Very good business hotel with perfect location - in the very center of Ruse on a walking distance from the Municipality and the Regional Governor's office, as well as from the most worth sightseeing places. The rooms are.big and comfortable, very well furnished. The staff is polite and friendly. The food is good and well prepared but the service was a bit slow, most probably not enough staff in the kitchen, which in these pandemic times is quite understandable

We decided to change the room and get the appartment wich had a very nice balcony where you could sit in the evening wich was very nice. The bed was extremely hard and was not sleepable at all, but that they fixed the next day wich we found was extremely nice and it gives them some credit. The breakfast was extremely bad, the buns was so hard that if I would hit someone in the head with them, I would actually knock them out for about 10 minutes. Sometimes when we asked them kindly they got something fresh, One day the ham was so old we sent it out as it was smelly. The coffee machines was more or less never working right, we got told by one of the workers we could fix it ourself. In the room there was a water cooker they never filled up with tea or coffe so we bought our own. One morning we had forgot to buy and went down and my girlfriend told them that it would be nice if they could fill up with some coffee in the room, and she was told in a rude way that coffee powder is not incl. the manager had only given it the first night to be nice. There was a cockroach in the bathroom it took two days before day took it away. They where very proud of their new restaurant, asked 5 days for a menu but they never manged to show one, so we gave up trying to eat there. Then it was the free parking, always when we came home in the evening the parking spaces of the hotel was taken. Because the guard was sent home because of the corona, to save money. Most of the cars was from people that was not guests in the hotel. What we got as an answer from the guy in the reception was that we should park our car on a public parking and to get up at 07.30 to either move the car or pay the parking space on the stree,t cause we could not pay for it in any way in the evening. One morning after ca. 14 days it was enough and we stayed another 6 weeks in a different hotel. The manager can be extremely friendly at the start but she gets extremely rude and unfriendly. Sorry to say but its just not good enough. NB! They always have atlest one person to look after the buffet, one of the mornings a child lost alot of cornflakes on the floor it was lying there for one hour as long as we there, the workers just let it there didnt care. I really dont know what they where thinking.

So... Honestly, not entirely sure where to start from. The building is completely outdated, perhaps from communist time. Elevator barely fits two people. One of my rides with it, the electricity shut down, so I was trapped for a good 5 minutes. Food is mediocre and far from the best restaurants in the city. Parking is a complete mess. No parking outside and to get to the inside parking, often you have to wait for about 10 minutes, till someone opens the gate. The rooms are alright, if priced different. The staff is not bad, except the front desk woman, who obviously have no customer service experience. Definitely not going back there.

The hotel is in a wonderful central location to the Liberty Garden with many sights and places to eat nearby. As well as a modern and accessible website removing the need to use booking sites that inflate costs with their commissions. The resptionists were friendly and welcoming and more than willing to try and resolve queries regarding the local area and if they didn't know went to the effort of finding out for us. Staff would greet you if they passed in the halls. The rooms were clean and though not the most modern the view from the front of the building was a gorgeous view of the plaza. However, if you get a room that faces the back or side of the building it was nothing to comment on. The lower cost rooms also did not seem to have a safe ect you get what you pay for so I would advise getting a Suite if it is within your means. Don't expect a hyper modern hotel with many amenities. It is a comfortable place to sleep and relax in your room in an older era building with lifts ect that match a building of that age. Get to breakfast early to enjoy the selection (though not the ice-cream, despite there being a scoope I sadly learned that the hard way) then go out and explore the city. I would happily stay here again if visiting Ruse in the future.

Very bad experience. I don’t know where to start. We made a reservation for one night at the hotel and talked by the phone with receptionist asking for late check out .She said that this is ok.We arrived at 3 o’clock in the morning hoping to have a time to sleep and relax. We couldn’t sleep because of some noise after 8 o’clock. So we decided to have a breakfast that was included in the price. 9 o’clock we were in the restaurant. The breakfast is scheduled to 10. But the food was not served. After request some food was arranged. While we were eating the stuff was cleaning the restaurant. It was very inconvenient to eat. After they ask as to leave the room at 12 o’clock and pay. They said they can’t have a late check out. They could say that in the time of reservation so we could stay in different hotel. That was the biggest disappointment. But hotel is very outdated. The beds were half done. In the bathroom they have only soap and old towels. Many facilities in the property does not work. The staff is not happy to see the hotel guests. The receptionist and the manager in hotel are not professionals at all.Same are people in the restaurant. We are travelling a lot and never have a bad experience like in that property.

I spend one night. Clean, underground parking and nice breakfast. The old rooms are old. Didn't check the renovated. In general would visit again if need to stay in Rouse.

The room was basic, but clean. When we checked in the receptionist was very helpful regarding parking. When we checked out a different receptionist tried to charge us for parking randomly. We didn’t pay. The breakfast was good and there was a lot of choice. The hotel is very well located.

Very comfortable and great food. The kitchen is certainly up to standard. Also, the location is hardly to be bettered! Did I wish convenience for the opera? Yes!

Could not use shower until hubby fixed it. Mini bar was non existant. The safe box is still safe never found it. No notices in reception for breakfast or function changes. Tried to use lobby bar but was told it was not available. Would have booked different hotel if I had the chance. Not recommended

Very good standard of hotel for a small town. Polite staff, spacious and clean rooms. Unfortunately hot dishes at breakfast generally cold, lack of ketchup, mustard or basic additives to e.g. sausage is a slight problem. Great location in the heart of the city.

This is an excellent hotel with modern, spacious rooms. The breakfast is plentiful and varied and the stuff is friendly. The hotel is just perfect for a short staying in Ruse.

It was my favorite hotel in Ruse, but they lost me yesterday. I will no longer be their guest. Parking fees drive me crazy. They tried to explain to me that this is the case everywhere, and I travel constantly and I know that this is not the case. I have been a guest of the hotel several times and for the first time they charge me a parking fee

Beautiful hotel, everything was perfect from the reception, to the restaurant and the bedroom. Appart from the shower that is completely flooded everytime you take a shower because the drain hole is not under the shower but in the middle of the bathroom, don't ask me why.

Stuff got us the wrong keys for the room, and generally they were a bit slow at their services. But the hotel and the rooms were in a good shape. Would recommend.

The hotel is perfectly situated right on the plaza. The junior suite is very big and has two lovely balconies, one off the lounge area and one off the bedroom. Staff are very friendly and everything is spotlessly clean. While many reviewers on a booking site complained about breakfast, we found it to be adequate and very tasty. There was an ample choice of cereals, fruits, cold meats, cheeses and sliced cucumber and tomato. For hot food, they had scrambled eggs and cocktail sausages, which were delicious! For the price, you couldn't do better!

👍 Located in a residential area of the city, this hotel is offering a good accommodation for business trips. Rooms are spacious enough, only downside are the bathrooms - showers are above the toilet seats no cabin or separation glass. Having a coffee machine at the reception is a great idea, I welcome...
