I visited Hotel Arletti for the period of 10 days and I stayed in the apartment, it was extremely well furnished and maintained also I was very satisfied with the service always friendly and smiling staff they are always ready to help you with whatever you need. The location of the hotel is very close to the town (everything is a 10-minute walk away from the hotel). I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I visit the city of Ruse again. I can recommend it to everyone

I LOVED my stay at Arletti Hotel while I was in Ruse. That place was just incredible, beautiful, super clean, cozy and the staff was just AMAZING. Everything you think of they were able to provide with a smile! I will for sure stay there every time i visit Ruse again and I highly recommend it to everyone. I have never before been so impressed with a hotel experience as I was, staying here. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are equipped like in a 5 star hotel. The staff is wonderful and happy to help. Even the complementary items are of very high quality. The rooms aren't very big, but the whole building has a wonderful atmosphere and vibe. They've really done a wonderful job here and I can easily say this: If you're in Rousse and need a place to stay that's within waking distance of everything that there is to see, you want top quality service and rooms, this is it! This is the hotel to stay in. Recommended!

Very nice staff (our check-in was at 11 o'clock p.m.), everything is new and clean, your car is safe in the private (payed) parking. No fridge in the room, but the host was very kind and let us to use the fridge from the kitchen.

I spent two days in this lovely family hotel. Great rooms and great breakfast. I had the oportunity to spoke with the owner and he is a great man. Book this hotel for a perfect stay!

This hotel is virtually brand new! Everything in it, the furnishings, the decor, the equipment, the fittings is all brand new! Every element of this hotel is first class and comfortable. The rooms are a good size, the bathrooms are roomy and well equipped and everywhere, and I mean everywhere is spotless and dirt free! The staff are all super friendly and helpful too. We asked for de-caffeinated coffee on the first morning, which they did not have a stock of at the buffet breakfast, but they immediately obtained some and were well stocked for the rest of our 3 night stay. The location of the hotel is also very convenient too, well within easy walk of all amenities and attractions. You must try this place when you are in Ruse, it is perfect!
