    I’ve worked at 4 different Starbucks and this store was by far the best store I’ve worked at. Laura is an incredible manager and the rest of the staff is a reflection of it. If you’re looking to work at a Starbucks you’ve hit gold with this one!

    The drive thru is very slow here. They also gave me the wrong drink. Didn't want to go back through the drive thru to get the correct one because I had my kids in the car.

    First of all they take so long about 30 minutes in line if not more. Even if you place a mobile order they still won’t have it ready and make you wait at the window. Plus Gina is extremely rude and gets bothered for any thing you ask for like a straw she needs to retire. Also explains why she yells at the speaker. There’s no sense of urgency they take their time maybe they need more employees in the afternoon. 30 minutes for 1 coffee is insane.

    The young guy working the window needs a refresher on customer service. It also seems like every day this location is always out of something…one day here, next day…repeat often. Y’all know seasonal drinks are popular…keep your stuff stocked. You’ll have happier customers.

    So I placed a mobile order and when I picked it up inside the store my cup was filled 3/4. I am paying for a grande drink, therefore, I am expecting my cup to be filled. So disappointed!

    15 mins in line to get to the speaker, another 15 to get to the window and another 5 mins for them to finish making the 2 drinks. What a freaking joke. Just go to the one in meijer across the street, much faster and efficient.

    SO SLOW. The girl Jay is so rude I ordered and then my bf wanted something but we had already paid and she got mad that we didn’t order all together… she gave us attitude and before that we were there for literally 5 minutes and there was 3 girls they weren’t doing anything but also not taking our orders do not go to this one.

    Why is it always so slow….. give yourself an hour to get a cup of coffee if you’re in the drive. Servers are always nice but the wait time is horrible

    Everybody is super nice super welcoming they bust out the coffee pretty quick this is a busy location, during peak hours. Bathrooms are always clean Wi-Fi is good.

    I try to avoid this location because each time I go there I have the same experience. I always order a simple hot coffee with cream. In other Starbucks locations the clerk turns around and pour the coffee, especially if there’re no other customers waiting in line. It literally takes 10 seconds. In this location they never do that. They make me wait for 15 minutes until all fancy drinks are made and then I get my cup of coffee. I really don’t mind waiting if I see that all employees are busy. The last time I asked the clerk to do that for me since she was not serving anybody else. She asked (I think) a manager and the manager said “No”. I know this strict policy makes their work easier but some flexibility wouldn’t hurt. Today the place was almost empty and I waited patiently for 15 minutes until two ladies ahead of me left with trays full of those fancy drinks. I was already alone in the store when they noticed me and asked me if I’m waiting for anything. I said that I ordered a cup coffee. They said “Oh!”. They apparently forgot about my order. Then the clerk turned around and poured me a cap of coffee. The coffee was good, I can’t complain on that but I wonder why I always leave them a tip…

    This is legitimately the worst Starbucks on the planet. Always takes at least 15 minutes to get a drink; even with all that time you would think they'd get the order right but no.

    It's awkward the drive-thru is a pain to go through the server got my order wrong pulling out of there was terrible I won't be back "mostly because of location the server was very friendly"

    They ALWAYS have my order correct even if I have no clue what I'm trying to order! The crew is knowledgeable and fast and always smiling! Even when they are busy you can feel the welcome and Upbeat vibe! I love this location!

    9 times out of 10 they are out of stock of the strawberry refreshers. This is the only store that is always out of the same thing over and over. Go 10 min down the road and they have it. Very frustrating. The barista says it’s because they are busier. Someone should be allocating more to this location then. Day is only half way over.

    Girl at the register who wears colorful eyeshadow and dramatic lashes seemed to have a problem with my sister (who has a learning disability) showing her a picture of her order. Telling her to “read it” and that she should “learn how to read it”. I don’t think that was respectful AT ALL. If she has a problem with taking orders maybe she should make the drinks. Every time my family and I come in she always seems to have an attitude and is just lazy over all and doesn’t try and doesn’t have good customer service. It’s always a problem when she’s the one taking our order. Reading something or looking off of a picture with the name of the order on there isn’t hard. I used to do this as a cashier for people who couldn’t speak English, or had disabilities, or simply just thought it was easier to show a picture or give me a note. It’s way easier than trying to figure out what the person is trying to say and all my sister was doing was making it easier on both of them so I don’t see the problem. My sister has gone to the Starbucks on hainsville and they are very understanding and read it off and type into the screen within seconds. She just decided that she wanted to be rude per usual. Which shouldn’t be acceptable.

    I ordered three drinks and a sandwich. Had to have my drink remade as they were still working on the other two drinks. So then I got my daughters and the bottom of the cup was full of mocha drizzle so was mine twice. Called them and went back Megan who made the drinks as I was talking to Jay the manager she said I remade your drink already and then she’s standing there with a smirk on her face, walks over by the register stands there and has the biggest smile on her face. I told Jay to have her walk away. This is horrible customer service at this store. I will be calling the manager and the corporate manager as well. This doesn’t even deserve one star.

    I love this location always my go to but today I ordered a spinach feta and egg white wrap and not only was it poorly made(wrapped)but it also looked a little uncooked of course I was running late to pick up my kiddos from school and hungry so I just ate it but shorty after finishing I started having horrible stomach pain that I’m 100% sure was the cause of this wrap! I get there’s a lot of orders to be made but next time try cooking them better and making them look nicer(even though it’s probably the last time I order a wrap)
