Illy's desserts are some of the best in town, and the interior design is impeccable. My favorite order so far is the Illy Duetto, with its creamy layer & chocolate sprinkles on top. The people are fast & accommodating as well. But the items are on the pricier side, so come prepared.

I don’t usually give 5 stars… but this cafe is deserving 🙌🏾 the drinks are overpriced, but the food and cakes are definitely not. I’ve had all kinds of pastries here.. their chocolate cake, and tiramisu are amazing. Millefeuille and cheese cake are ok.

Illy Caffe is an internationally well known brand and the coffee is spot on. I was a bit bewildered to drink a coffee that was imported with hard earned currency in the birthplace of coffee,our own coffee coming back to us but pricey. The standard the cleanness and the branding shall be noticed by local brands to bring this level of hospitality. The pastries were also great.

The place is cozy and modern. The pricing is expensive but they have types of coffee that are not common in Ethiopia so when I do have the money I would love to go and try out what more Illy has to offer

Nice place authentic coffee and vibe

I was harrased by the security guy at the door. Please hire someone that is professional. We stopped by there to try the cake and the tea selection after church. It is very disappointing and unacceptable behavior from a place like this. I have been to the other franchise in USA, not the treatment I expected. Discrimination is not OK. Being rude and disrespectful should not be tolarated, please provide him training or hire a professional security person. The server was very nice and professional, he apologized for the security guard behavior. The store manger was not available. Love the tea selection and the cake.

Me and my friends visit Illy Whenever we need a good treat and we are never disappointed. Their cakes and coffee are the best I've tested so far. Fasting or not. Yesterday we had a little farewell party in the office and I recommended Illy to be applauded for my good taste. What was more satisfying is the friendly service from all the staff while ordering on the phone. They literally made me feel like I am special. We changed our orders many times but they were patient and even helped us in choosing. I would like to say thank you !!

Illy caffe is located five minutes from the airport at Snap Plaza. They have a variety of coffee and a very good tea. Their sweets are great but the place is pricy & parking is difficult!

I only got the chance to try their dessert and coffee and For dessert it's 10/10. No words. Their affogato is like heaven. It's like combined perfectly. Extraordinary. I loved it. Just try it without hesitation.

Every thing is so good and the waiters are lovely and food is delicious but there’s one mistake i found two times hair in the food

The Service is very slow. It’s will take a last 25-30 mins to get your order. But if your willing to wait the coffee is pretty good.

Literally the worst! one of the dude waiters was nice the lady waiter and the other dude waiter had an ora of holier than thou. And the price is 5 times more than the most expensive place, the cake is not worth it not even filling I had to go tutti gelato, not sponsored, after that because I had room. Will never go back the price it self is jarring but with the service if google had negative I would give that score the absolute worst , literally the worst seldom do I hate a place with such passion. The only positive is the design but I just can’t get over the price so pretentious

We paied 840 Birr for 2 bad pieces of cake and 2 Cappuchino! Real large Disappointment! Very expensive lower Industrial quality cake.Absolutely no recommodation.

Great dark roast coffee, the espresso/doppio/americanoes are quite nice. The pastries are mostly miss, you will be disappointed and overcharged at the same time. The food is pretty decent, though. Don't expect substantial volumes if you're hungry, taste wise it's quite Ok

Mmm it's okay, i just went there to use the wifi and i had to buy water 💦 for that for 40birr 0.5l too expensive. But it's a nice place if you have your money.

I was very late and wanted to have a quick meal and coffee. But I waited for my pasta for 30 minutes! 30 minutes! When they brought the pasta, they immediately served me coffee, I ordered a Venetian cappuccino with whipped cream, and while I was eating, the cream settled to the bottom, and I ate very quickly! If you want to eat quickly and qualitatively I do not advise you this cafe!
