Hotel staff is great but the restaurant is terrible. They are serving uncooked food

I stayed here six nights during an international engagement with some military counterparts. This hotel was selected by the embassy. However, I was quite impressed with everything about it. The check in was fast and friendly. The room was quite posh with a wonderful view of the city and a impressive monument. The hotel is connected to an amazing mall with some awesome stores and restaurants. The breakfast is full of options. The bar is also nice with various local beers and wines. My only complaint would be the lack of any kind of swimming pool. I prefer to swim as opposed to go to a gym. Still, this place rates a solid four. You will sleep well and be content.

Really great hotel and comparably to one in the states the value here is too good to pass up. The rooms are very neat, clean and crisp. The breakfast is fantastic, the common areas are spacious and the views are breathtaking. Location is fantastic as well, walk to old town, cabs available 24/7, bus stop near by. I would highly recommend!

The place looked nice and the location is pretty ideal but the service is terrible. I was here for work and I called my reservation in a few days before we arrived. Then I saw a cheaper price on Google so I asked for that price. The lady at the front desk asked if I wanted to cancel my existing reservation, she said yes. I asked to make a new reservation with that price. She asked me for the details and I gave them to her, I asked if there was anything else she needed from me, she said no and I told her I would see her later. I arrived to the hotel and one of the people I was traveling with went to check in before me. He said I had apparently canceled the reservation, I said yes and I made a new reservation, so I went upstairs to sort it out myself. I got here and the lady at the front desk was absolutely nasty. She wasn't helpful at all, she said I never made a new reservation and that the price I wanted was too low. I asked why I gave her all the information then if I wasn't making a reservation. She said she just wanted to know. On the phone she asked me for my name, the price listed online, the site that listed the price, she asked if it included breakfast, and if it was only for one night. This is also shocking because she was actually very young to be such a disgusting person, I don't expect rudeness from my generation, I thought we had evolved past that. We still ended up taking two rooms here and the rooms were mediocre at best. However, B&B Hotel at centrum and Holiday Inn Express down the street were both nice and accommodating places, I would go with them over this one.

During my stay here in Rzeszow I had a very comfortable conditions thanks to Rzeszow Hotel. Services offered by Hotel are at the top rank.

Lage ist okay, zu Fuß mann kann zur Stadtzentrum erreichen, leider es ist laut wegen des Verkehrs. Mitarbeitern sind sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützen bei alle mögliche Sachen. Zimmer sind sauber, Bett und Kissen waren gemütlich aber Zimmer hätte einwenig Renovierungsbedarf.

Nice hotel in a very good location in Rzeszow. With easy access to stores and to a few minutes to the most beautiful part of the city center. The bedrooms are very comfortable.

the hotel is not bad in general. but never check into a room on the 5th floor. For 250 €, we got this view from the window to the roof of the shopping center with a many of different pipes. The employee at the reception is not competent and not friendly. but I will note the delicious breakfasts.

One of most modern hotels in Eastern Europe. Great facilities, great breakfast and really business-shaped hotel. Price reasonable and very good choice in menu at restaurant. Directly connected with the shopping center and movie Theater. Recommended.

You expect higher standards from a 4-star hotel. If you're on a plant based diet, you will find the breakfast menu nonexistent. For 3 days I ate bread, some paprika and spinach with orange juice, which hardly counts as eatable and diverse enough. There was barely anything else dairy or meat free. There was plenty of sausages, scrambled eggs, cheese and meat all over the place at the same time. On the first day I asked the service if they have plant based milk, they said they ran out of it. I asked if anything can be done for tomorrow, they said "maybe" and did nothing for 3 days. Lies and low effort obviously.

A pretty standard hotel, lacks some attention to detail (had to ask for loo roll!) and it seems odd that you get a rule book about the replacement cost for furniture in the room (there must have been some crazy parties in the past) - the breakfast is fantastic if not a little hit and miss with having to guess the food (vegan cheese wasn't labelled)

We have everything that we need and even more, next to Old town.
