Big chouse of beers but they are very expensive and nothing special. All taste the same.

We were regular customers for the past year. The waitress didn't bring the steak, but brought half fried deep frozen potatoes and half baked chicken wings, and a Coke from 2 years ago. We've waited for an hour and a half for this. Can't imagine the hotel part...

Superb staff and extremely helpful. The bar here is absolutely amazing, worldwide beer selection and reasonably priced. You need to check their Bulgarian 'live beer'. Good sized room, very large bathroom, but floor gets VERY slippery as no non-slip tiles used. Curtains in bedroom do not close properly, so light intrusion is excessive. Decent breakfast. Free WiFi and parking. Apparently you can walk to the city centre in under 10 minutes...but I didn't attempt it, due to my disability. Be aware that there is no lift here and my bedroom was up 25 stairs...so not ideal...however the staff happily took care of my luggage for me. Highly recommended.
