Worst hotel i had ever seen the owner ot this hotel is foolish . Very rude receptionist and they have installed camera in rooms . Plz dont visit here

The premises is ok but I personally felt the staff was untrained, the hotel reception ceiling was leaking and the food tasted ok. I would recommend the hotel should focus on maintaining the infrastructure and include skillful staff so that the guest feels satisfied by the hotel services. Adding to that there were no temperature checks and sanitization. Do take precautions while roaming in the hotel premises.

Hotel SkyLark has an on-road location, sufficient parking space, the restaurant and bar and a private party lounge are all on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor has rooms available. The food was just fine, not good, and even the service was lousy, had to instruct the servers many times.

Its a great hotel with cooperative staff

I had to stay in this Hotel for one night and my room no 206 was a horrible nightmare.It smelled rotten.. furniture was in bad shape and you didn't feel to sit..no exhaust in washroom...I had to tip the room service to bring tea etc..in morning when I ordered breakfast and chose to have it in restaurant it was closed and it's terrace was as if it was not cleaned for weeks..don't ever go...

The first Open terrace concept was given by the restro in saharanpur . Good place to hang out , they always give some discounts if asked . The best dish : BUTTER CHICKEN . FINGER LICKING GOOD .. I have never got that type of butter chicken in any other restro I tried . Just a suggestion , just use Less amount of food color in butter chicken else it is perfect ..

Butter chicken here is a must to try item, never had such an amazing dish anywhere else. 🤤😋

All was good, rooms were spacious, food was excellent, everyone loved the food, but 1 star less is only for the rooms were smelly, exhaust fan in the bathroom were damaged & not working. After running the AC for about 3-4 hours, room odour was started to decrease, but still all rooms should be neat, clean & deodorised before guests enter the room.. I'm definitely gonna book here again for any function because hall, food was excellent but not gonna book rooms here.. Sky lark is 100% 5 * if i don't include rooms along with rest of the facilities..

Very very bad experience, totally unprofessional. they cut gst and gave manually bill no computerised bill. Their food is totally waste and waste of time ans money. If any muslim who don't know their chicken is halal or not they never ask to customer or tell our chicken is jhatka. They should have improve their customer service.
