Great hotel! Very welcoming hosts and a fantastic dinning room with fireplace and a barbecue area! I loved the interior and the atmosphere! Huge beds for ppl with children. I will be back for sure!

I have been staying in the English Guest house equally as much as in Jeweller Hotel and I love staying in both of them as much as I loved being part of their team and spreading the positive experience and knowledge I have obtained there in order to be able to provide the service that I wish was at the heart of every place i have visited so far. I enjoyed working in Jeweller and staying there, as it has met me with some of the best people I know and a lot of people from the United Kingdom(where I currently live) and they shared a lot of good tips. The people that stay there are what makes it also such a special and vibrant place. It also can't go without saying that the majestic views over the Danube and the modern works of the rooms makes it a top location for your stay in Ruse as well as it is for me. The management is great and I love the family that runs it. They are all a great team and are doing such a good job maintaining that customer satisfaction at its highest. Best wishes from Liverpool.

Been here on a bike trip to rest my legs. It is such a nice, quiet and cozy place. It was just what I needed. Rooms super clean and luxurious, nice craft beer in the fridge. The owner and personnel very friendly and english speaking, the owner being a bike enthusiast herself.
