    As a DoorDasher, I come here frequently and have customers contact me often to ask how they can get a refund for missing and incorrect items from this specific location. Most customers already know how to do that and don't need to ask me. Right now, they're still taking orders at 2:12am after refusing to remake an order they gave to a random person that was not here on behalf of DoorDash. The order had a 1:55 pickup time and I arrived around 1:40 after being assigned the order 15 minutes prior to that because of my location when I accepted the order. I was prepared to have to wait, but the employee actually remembered handing out the order. I had DoorDash customer service call this McDonald's and they did refuse to correct their mistake after I had been waiting long enough for the customer to contact me to ask if their order was almost ready. I lost out on a lot of pay for the night trying to do right by the customer because McDonald's refused to rectify their mistake. They're only supposed to give an order to whomever is assigned to it because the driver assigned to it is the only person who has the necessary order number. I don't think there could have been a glitch allowing a 2nd driver to be assigned to the same order, especially since the customer had access to my contact info. Why refuse to do the work to fix what they screwed up when their signage does indicate they are open 24hrs unlike some locations that close at 2am? Normally, I wouldn't agree to pick up an order from this location after 1am because an employee will typically tell me they do not have the order in their system even if I've driven 20+ minutes to get here and they won't make an order based off the official information that includes every single thing about the order including whether or not someone wants ketchup packets or a burger without the pickle. I made an exception and I seriously regret it!

    11:30 Sunday night. Parking lot is blocked by random truck. Pull around and proceed to get in drive through. Woman walks out and tells me they are closed. Meanwhile there are 3 cars in front of me, the car at the menu is ordering… so I’m confused. And want to understand so I ask her why. She says they close every Sunday night. I continue to ask why, she seems to not understand my questions. Nor does she seem to understand my question of why there is a random truck blocking the entrance. Woman is Hispanic, does not give me her name or her managers name and is oblivious to my misunderstandings of why they are closed, but people are still ordering, or why she (or I’m assuming another employee) would have their truck parked blocking the entrance. Meanwhile I stay in the drive through and every single car up until me ordered and got what they ordered. Is this a regular thing? That they close a 24hr McDonald’s w random cars blocking the driveway? Never have I ever experienced this. But if they are going to do that, maybe say 24/7 except sundays.. idk, would make more sense. 🤷‍♀️

    Food is very good here but service is VERY slow 🐌 😴 😑 😒 😕 😐. I've seen that it made be the kitchen confusing themselves with which over to send out first, the dine ins or the drive thru?! The employees are nice but they need to pay attention more the customers too that order inside. They literally ignore customers as you stand in front of the cashier or pick up area. This place is usually clean since there is an employee who constantly goes out to clean every so often. Quick bite and leave.

    The slowest and most misorganized McDonald's Ive ever been to, the drive thru is always busy only because they can't prioritize the lanes and they'll just take 5 orders in a row, on 1 out of the 2 lanes of the drive thru. It's mental. I go out of my way down 83 to choose a different McDonald's every time because of how slow and unorganized this place is. Never had such slow service at a "fast food" establishment.

    I don't like McDonald's all their food is fake. I they never get my order right. I always have to go back around. An overall they just decreased on the size of portions of what they used to give you. So now you're paying more for less. I know there's an inflation or whatnot but still a McChicken for 10 bucks when it used to be like a dollar. Come on now McDonald's you can do better than that. We know that you're on monopoly of a franchise for the fast food industry. Or is Ronald McDonald making everything bad for you all? I've heard stories about him lol 😆💀🤣

    I ordered using the app at 11:19 pm while I was already in line at the drive thru. It took about 40 minutes to get my food, since I got it at 12:00 am. Not only that, once I was finally able to tell them my mobile order code they told me (after saying to me the name I had on the order) that probably my order was at another location, not at that one. I insisted saying that it was the correct one, and the lady was telling me to go somewhere else cause it was the wrong one. I then asked if the address was 774 Rollins Rd and she confirmed it was the correct one. I also told her I could show her the email with the receipt and the address on it, and she finally told me I could reach the second window to get the food, even though before that she said she didn’t have my order. Once at the window there was a guy that didn’t even say hi to me, nor sorry for the waiting and the inconvenient; he simply gave me the food. The only reason I waited that long was because I made the order with the app, so I was not able to cancel it. I’ve been at this location many times and this was my first time having these kind of problems, but they could at least have said sorry. Plus I have no idea why she was trying to make me believe my food was not there, and make me leave.

    food is good like any other McDs. but... it is a busy location. most likely long wait, running out of stuff . in DT, always missing something like ketchup, napkins.( make sure you have everything you need before driving away, FYI). I'm sure employees are doing their best.

    THIS LOCATION IN FRONT OF MEIJER RLB WITHOUT A DOUBT WITH CERTAINTY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST McDONALDS EVER. HANDS DOWN. The worst employees, the worst food, the most wrong orders, the worst customer service, the most attitudes by staff, the most screw ups, the least likely place to have ice cream working, you name a bad thing about McDonald's and this s**thole exemplifies it. There is a McDonalds at Grand and 83 and they are leagues better and the very best being the one in Lindenhurst where they simply put the RLB location to utter shame. They should shut it down and fire the Franchisee. They are giving McDonalds a terrible name.

    Worst experience yet. Went through the drive through, which took 35 mins by the way. Got what food I thought I had order. Only to get home and find out I got a completely different order. Went back to the store and Went inside. As I wasn't going to wait that long again. Began speaking to a younger lady with red curly hair. She didn't let me finish and she stated I am on break, turned her back to me and started working the area where the finish sandwich are put. After a couple moments a younger man came to try and help. He looked at me said ok took the receipt. I then heard the curly head girl state I just told him I'm on break and came over here. This lack of customer service is why I and my family will make other choices from now on. I didn't even get an apology for the mix up. I hope you find better help as this isn't the first issue we as a family we have had here, but it is the last.

    I went here for lunch Monday and ordered a McDouble extra ketchup on the inside Kiosk. After getting my food, I asked for ketchup since the self-serve ketchup pumps were never reinstalled for whatever the reason, and only got 2 packs, which is not enough for a fry or burger. I know this location is always cheap with the ketchup packs as the employees always seem to hand out 3-5 packs of ketchup for a 3 person order, but 2 packs just takes the cake. I went back up to the counter and asked for some more ketchup and the employee serving me gave a rude look while handing me the packs. When I returned to my table, I noticed that they messed up my mcdouble, since it was filled with the works instead of being only ketchup as shown on the reciept, hence another trip back up to the counter for me. I told the employee at the counter that my order was supposed to be only ketchup,but instead of receiving a corrected McDouble only ketchup, I got a Hamburger, only ketchup which is completely the wrong item from what I ordered. Not only did they mess up my order, but they also gave me the completely wrong item. At that point in time I just took the hamburger back to my table and ate it, since I didn't want to deal with any more stupidity. I'm not sure if they were super busy or what-not, but it seems that this location has only gone down hill ever since the pandemic.

    While at the speaker placing my order in the drive through, I alerted the McDonald's employee that I was using the coupon off the receipt for the buy one, get one free offer after filling out the survey. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and a quarter pounder with cheese. I have placed this same exact order at this McDonald's the last four times I have been there and it never was an issue but for some reason it was an issue tonight. The order taker never said anything about not being able to use the coupon for mcnuggets and when I pulled up to the window, there were 2 employees there. I handed my receipt with the code from the survey to a young man who was closest to the window. He looks at the receipt and calls this shorter woman over with short hair and glasses. She looks at the receipt with the survey code on it and tells the cashier to do something. Every time I place this order with the coupon with a free fries from the app and a large diet coke, it runs around 10 dollars but this time it is 16dollars!?!? I ask the cashier if he took one item off for the buy one get one free and he stated he took off one of the quarter pounders, which I informed him I only wanted one, but he changed my order to 2 because the manager lady told him I could not use the coupon for mcnuggets. She wouldn't say anything to me. I then informed her I had used the coupon the previous 4 visits and now all of a sudden she refuses to accept it for mcnuggets? She was really rude and disrespectful to me. I told her to cancel my order and that I would go to Wendy's down the road, whom was more then happy to take my money. And of course she has to get the last word in and says "Have a good night" in the most condescending voice as I am pulling away. I will go to the Antioch McDonald's from now on.

    Kids love the play place, that's why we go to this one even though it's not the closest. I wish the app would let me use a coupon/deal as well as get my free food from points in the same order. I understand not stacking coupons, but let me order my rewards food that I earned along with using a coupon for something else in the same order!

    More than half the time I go to this one, either my order gets messed up or they're "cleaning the frappe machines" which i saw for myself it only takes couple mins, it self cleans. With water and everything. They just push a button. And maybe they have to clean the actual machine but why do that during ur busiest hours? And this has been going on since way before covid so they can't use that as an excuse. It feels like they just decide they're not making them and tell customers the machine is down. Ik theres other ones that screw up orders a lot but this one by far is the worst one I've had experienced, over and over.

    This is a busy McDonald's but the best in the area. It is always clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. So many people stole soda that you can no longer fill up your own water which is inconvenient, because like i said it's busy so you have to wait for the staff to fill it. The playplace can get very LOUD so if you like quiet sit far away from the entrance of the playplace.

    I visited this McDonald’s today with my grandson in the car. When I pulled in, it was one line of cars that split into 2 to place your order. A very inpatient and unkind customer pulls up along side of me and edges me out of the line I was headed into (since I was next in line) and nearly hit my car in the doing!! It is no wonder the world is what it is these days as some people think they are “SPECIAL” and “ENTITLED” by doing what they want and not following the traffic in front of them. We will NOT visit this McDonald’s location again until your ordering lines are better marked as to how you want them to flow for the safety of all your customers!!
