Doctors don't reach and check patient on time.i visited yesterday and got late just 5mints from my appointment time and the reception boy refused us to be checked up by the doctor (Dr,usama). Second day we reached hospital but doctor did not reach till 8pm while we have appointment time of 6:30pm Very very poor behaviour of doctors and staff Patients get more sick while waiting for so long time

Phone operatiors are non professional. They won't listen to you. They will pick up your phone call and will start the gossip with other people.

Receptionist doesn't attend the phone call. If you're lucky enough,they will attend the call and disconnect without any quarry,even speak a single word. I visited the hospital, non-cooperative staff, doctors don't pay attention their patients as they should.only building attract the ppls.

To be honest, this is a very good hospital but they charge you higher even for basic stuff. This is an expensive place.

Lady with me accidentally step on the tiles jo under construction thi and the doctor himself is humiliating her in front of everyone. koi tension mn ho tou hospital ata hai aor woh doctor agy sei badtmeezi kr raha hai .What the hell is wrong with you guys. They are doing just business. No care of your kids only care of their Commissions and Payments If your baby has just a low blood suger. They will admit him for at least 1 week and will charge 5000 per day only room charges. Medicine and tests are extra. My Strong Recommendation is stay away

staff is uneducated, no one cooperative, even they were laughing each other in front of patients. The most casual and unethical behaviour. upon complaining an admin officer don't even feel ashmed but giving lame excuses. Even Doctors are inexperienced. staff didn't know how to talk or behave.
