I ate their Molten Lava cake with Ice Cream and trust me, It was very delicious. I visited sadiqabad after many years and found this place an amazing addition for the people of this city. It was crowded but their management and staff behaviour was excellent. Overall ambiance was good.

I have tested pizza, in sadiqabad among all the brands i have tasted found the best in taste,suggested flavors which i liked the most nwabi kababi,tikka,and their special which contains more mioneez,one more Millae Botee Kabab good one.but they need to improve their delivery system, as their office is outside the city and take some time while delivery and at the end you'll get cold pizza,overall the management is too poor needs improvements and special attention, faced misshapen in many times, sometimes your order will not be the actually you have ordered, sometimes one or two things are missed from order, not happy from their management

Amazing food. Have been a regular customer for a long time now. They have the best desi pizza in Pakistan and this is coming from someone who has travelled all across Pakistan and currently lives in Islamabad. Very affordable too. This gets a thumbs up from me👍

Chayee and grill used to be great but since their business have grown they have become extremely arrogant. The person taking order is rude. Most of the times they don’t pick up calls for delivery and when they do they just mention that they can’t deliver due to many orders in row. If they can’t handle deliveries they can just exclude their delivery service. It’s not appropriate to deliver only when it is convenient for them. Disappointed.

Good quality and taste is very good. Atmosphere is good. Service below average: 1) We waited for 10 minutes and no one came for the order. Upon inquiring whether there was self service they told the waiter is coming. 2) Tissue papers given were lower in quantity. 3) Didn't put water in front of us until asked.

The staff need bit training regarding customer service. As recently i visited the place, ordered the food 2 zinger with large fries , finished the deal. But during all this the Burgers were not warm while the fries were perfectly fresh. No extra napkin or tissue were provided until demanded. The catchup botel was not having any lid, moreover one of the waiter just picked it without our consent or permission in the middle of the meal. FOOD QUALITY IS GOOD, but above-mentioned converse can make this place considerably good.

They have good taste, our each second Teams monthly dinner goes to Chai and Grill. Inflation is impacting a lot to most of startup's we noticed it last week when their branding was disappeared on tissues, although it doesn't matter if taste is good and same.

I visited first time, staff can't understand what customer wants. I ordered one large chicken cheese lover pizza and Waiter bring only cheese pizza without chicken. And when I asked where is chicken he miss guide me. So I decided next time I will not go there.
