[Edit] My five-star review has been reduced to two today because I was hung up on while trying to tell the manager that the girl who took my order got it completely wrong. I paid nearly $30 for something I did not want and was told by the manager that he was too busy to talk to me. Awesome service👍 ...The buffalo chicken pizza is amazing when they actually put the correct sauce on it.

Italian beef and pizza slice was amazing. Also the staff was very courteous and pleasing. Will revisit.

We eat here all the time! Customer service is eh but from my understanding they are short staffed and super busy. With that being said, pizza is great for the price. Good chicken sandwiches and fries, amazing baked mostaccioli, bootie is delish and cheesecake is probably the best thing on the menu!!! However, the salads are not that great. The bone in wings taste like literal mush they are nothing but fat and skin, no meat hardly and they are so salty.. The cannolis are probably the worst i’ve had from anywhere they are just soggy and horrible flavor and texture. Stick to the chicken sandwiches and cheesecake and you're good to go!

I've tried this pizza half a dozen times over the last 20 years. Haven't cared for it. Decided to try the double decker. Worst pizza I've ever had! All you could taste was crust. The pieces of sausage were the size of meatballs. Overpriced pizza and definitely not worth another try!!

The food is great with generous portions at affordable prices. It was pretty muggy in there with only ceiling fans and no A/C. The food came out quickly. Staff in the ice cream section were great. The parking is tight, but I guess we always find a way to squeeze in. The restaurant overall could use some updating.

Ordered half pepperoni half cheese for the kids. They marked the pepperoni side with one single pepperoni on either side, since the topping was under the cheese. Very impressed. Delivery driver handed me packages at my door after hanging the pizza over. Price was fair and delivery was swift. You've got yourself a new regular customer. Thanks for everything.

I have not been here in 20 + years. So let me tell you the dining arrangement has change. The food and service has normal. I ordered the Bootie and its the same from 20× years ago. I love it. What an Awesome job on keeping it the same. Then went right next door to Diane's dreams and had a great scoop of ice cream. Dinner and dessert all in 1 stop! Yummy for the tummy. Great job Diane and the rest of the staff. My hats off to you all!

I have been ordering pizza since over 15 years. Today I placed an order for cheese pizza with hot peppers and pizza was made completely different. The pizza crust was very thin and pizza sauce was uneven. Upon calling to Olando pizza manager he did not listen to my complaint. He hang up my call and doesn’t want to listen my complaint. He was very rude and unprofessional. ** I would not recommend this place their quality is going down and not good any more.** >>>> Very rude manager <<<<< He told me to go somewhere else for pizza.

Actually just stopped in for ice cream after going to the beach. Nice way to cool off. If your ever interested in going, try their famous "bootie". My favorite Italian beef sandwich covered in mozzarella cheese. Now I'm hungry!

Best pizza around! Recently moved to the area and always come back to Olando's. I placed an order and didn't specify on the type of ravioli. Which I thought was a mistake. Totally 100 percent my fault. They were very helpful with the whole ordeal. Very friendly/helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend. On that topic of ravioli. Must try the toasted pepper jack ones! Delicious 😋

The pizza was thick to were I would recommend to get marinara sauce to eat the crust. Was not extremely cheesy nor super saucy yet well seasoned pizza. We only have time to just grab a quick slice but will definitely come back to do dine in. There’s a lot on the menu that I would like to try.

Amazing food! We recently catered from them for a party we had and the food was perfect. Everyone thought it was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers. Would highly recommend them to anyone! We will definitely use them again!

Excellent customer service. We would always get ice cream or dessert after a school event. When we arrived just after 8, we noticed there fall and winter hours were till 8. They have everything cleaned and closed up, but when I stated that we always come here after a show , they opened everything up and made our night a special one. Thank you so much for your generosity.

Best italian beef around

We came from Washington State for our Pizza fix and Olando's was the first place we went. Even though they're short staffed like other places they don't skimp on the pizzas. The pizza was magnificent and the four of us closed our eyes as we savored each bite. If you just need a quick slice they have giant ones right there at the counter.

Big portions and great people. Plan to share and the prices are very reasonable. We split the Ribs and Shrimp combo and still have leftovers. Great people running a great business for many years. SUPPORT THIS PLACE! They deserve it.

Cool place and atmosphere. The food is alright but the pizza by the slice is quite a bit of bread. Definitely worth checking out and the grocery store in the same parking lot has decent tacos to boot. Finish off with an ice cream cone... Great little spot.

Been eating here literally since they opened in the late 80's. Owners Rich and Di have been great to me, and their food never disappoints. Great people, great food, huge portions. A definite must every time I am back in town.

The slices look very good and hearty, but it definitely lack pizza sauce. The ratio of bread to sauce is not proportionate. The service was average, and the slices are slightly below that.

Ordered a 16” sausage 1/2 mushroom extra thin crust to go just this past Sunday. They told me 45 minute wait. I decided to come early and sure enough it was ready in 30 minutes. I don’t know why or what happened, but this was probably the best thin crust pizza I ever had in the Chicago area. The sausage was plentiful and nice chunks, and it tasted great. I’ve been ordering from them for many years and it was just okay. But this time, it was killer. I hope they keep up the good work!

Downright the best pizza I’ve had in years. I think they use Wisconsin cheese, and that coupled with it being chicago style made it just amazing. They sell RC cola and Route 66 root beer too! Definitely our new go-to spot 🤙🏼

I wrote a review about a year ago and now this one. Always very friendly service. We moved here a few years ago and just brought pizza from here to two different parties of pizza snobs of 50 some years and everyone!!! At the parties said it was the best pizza they have had.

Loved this place since I was a kid and my parents worked part time there. The owners actually work in the restaurant and are friendly. Can't say enough about how cool the atmosphere is and the food is amazing! IYKYK🥰🤤

Food is good when they are open, hours are inconsistent however if it starts to snow they will close and just stop answering phones with no notice very disappointing and not good for business. Galatis is always open to posted hours and will answer the phone and deliver no problem love them !

I love this spot! They give tasty food, they have a rich menu, The chef in that place is a real authority in the kitchen, I like a lot trying all their food. The dishes are always fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the visitors is very good too. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I highly recommend it.

Ordered pizzas they said 45 minutes I arrive still not ready wait in the car they said 30 minutes later I go I’m saying what’s the hold up ten more minutes they say. Still nothing. I walk in and they finally bring them out. I had small children with me I told them communicate with your customers the delays! Oops they say what do you want a free coke? I said no and just got the heck out of there. Disappointed.

We ordered from Olando's for twelve people, all individual meals, had it delivered direct from Olando's and everything was perfect! Everything was delicious, the complete order was right and they even went above and beyond when I asked for extra pickles. Delivery was safe, on time (in fact, someone even called me to let me know the driver was on his way), and again, perfect. I am so excited to use them all winter for delivery to my home. I cannot say comment enough on how wonderful everything was, the food, the service, the delivery... Thank you for everything, Olando's!

So disappointed with Orlando's. Delivery was two hours. Didn't receive what I ordered. Called and the person was so flip and can't reverse on my card what I didn't receive. We can give you a credit. Donate it please because my husband and I will never order from you again. Oh... Do you donate? Fanella's is our go to now. Done with Orlando's.

Perfect for lunch or dinner. We came here after hearing about it from a friend. The menu had a great selection of choices. The food was good. The coleslaw was amazing. The service was quick. After we ate, we also got ice cream. The ice cream was delicious. They had bubblegum, which isn’t usually easy to find. The ice cream came in cute sundae dishes. I will definitely be back.
