Review mainly for Indian tourists: Spacious room but we got queen size bed and WC is located separate from shower and washbasin. Towels, drier, coffee/tea powders, kettle, alarm with Bluetooth speaker, TV (never used) are there. Along with small fridge, safe locker. Only grouse is that there is only power plug for you to charge your devices and if you are someone like me with many gadgets then you better have an extension and European adaptor. Breakfast is continental and hence no Indian items are available, but can healthy food like oats, muesli, fruits, croissants, breads, eggs etc. Shower is small but enough and provided with shampoo and body wash but would suggest to use your own shampoo if you can bring. Two lifts are there and are sufficient for the large group. Nearby in 100m walking distance you have Rueil-Malmaison train station and you can access Paris from there and it was very convenient and cheap too.

Iā€™ve already stayed at this hotel for a few times in the past and this week I stayed there again. Same is true for some of my professional colleagues - our company office is nearby. At the end of 3 days we all agreed about the poor experience: - cleaning: a lot of dust in the coffee/team shelfs (easy to see because of lamp above the shelf. The waste bin toilet had waste from previous customer (forgotten). Disgusting šŸ˜«! - breakfast: enough variety, but also experienced the same cleanliness issue. The plate taken from the self (below buffet balcony) and also dirty with dry/ sticked scrap of food from ineffective hand or machine washing. - dinner experience: poor service (had to call/ ask several times) to get everyoneā€™s request to serve drinks and snacks - for an informal happy hour with 15 hotel guests from same group. Then, also faced the same issue to set a table for dinner (existing tables not accommodating 7 people). It was one situation after the other that made me publish this critic. Iā€™m usually a high rate giver. This is more a heads-up and constructive critic to the management to try to figure out what happened in this specific week or month as several people in different categories of service not doing their job. On a positive comment, though I hadnā€™t time to enjoy I appreciated the fun spirit offer improvement with games, bikes and special places for guests to enjoy.

Love the quiet suburb or Rueil Malmaison. 1 block from the train station. Super convenient to get to central Paris. Staff is very nice. Caters to business travelers during the week (nice and quiet) but the tour buses rolls in on the weekend and gets a little bit louder.

I often go for work and it is a hotel that gives very good service, and comfy! highlight the attention of the staff, very friendly, always predisposed to everything you need. Especially Helder at breakfast! I would improve the temperature in the rooms as I was a bit cold, but I asked for an extra duvet and they gave it to me without any problem. See you soon šŸ˜Š!

The worst 3rd world experience. They overcharged me and when I tried to discuss the charges they all playing the run around game. Charged me for an infant in the room. I didnā€™t have a kid with me. (Like a 100 euros difference in taxes and fees) When I was leaving and asked for a taxi, the front desk guy called, what it seems the biggest taxi scammer in Paris. The guy overcharged me like 25 euros for the trip, blatantly claiming wrong mileage. My advice: AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE

Pretty run down and lowcost feeling for a 300 eur/night room on the outskirts of the city. felt lile in a very budget room from 15 years ago. A nail sticking out the wall is the doorstop for the bathroom door...seriously?? No toiletries at all in the bathroom Extemely noisy despite window being to a small yard. I thought the window is open at first. AC control is also from the 80's. Air is dry and hot so could not sleep well. Why have a pool table in the lobby?...with 2 balls missing?

I really was delighted by the experience in Novotel Hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and the location was really good too. Most of all I loved the customer service in Novotel the staff members were really kind and helpful especially John at the reception he helped a lot with the metro services and was generally absolutely hospitable. I loved my experience here and this may have been my first time here but this will surely not be my last. I am content to say that Novotel Hotel is an outstanding hotel.

Bad insulation, windows donā€™t close properly so you actually can hear outside noise. Bathroom was somehow cleaned with vinegar ? It stunk when I first got inā€¦ And finally they organize concerts in the lobby in the evening, why not ā€¦ but then they spend until 1AM moving stuff around, cleaning and clearing up the place, obviously without even trying to be quiet ..

The rooms where way too warm and couldn't be adjusted properly. The rooms could have some paint as the walls look kinda dirty. The breakfast was not at 6:30 as promised on day of arrival, but at 7.00 and it was nit possible to get the receipt before checkout which is really uncommon.

Room is good however the air-conditioning is not good. Size of the room is perfect. Location is not the best as it is far a bit from the downtown and this could be better choice for those who are coming for business trip as it is located close to many companies head offices.

Room clean & very basic, there are no frills in this hotel. However the room was quiet and a window opened fully allowing the strong smell of cigarette smoke to be somewhat diluted. The sink hole was clogged and no hot water in the tap. The shower did work. Service on the first night was poor but this was due to lack of staff as a jazz band were performing to quite a large crowd. When we did get served after about an hour of waiting and calling for attention on several occasions, the food arrived relatively quickly. Top marks to Amaro who did his best to look after us. He was under immense pressure but still managed a smile, an apology and some good humour as he wiped the sweat from his brow. Meal was reasonably priced as well and food was tasty, portions were a bit skimpy but my waistline will thank me for that.

This us a good hotel at its category. The night that we were there there was live music and it was fabulous. On the other hand the hotel needs to decide which customer profile they are serving, and this us not clear. I thought that they are serving to business customers but they don't have ironing equipment available to the rooms! I had to go 2 floors down yo iron my cloths there which was my first ever time ovef my 30 years of professional life. I would not recommend you to stay there.

Great clean hotel with nice service. Well positioned if you are visiting one of thƩ neighbouring companies. Otherwise not a happening neighbourhood.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Sandrine has been tremendously helpful. Small rooms but room service every day made us feel good as we came to the room. Good food and a great location. As said, this hotelā€™s staff are awesome!

They said on the website that there will be AC but it was not there in the rooms we had to stay with fans in our faces otherwise cleanliness wise it was good and comfortable

Stayed at this property for a business trip in Rueil. Location - Rueil in itself is a bit secluded, so good to normalise the expectations beforehand. The train station is quite close, perhaps ~6-7ā€™ walk. The hotel entrance feels like a big parking arena, so keep yourself aware to enter it right. Property - Big, spacious. Friendly n helpful staffs. Decent room. The iron service is located in a corner, could have provided in each room. Good breakfast. Sunday evenings are super quiet, Everything is closed, even there is no eating options in the property on Sunday evenings. Overall, good/decent stay.

Decent quality rooms. Sofa beds comfortably fit 2 children. Parking is free in August in the surrounding streets. Otherwise itā€™s ā‚¬16 a night at the hotel which is quite pricey. Electric charging points nearby. If youā€™re visiting from the UK your Octopus electric juice charging card will work. Rooms do NOT have AC so do NOT choose this hotel if you are visiting on a very hot day. Hotel will provide fans if necessary. Staff were very nice. Especially a chap called Mudathir. The train station is just round the corner to go into Paris. However your all day Paris pass doesnā€™t work on this station as itā€™s technically outside Paris. So you have to pay a return journey. There is a really nice bakery at the end of the street on the left towards the station where you can have breakfast. Great patisserie. There some local restaurants, apparently Bosphorous is a really good Turkish close by. You get a fridge in your room which is convenient. Checkout is nice and late at 12.

Rooms were spacious enough and clean. Breakfast was very extensive and very tasty. Only thing that was slightly less was the evening meal (dessert was great though). Waiter had also missed with my drink and said I had said it wrong (this was not so, table could confirm). This was not a problem in the end as I still had the correct drink. Very much of the drink menu was not available though.

I have been more than pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The service has been friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and tidy. The lobby area is spacious with areas to work, relax, watch tv etc. There is a bar offering a variety of hot and cold drinks. The continental breakfast is way better than anything you'll find stateside with American type items, but with somr French classics. Completely impressed. The hotel is not near the popular sites of Paris which I guess you can view as a positive or negative. The hotel is close to the metro system if you are brave enough to navigate it. Also, there are several shops and a grocery store within short walking distance of the hotel.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are very comfortable with a lots of space. Restaurant is also good. For breakfast you've got a wide range of choice from bacon, sausage and eggs to a wide range of viennoiserie and breads, including fruits and yoghurts.

Stayed for 4 nights with terrible experience that make me definitely want to leave a review. 1. Sink is blocked since the first day arrived, called 2 times never got fixed. 2. Hairdryer is so weak and they don't have alternative solution. 3. I followed the instruction on the paper to send clothes for cleaning. It didn't get cleaned and was dump at reception like a garbage bag after me asking where is my clothes? Thanks for this 200+ euro per night experience!

I stayed here for three nights back in July of 2012. It was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. Ultra modern materials and construction. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The service was excellent, both at the desk and the bar. The hotel is a short 20 minute RER ride into Paris. It is very close to the station, maybe one block. Everyone speaks English. I would definitely return.

I went there because a class was hosted there and it was a nice place. There was a lot of business space and great wifi. Additionally we did had free water and joices provided so overall a good spot for professional events and conferences. Location was pretty good as well. Not too far from a train station and right next to a bus stop

Comfortable and cozy hotel, geared mostly to business travelers. The rooms (suites) are spacious and comfortable, breakfast can be included as an option, there is no restaurant but there is a bar and 24/7 available food products that you can heat up in the microwave in your room. There is also a small gym in the hotel. Staff is friendly and professional, and do their best to resolve any issues quickly. As it is located in a business area, the hotel has cheaper rates during the weekends. The area is quiet, close to many large corporate offices, you are 6 mins walking distance to the RER (regional train station) and 12 minutes away from the Seine river. Paris center is 30-40 minutes away by public transport.

We often book Novotel because it's very predictable. It's on the very low end of 4-star hotels, but reliable and consistent in offering. We actually had stayed at this Novotel before and had a good experience. But this time, a few things went wrong: our first room had very low warm water pressure, making it difficult to take a shower. We complained and they immediately offered us to move rooms, which was nice. Unfortunately, the new room they gave us was a connecting room and the doors separating connecting rooms are not sound proof. We were woken up much earlier than we wanted by the loud voices of our neighbors. It felt like they were in our room. We could hear every word they each said. So if you ever stay at this Novotel, unless you are booking 2 rooms and actually want connecting rooms, avoid connecting rooms if you want privacy and quietness.
