From the concierge to the admin, I felt very warmly welcomed. The breakfast contains a wide variety of Ethiopian cultural food together with meals that you can commonly find in your country home, making you spoilt for choice😁. The rooms are big enormous and spacious. Very great customer service from everyone. I enjoyed my stay. It's worth every penny.🫠

Great service always from check in, Concierge, breakfast and room service. Whenever I travel to Addis I stay at Ramada. Location is at the heart of Bole business district. Very continent location to go pretty much anywhere. The guys who support me for any luggage service are awesome. People like Elias and the rest make me feel at home. Same goes at breakfast and Reception area. Well recommended

It’s really great experience during my last week March stay in Ramada hotel. I have tried many hotels but Ramada is at par and good in all of them. Hygiene , clean, professional, humble behaviour of staffs , warm welcome , complementary upgrade, nice pleasant view from room… its long list…. Highly recommended

Very nice place! The buffet at the Chef’s Club restaurant is so good. The staff is nice. Parking was convenient. Definitely worth more visits!
