The hotel is just a place to sleep. Parking is easy and cheap. (€4.50) for however long you park up. Park in St Sever shopping center underground parking, zone 16. It takes you right to the back entrance. 24 hour access as the lobby is manned. The beds and pillows are comfortable and clean. Small rooms, but I was comfortable enough. Daytime lobby speaks English. Nightwatchman spoke as much English as I spoke French! Friendly none the less.

I saw many issues in the hotel, such as Elevator problems, a coffee machine, the cleanness of the hotel and my room, and no toilet paper especially: There was no AC or any kind of ventilation in the room. When I asked the receptionist, I was told there was none, and the rest of the issues have been like this for months. This person has called the Hotel's owner, and he did nothing to fix those. 35C degrees outside, noisy street, and I have to sleep with my window open? It was a very stressful night with bad sleep.

For the price ok, until we woke up covered in bug bites. No word of excuse whatsoever. -------------- Edit: Response: my real name is Sophie Ruland. We talked to the receptionist when we left who said something in the spirit of "oh, too bad." And to his colleague "What was the number of the guy we call in this case?". So it seems to be a reoccurring problem that is not handled too firmly.

Travelling with an open plan and restricted budget, B&B Hotels were a reliable place to rest and park in all simplicity

No water boyler in the room, no tea, no coffee. The rooms are very small, no fresh air. The beds are very uncomfortable. It's like a pigeon House. It's 3 - 4 stops from the train station of Rouen. The heating system is not used by the guest, it's controlled by the reception. Guest can not set it. There's no table laps, The strangs of laps are very poor, I could heardly to red. Tv cable is fanny, there's only French speaking channels. The was ok, not too expensive, if the price is important just stay here and enjoy nois at night if it's very windy. Don't sleep on the 4th food, because everything moves by the wind. At the Reception they'll give you on other room if you can't sleep. They are very friendly.

Service is very very good! The staff , Sarah, François and especially Ahmed are very accommodating and friendly. They let us feel that we have a home away from home. Our group is a big group from the Philippines and so far none from the group complained of any inconvenience. We are really happy about the service. Breakfast is good. We are so full that it will help us sustain the day. So, definitely for next year, we will visit and stay at BB Hotel Rouan. Merci beaucoup.

Terrible hotel shouldn't be trading whilst still building rooms . Plastic covering floor in reception , lift and floor 4 .. cement dust everywhere , people smoking in hotel (non smoking ) staff smoke directly out front door .. no extra pillows , rooms hot . Codes on keys didn't work had to have recoded x 2 . Bathroom leaked into bedroom so moved to another room , no door entry lock . Moved to floor 5 . Took pillows with us to that room .. young man on the desk did his best to help , other staff .. black girl couldn't give a toss , and gent who checked us in , he could have said something but didn't ...

As a one-night stay, it was good as it had everything you need: a bed and a shower. The firmness of the bed didn't bother us at all after a day of exhausting exploration of Rouen. The rooms were clean, and we didn't have any issues. Close to the centre but a bit further than I expected.

Location is great but the rooms are so small. The washrooms were dull and so small. Wouldn't recommend

Nice experience, the rooms are neat, well kept, and located right at the city centre. Generally gives a good feeling.

The hotel is well placed and meets almost the expectations. Nice hoteliers. Negative points: noise issues in the night due to no breaking systems on the doors. The breakfast have the space for improving.

The staff were great.Kind, friendly and so charming. The hotel was in renewing process and all the tools and machinery, electric cords were along the corridors. Also destroyed rooms with open doors all over the corridor. That offered a poor feeling when first arrived. The room was ok, but the bathroom was tiny and not very well cleaned. There was a table, but not a chair to sit neither in the room nor the bathroom. Wifi didn't work and there was no telephone to call the reception. The buffet breakfast was standard but fine.

My stay was very pleasant and the personnel very helpful. However, when I left I forgot my charger in my room. I contacted the hotel the day after, they had found it and promised to ship it. A couple of weeks later I still hadn't received it, recontacted the hotel and they said it had been lost but promised to refund it immediately. Another ten days later I still haven't received the refund and can't get them to answer on the telephone or by mail...

We loved our stay in B&B hotels. They are clean, nice rooms, good Wifi and good service from the staff. The beds are not bad but they could be softer as they are litle hard, except in Girona where the beds are perfect. The good about B&B hotels is that they have the same standard and look everywhere

Noise in the night. Noise early in morning for delivery. Hotel situated near shopping site. If you like quietude. Please avoid

I arrived at the hotel quite late in the evening. I had booked it as it had parking but when I arrived the parking was undergound and unsuitable for the van i was in. I went to reception and the guy was extremely helpful. He directed me to a small car park on the corner and even walked over to see if there were spaces which there were. He was extremely helpful. He gave me a free bottle of water to take to the room and when I asked if there was anywhere to get a beer before bed. He offered to pour me one even though the bar did not seem to be open. The hotel was very clean and modern and i felt very comfortable. When I left at 6.30am the guy on reception was still there and checked my stay had been ok. I would definitely stay again.

During my stay there were offered no cleaning services. And im not asking for changing linen but not even garbage was cleaned. With corona virus nowadays it's a great matter of hygiene. The walls are so thin that you can hear entire conversation. There is no phone in the room. When you need to ask something you have always to go to reception. Housekeepers and Night auditors do not speak English, how it is a possible to communicate?

Very tired and old hotel. No prior contact with directions to virtually impossible to find car park. Will not stay again.

Everything is fine buy we missed the airco. It was very hot in the room and outside it was noisy with the window open. Nevertheless, after taking a hot shower we sleeped well. In the morning we had a good breakfast in the breakfastroom, not the takeaway! The hotel is at walking distance of the historical centre of Rouen and the promenade along the romantic Seine is even closer! I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel is not clean to the standard and breakfast is not good at all. Also language Problem if can not speak French means communication with hotel workers is very big Problem. So the hotel need International language as workers. Not only French people that will be your customer.

Friendly 24/7 service. It’s a hotel that’s fine for 1 night, don’t expect anything fancy but a clean bed and a hot shower. The breakfast is what you pay for and does not include too many options. Overall an easy stay
