The location and the neatness is amazing. Variety of Delicious breakfast services. The professionalism of the staff from the reception to the room service staff was awesome. Overall it was just marvelous. I eager to return there.

This is an awesome place. We usually hang out to this place with friends. It's our favourite place to have tea and coffee . Lemon ginger tea is just awesome They have good options for pastries. It's an awesome place,cool vibe, good music but not very loud. When you are here don't forget to try a volcano cake. It's mouth watering and definitely can't stop just at one bite.

I was treated like family. The staff was wonderful and friendly. I guess when you are in an area with low income housing across the street, what can you say. Oh, get a shoe shine from the guy across the street by the bus stop. Great job. Back to the hotel. Well, you almost feel like family. And the people are genuine. Nothing fake or false. Just real, down to earth people.

We came for a surprise birthday brunch and the service was AMAZING! The buffet breakfast was delicious and had good variety. I loved how they were flexible in accommodating our requests and served us with humble faces and wide smiles. The chocolatty moussy cake was also quite good. Definitely coming back for that. Lunch buffet was also good.

I have been using to stay at Radisson Blu hotel more than three times each more than 20 days. I have found Radisson Blu hotel relaxing, comfortable, staff is very cooperative and professional and humble hospitality. I love the food and their menu always. It is always my preference to stay in Radisson Blu hotel. Thank you for all your services.

Radisson Blu is part of an international chain so the standards and courtesy are expected. However the menu for meals is limited. They encourage the residents /guests to dine in by asking to fill out a disclaimer if a guest orders in a different cuisine. That was a bummer. The weekly Indian buffet should be discontinued. It is a poor and unengaged presentation of a rich and healthy fare. A colleague got starnded in a lift due to a brief power outage. Since it was time to depart for work we were worried about his well being. Running helter skelter to locate him. He had asked for a message to be conveyed to me re him being rescued from a stuck lift. NO message was conveyed. And I waited till I saw him walk out of the lift and then to hear of his brief adventure. So but for the three above episodes that we encountered the rest was a pleasant happy eventfree stay.

Great location, good food, wonderful rooms and great service staff. A full package. Highly recommended for all the business and other visitors.

My stay at the hotel was nothing but blissful. Awesome meals, awesome customer service. The guards at the entrance were particularly polite and really helpful. Could open doors to the cabs and gate. The kitchen staff were also very polite, always smiling and helpful. I wish I could remember their names, I would mention them. Highly recommended.

Very nice! Restaurant serves great food, excellent service from Jamel and his colleagues! The desserts are excellent! Definitely one to visit again!

I was here a few days for a meeting, the hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the view from the rooms is not always interesting though, the staff is super nice and ready to assist you/help you. The food is very good (especially the international breakfast). Highly recommended!

Good place to stay and conduct meetings during your Addis visit. Hotel is centrally located and near to local attractions. Stay was comfortable and staff were helpful. You can even do your PCR test in the hotel and get the report for your return journey. Hotel provides pick and drop services to airport and city rides. Also has a bank and ATM's inside the hotel. Breakfast options are good and even the food is tasty. Ask for a room with a view and enjoy the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located ~20 mins from the airport, and offers pick up and drop off. Rooms are spacious l, and events facilities are very nice. However, the highest point of the Radisson in Addis is, by far, the great team behind it. The driver, front desk, events team and room service go above and beyond to ensure you have a good experience! A special thanks to Eyob who helped me with a last min request, very efficiently! Thanks for your help! Upon arriving I was gifted with a welcome basket filled with fruits, dates and other goodies, which I thought was an added nice touch. Thanks to the whole team for a nice stay!

The staff are always wonderful and very friendly. I love the coffee shop in the foyer. I've visited a few times and feel like the breakfast has improved over time. One thing to note is that the in-room dining menu has limited vegetarian options but they have a much more extensive menu at the restaurant.

I had their brunch buffet. Clean and tasty. Would absolutely go again.

Can you just turn down the music a little bit? I live the apartment behind your hotel. It already 11 pm now. You don't even care your neighbor. Your customer need happy. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Radisson Blu in Addis Ababa. The rooms were exceptionally clean, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the security guards were friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. However, I was disappointed in the standard of the restaurant as it did not meet the standard of a 5-star hotel. Additionally, the staff were very rude, which made for a frustrating experience. I would recommend that the hotel consider improving their customer service and restaurant standards to ensure that all guests have an exceptional experience.

I’m rating 1 star the service due an incident we have with an outside driver recommended by the Hotel personal on Wednesday June 28th, who took as to Mount Entoto, made as walk almost the entire park when we told him we did not want that and then left us alone in the Mountain. We had to ask for help to the police at the Mountain exit who requested a driver to take us back to the hotel, which was far away. When we arrived at the hotel, the recommended driver was already there and forced us to pay him 60USDs un a very aggressive way. We were on vacation so we didn’t want any trouble. When we told this to the hotel manager at check out it was only an apology. I just want to make sure that that external driver is not recommended again since he is not to be trusted and put us in danger.

I go to this hotel every time I’m in Addis, because LTE is so dismal. So, I go to Radisson’s cafe to use their WiFi. Coffee and snacks are great. There’s AC. The ambiance is quiet, modern, and comfortable, with good customer service, especially from the valet parking staff. Price is on the higher end, but I feel safe inside.

Nice hotel but bit costly. Majority of the staff is co operative and humble but a few, may be an issue due to less knowledge of foreign language. Breakfast has quite good varity. I enjoyed most fresh fruits and fresh and pure fruit juice. Oveall a good experience.

The rooms are their best selling point, spacious and with all utilities necessary for accomodation. The food are not that good, waiter service is below average. They may bring for you something you have not ordered for but that is common in whole Adis Ababa. its next to the main highway and parking slot is quite a problem. Its a nice situated place with extra security near UN offices.

Worst Cheesecake Ever! My daughter's birthday was spoilt by Radisson's thrash. Last time we had a tasteless Cheesecake from here, we taught it was a one-off. But when it happens a second time, you know it was planned mediocrity! Shame on you Radisson Blu!!

Great foods, amazing meeting facilities, convenient location, spacious lobby and restaurants and bar seating areas, kindest restaurant attendants. Great bed rooms. The service was very slow and foods were small the first day, but greatly improved over time. The worst experience I had was WiFi connectivity in the rooms the entire time. Hey, they have my favorite dessert|tressed - CHEESECAKE & I forgive them.

With exquisite grace and organization, you suggested roast entrecote, grilled tomatoes, potato gratin, red wine sauce, soup, and tomatoes for dinner. My favorite combo is meatballs, cream sauce, and potatoes, therefore I hope to see you soon.

I stayed for one night as a layover on an Ethiopian Airlines journey. I was not impressed. On arrival the Reception staff were efficient and, being 21:45 I was shown into the dining room for dinner. There was a limited set-menu. I ordered a green salad as starter. It was varied, interesting and enjoyable. For main course there were 3 options, beef burger, chicken and another. The waitress couldn't explain what was the chicken or other option (I am only able to speak English) so I opted for the burger. The beef patty was dry and tough and, amazingly, the French fries looked ok but were actually quite raw. McDonald's have nothing to fear! I was too tired from travel to complain and so I just sent it back. I took a fruit salad for desert - it was good. No coffee was offered. The room was fairly standard. The mattress had seen better days and the coil springs were in evidence. There was a kettle together with 2 tea bags and 4 sugar sachets. I phoned reception and asked why no coffee or milk/creamer. I was told that these were not provided. I went down to reception and complained personally. I was invited to buy coffee from the café. When I got back to my room, a waiter arrived with a complementary cup of coffee and a sachet of instant coffee with creamer. I have stayed at Radisson hotels elsewhere and have been happy. I don't know why the standard at this one is so deficient. I told Reception that, if I had a viable option, I would move. Definitely not a hotel that I would stay in again.

Didn’t stay in hotel but ate downstairs. Restaurant didn’t say they don’t have ice cream and cherries for the dessert and then try to charge you full price for a few pieces of fruit. Argued with us that it’s included in the total price. (But not included in what they are serving??)

We had a wedding on Saturday on15/1/22, all of your staff was very friendly special Mr. Dawit coordinator of the event was beyond exceptional, professional and very helpful, Chef Daniel was so friendly, the waiter Eyob and Mideksa were active, fast. The meal was very tasty. I and my whole family were very happy with the service. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

Keeps holding obnoxiously loud parties on the terrace, disturbuing the apartment complex meters away, managment keeps giving empty promises, most likely will.need to start a formal lawsuit.

The rooms are super and meals are great, however, the hotel is located along a major ..and hence alot of noise from passing vehicles at night for the rooms on the side adjacent to the road.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Radisson, Addis. Was there for a short stay on holiday to see family after being away from Addis for a very long time. Location to visit must see places is vital and Radisson is the place to be. Services by reception, room service and breakfast is top class. Enjoyed it and recommend it to all.
