Honestly a quite little family hotel. If you have kids the place is perfect! The swimming pool are nice but not gigantic, the resort is pretty small so they can move and be independent, the kid's club is super active and offering kid's show at night. For adults it's a bit more limited, the lobby's bar is nice but no ambiance, no way to take a coffee outside after 7pm, the only place to eat is the buffet at 24€ per person. Positive point the beach is 2 minutes walk and very clean and nice, easy to reach. Keep in mind that the hotel parking is not free, 10€ per day. There is a small free parking but finding a spot is not that easy. The SPA is nice but 20€ per person again... So nice for a weekend but I wouldn't stay a full week, I was missing some activities around!

This hotel is amazing! Lovely relaxing pools for adults and a shallow one for the little ones. The staff is so helpful and friendly! The cocktails are delicious specially the coconut mojito 😉. I had a lovely time and will definitely come back. 5 stars well deserved!

The SPA HAD EVERYTHING!!! I had a wonderful time with my wife in the pool, the massage room, and in the hotel itself!

Everything was to our fullest satisfaction. Great location directly next to the beautiful beach, nice pools and always friendly staff!

Lovely hotel, good location, 5 mins walk to the beach, good breakfast, you need a car as there are no local amenities, it's only 15 mins drive to San Lucca, it's a beautiful place to explore.

This is about the spa only. The place is well maintained, everything works as expected. They have a main pool, with different water jets, and around it you'll find showers, dry and wet sauna, freeze room and pediluvio. Then, if you have booked a treatment, you go downstairs where they have the treatment rooms. Your treatment may include a bath in a special tub which has a lot of water jets that follow a pattern; I found this of little value since I was already in the main pool and have had a massage.

We cancelled before holidays even started. The hotel does not grant / confirm actual selection of bed preferences. All double rooms are booked with 1 big bed *or* 2 single beds and what you'll get, you'll only know upon arrival, despite selecting your preferences during the booking process. Exchanged messages with the staff on this, without success. What kind of customer service is this and what poor room reservation system does this hotel use, if bed preferences can't be secured upfront?

All staff is beyond expectations, with one exception: the male safeguard at the pool is rude, making female customers uncomfortable by attempting flirting.

We went to the spa at Elba for the first time today, we came at 14h and had a wonderful time, the receptionist was very professional and had such great attitude. MERCI

If your goal is to get away from the City Relax, golf, go to the spa, or the beach but still only be 15 minutes from restaurants and night life THIS IS THE PLACE! Also recommended for military on orders if the base accommodations are full. The Goods: Comfortable rooms, convenient dining in the hotel, nice bar with food to snack between meals. Huge pool to sit and relax by surrounded by beautiful architecture and grounds keeping. 5-10 minute walk down the street/boardwalk to the beach. * fairly easy walk with ramp to the sand. Large spa with decent prices. Comparable to any spa in the US. *Hot or cold Sauna, steam room, hot or cold showers, large jetted relaxation pool with waterfalls throughout. Can schedule sport massages or relaxation for you or a couple. But schedule it ahead of time because it fills up quickly. Kids play area down stairs for the littles or an arcade off the lobby for the little bit older children. Giftshop off the lobby and a stage for small events hosted by the hotell. The Bad's: The WiFi was absolutely hit and miss one day good next day bad. Ensure you don't require to be connected in your room 100% of the time or you may be inconvenienced going to the lobby which worked consistently or having to ask for another room in the hotel if there is availability. The hot water would randomly go out mid shower 10 seconds sometimes, 2 minutes the next. When at a high end resort it's not expected to have this issue. Off peak season travel will get you cheap rooms but will drastically effect the level of service you get. Not bad just slow... Front desk, Dinning, bar. Free parking is limited with a little bit of a walk if your mobility is limited this will not be a good option for you, and hotel underground garage parking is pricey $$$ but it is extremely convenient!

Great beds. Central AC. Quiet at night. Floor plan of hotel is a bit confusing. Door from bedroom into bathroom is more like a partition, and does not block light or sound into the bedroom. The food was FANTASTIC!

If you wish to stay healthy in terms of food and workouts then this place is ideal. Very large rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast has everything you could hope for from freshly squeezed orange juice and Cava to fruits, nuts salads and milk options from cow to oat milk. Even honeycomb is available to eat! One of the better hotel gyms I have seen too. About 1 hours walk from the old town if you walk at a reasonable pace. So if you don’t walk much the you will need a taxi ride to get where there are any shops and restaurants. Right on a lovely beach too so no complaints there. All in all very good, I would come again.

I only came here for the Thalasso spa! The experience for the massage was great, I'm not sure what the young lady's name was, but she gave me the best back massage in the South of Spain (perfect amount of pressure). The spa staff was very professional and all very helpful to my boyfriend and I. I will be back.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s isolated with beautiful greenery and has quick access to the beach. We never had a chance to try the meals in the restaurants, because of the short eating time slots and scheduling, so that was a definite bummer. We did grab a quick bite at the pool and it wasn’t anything great and the gentleman seemed pretty grumpy. The spa was AMAZING! We did facial spa treatments and it was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. Great staff in the spa!!! There is a hotel store, but it’s only open like 2 hours during the day. Also, the indoor bar was not open reliably based on the time posted.

Very nice and clean hotel. I've stayed at a few hotels in the area, this one is the best. Perfect for families.

This place was very lovely. Very clean and the rooms were very nice. There are some really good views, either the golf course with lakes or the beautiful beach outside. The staff was friendly and polite. If you don't know Spanish there is a gentleman that speaks pretty well. The food is great here and they have a dinner buffet on Fridays I believe that is really really good. The breakfast is good too. You won't be disappointed.

Hotel is lovely but out dated. Wifi connection is very poor in some rooms and the food is basic. Bedrooms are ok. Hotel looks beautiful. This is more of a 3 star hotel definitely not a 4

Stayed as family with a baby and 4 year old daughter for 10 days. After a kite accident with complicated surgery my wife was on her own with both kids. We received such a good support from especially Raquel Peńa, that we extended our stay. When back, Raquel and also Lucia Marin did their utmost to support me and my family in these difficult times. The complete staff in the restaurant has also been very attentive and friendly with our kids. Much appreciated! Sincere thanks and regards to all of you!

Very good customer service. They fit me right in during peek seasoned and honor my per diem rate. Everyone was wonderful! The chefs and servers were all fabulous and kind. I was able to get tea even when I wasn't supposed to at like 1am. Extremely family friendly? They have events for the whole family everyday. The only downside is I couldn't figure out how to find the schedule online even though one of the ladies at the front showed me, it wasn't opening up for me. Just a suggestion a printed schedule would be nice to have handy for those of us who need it. Thanks for all the hospitality. I will be back with the family next time.
