid order. Turns out they had given it to someone else earlier. And instead of apologizing to the customer, they told her "there is nothing we can do, some Hispanic looking man already picked up that order." Why even mention his race?!? The iced tea dispenser dispensed super sweet tea from the button that was supposed to be unsweetened. The drink machine was leaking. Possibly all over ketchup container. All of the ketchup packets were stuck together by dried soda. Didn't realize this until I reached in to grab some packets. So gross.

Can I bring this back for a refund? Dry, soggy wings, and under cooked! I took a bite and it was disgusting. I won’t even give this to my dog. Dump it in trash. Absolutely terrible.

This place is disgusting!! Someone call the health inspector. It looks as if they NEVER clean the bowls they toss the wings in or even the counter they throw the bowls back onto. If youre going to have glass windows looking into the kitchen, maybe keep it clean and presentable. All the dining room tables were dirty and sticky and we were the only people sitting in the dining room. The sevice is awful. The lady taking our order was rude and not helpful at all. At least 3 people that ordered after us got their food before us. Our order was stuffed on the pick up shelf while we waited staring at the lady that took our order. When we finally got our food it was cold and the fries were soggy and limp. Was our first time ever going to a Wing Stop, and will never be going back. It's really sad, because it's such a good idea for a restaurant. Go to Buffalo Wild Wings if you want quality and cleanliness.

The service was slow, the girl taking my order was pretty rude. It was my first time there and didn’t know what I wanted and she made me feel rushed. She definitely didn’t like her job and it showed. The drinks were heavily chlorinated I dumped the drink, the fries and wings were soggy. I drove 2 hours and was disappointed.

Wings are hot in temperature but not hot in spice! I had their large order (10 wings) of atomic and mango habanero. The smell was there as though it was gonna be spicy but in reality, it wasn't. The mango tasted ok but compared to bdubs, no way. Didnt even had a hint of habanero heat. Hoping to catch more heat, the atomic wings failed big time! The looks of red pepper flakes were the only thing that made it look spicy. I can't even rate it a 1 for spicy. More like a point 5 or better yet a zero out of 10 for spice. The fries that accompanied these wings were OMG dreadful! Old, soggy and Hella salty! Seemed like the took the lid off the salt shaker and just dumped it all over the fries.

Normally, I love Wingstop. I’m not sure if it’s just the particular area, maybe it was. The workers looked very overworked and irritated. Especially the lady that served me. I ordered the Lemon-pepper wings combo. I was in a rush so I didn’t get to look at my food until I got home. You can imagine my disappointment when I saw the box full of DRUMSTICKS instead of WINGS. Wingstop, y’all really need to get it together. This was disappointing!!!!

I have never been treated so rude in my life! All staff had ear pods in! my order was completely wrong. I tried asking for a manager and i was ignored. my fries were black and burnt! wings were cold! and inside was completely disgusting. Do yourself a favor and never eat here. My order was wrong and when i went up to explain how my order was wrong the lady working said it wasnt wrong and walked away. my receipt even showed it was wrong. I had to just leave without getting a refund or talking to a manager

Great meal deal, big portion for the money, wings were very fresh. Big shout out to the dude at the register, I didn't catch his name but my friends and I all enjoyed our visit, special thanks to him and all the staff there. Will be back soon likely.

I love coming here for wings. Though they have wings and other chicken options outside of the wings, the sauces they have range from more of a sweet-ish taste with a slight kick to very spicy. I do enjoy the selection of food they have as well. It can get a bit busy sometimes, but they do make everything fresh. Expect a bit of a wait, but that comes with getting decent (fresh) food!

I usually love supporting places with my people working. But when it comes to food, cmon now. There was a curly long piece of hair. I tried to call, no answer. Same with my other 20 calls.

This place has amazing chicken! HOWEVER, if you order ahead or walking in, plan to wait about 45-60 mins every time despite what time is quoted on your confirmation email. Staff is trying their best to keep up but something needs changing to make thing speed up significantly. The person helping at the front is always running around and busy and keeps up with everyone who is waiting, but the wait time is just awful.

Ate here a couple days ago with my boyfriend. The heavyset cashier, lead or whatever it seemed annoyed to have to take our order because the other girl— who seemed to still be training was still with another customer. Also had a very nonchalant attitude. They forgot the ranch and the extra ranch that we ordered , and seemed annoyed that we asked for it???? Wingstop fries are already nasty as it is and they didn’t put the seasoning that my boyfriend asked for. The soda machine was filthy. You can tell they don’t clean often. The chicken sandwich was bomb but I’ll never revisit this location

This location was good at first but now the service is horrible! The cashiers give you a certain timeframe of when your food would be done, and when you come back they just stare at you. The manager wasn’t any help. I will be calling corporate as well because this is unacceptable!

Let me first start off by saying the food was very good. The atmosphere of this place was horrid The floor was literally sticky. Where you get your soda from the ice was flowing out of the ice machine and you can tell it has been sitting there for a minute because the whole area where you get your soda was dirty and filthy. Staff looks like they were all tired and overworked and irritated. I definitely will not be coming back even though the food was good do not want to eat from a place this filthy and dirty somebody really needs to call osha and the board of health.

Great place if you haven't tried it out yet. Great service! Didn't have to wait any longer than a minute to get my order (online pickup). Mango habenero chicken sandwich is good 8/10. ( not spicy in my opinion). Wouldn't recommend the new Maple Siracha chicken sandwich it's too sweet for me. The Louisiana voodoo fries are pretty good.

Food was great! I ordered in advance and picked up. Ate inside and the food was still hot and fresh. Corn was perfect and well seasoned. I got the mango habanero tenders and the Parmesan garlic tenders. Chicken was cooked well and I enjoyed it!

First, you walk in and the place is messy. Sticky floors, sticky countertops, the food area is a mess. Then you get to talk to the sassy people behind the counter. They told me to wait longer than the initial estimation. Okay, fine, it's busy. They give me my food. But I get home and they missed half my order. So I call and ask for the missing wings, and they tell me 16 minutes. I guess...it does have to cook, whatever. I go back into the dingy establishment and I wait in line long enough that's been at least 20 minutes since the call. I get to the front and the guy with the attitude tells me it's going to be another 10 minutes...for the food that THEY forgot. Cherry on top, when they finally give me my wings, THEY FORGOT THE BLEU CHEESE. Never coming here again, even if Bdubs is closed like today.

Came in for the first time today and India was really nice and helpful! Quick service and good wings, will definitely come back whenever I’m in the area again :)

Love there chicken wings. I have yet to try to atomic one and the Asian flavored one. My favorites are definitely the lemon pepper, Louisiana dry rub and the hot wings. Their fries are some of my favorite fast food fries and their ranch is very good. However, the atmosphere is very dirty (sticky floors and tables, drink station area is not clean). Service is very hit and miss. Sometimes they have my food out quick other times is a longer wait. The food is worth wait most of the time.

Abby was a delight! She made sure to check on me while I was waiting for my order and made sure I got everything! She was even interacting with her co workers making sure they all worked together. Great team.

The flavor was good as well as spice. We ordered $98 worth of wings. All four of us noticed that while some wings were moist, others were terribly dry. They also forgot the $2 two tender add ons for our order. For the dry ones I dunked them in the blue cheese sauce which had amazing consistency, with just the right amount of zing and blue cheese. It may be the best I've ever tasted. I would probably order again but on a busier night in hopes of fresher wings. I also didn't care for all the black styrofoam packing.

Every time we visit this location the kitchen is pumping out orders, but it's like pulling teeth to get your order into your hands. Whether the kitchen forgot to call out the name or you arrived afterward, the front of house seems incapable of going through the orders again even when asked. They'll call some and skip others, they'll stand there doing nothing. Last night specifically had a lobby full of about 20 people all waiting for orders. It wasn't until the worker was asked two separate times what orders were up that anyone started to get their food. Our bag had been sitting on the shelf for the entire 30 minutes we were there waiting and was never called out until the worker was pushed yet again to read off some names. The food was of course cold when we got home. I don't know if it's mismanagement or what but this is our experience here every. single. time.

Food was good as always. took a while to get out, but it was made fresh so I can hardly complain. Restaurant atmosphere is great for a large chain. Recommend coming here if you are in the mood for wings.

I've picked up Doordash orders here several times and usually don't have to wait long even though they're sometimes busy. And I finally tried their food because it smelled good- cajun wings and a brownie. Both were delicious though the cajun wings were too spicy for me (my fault). And because they were boneless she got my order for me right after I picked up a Doordash even though I could've come back.

Not the cleanest on the inside, but not trashed. There was an employee filling ranch cups at a table near the front door - seemed to be creating a bit of a mess. They also didn't get my online order so they made it fresh and thankfully it didn't take long. Wings (bone-in, dry rub) were surprisingly really good! I'm a fan.
