    If I could give no rating I would. This location has gone down hill drastically. I understand that businesses in the fast food industry are short staffed now, but that doesn’t mean they should be ok with falling short in quality of food and quality of service. All of my nuggets in the order were stale. The fries were overly salty and my chicken sandwich was not cooked properly or presented nicely. To make things even worse, the paper that separated their cheese slices was in the sandwich. Typically I would look past horrible service for decent food, but I can’t for this location. The workers do not care about their attentiveness when you’re ordering or what food they are serving to the public. Go somewhere else nicer if you want a quick meal! This is not the place!

    I want to Wendy's and the drive thru lady was rude and rushing us to place our order. She told it's going to be a couple of minutes on 20 spicy chicken nuggets. By time I got home and open my bag. I see one nugget with a piece of fabric on it. I called up to complain to the manager. They would pick up and wouldn't say anything then hung up on me. They called a few mores they wouldn't even answer the phone to the business. I wish I could give them zero stars. Don't do go to this one

    If I could give below one star I would. I just spent over $30 for food I CANT EVEN EAT. My pop was nasty...they gave something not COKE, tasted like there was liquor in it. The hamburger was like two days old, it was hard and nasty. My burger was RAW, LITERALLY IT WAS RED and they put no sauce and no lettuce on it when I ordered extra of both. AND the chili was dowsed with hot sauce...it was inedible! The fries were also old, not fresh, they were cold and bland. The entire order was a waste. We had to pull up to wait for them to bring out old and raw food. When they brought it out I swear I seen one of the boys smoking what looked like a joint IN THE RESTAURANT perhaps that's why the order was so messed up?

    Not so fast food you'll regret. Trash. Literally anywhere else would be a better choice. How can you consider it fast food when you make me sit for 20 minutes before coming in to check on things? 2 cars in the driveway and you can't make 4 items? Give me a break. I'll take my hard earned money to somewhere that deserves it.

    Food was hot, fresh, not microwaves. Customer service was was great. Wendy's on Harper and 13 has really cleaned up. Staff was very friendly and order was spot on. Great job to the people who worked Monday night June 20, 2022 around 8 - 9 pm you deserve a raise.

    Since I moved into the area everytime we have gone here in 10 months our food gets messed up or items missing. Today was the last straw. Ordered a Asiago chicken sandwich for my wife. I simply requested grilled chicken instead of fried. No tomatoes and no ranch. You gave her just a piece of chicken. I got a grilled chicken combo. And instead of the normal sauce you put ranch. On top of that I ordered a Dave's double. We get a single that wasn't even made right. Also one of the meals was a large only had half a container of fries. I will never be back. And if I could I wouldn't even give you a one star.

    It's always something here. I can't use a coupon or my rewards because their scanner is broke. Hasn't worked for months. Last time I was in, the soda machine wasn't working. They need to get their ducks in a row or a new GM or something Service is fine. The employees do their job and are always willing to help.

    Was asked to come inside for a mobile order pick up that I specified drive thru because I was on my lunch break with my daughter. Told the person at the window I wasn’t coming inside I chose drive thru and she said excuse me and I said it again so she copped her attitude even more and told me to come to the window because they can’t find my order. Even though the app was saying it looks like you’re here go to the drive thru.. has me pull up and wait for my order. Sit there 15 minutes, get my food and drinks. Say thank you to every item handed to me, no you’re welcome back. Ordered two biggie bags, and a 4 pc spicy nugget with cokes. Check the bag, have two sandwiches one chicken nugget and one fry. Go inside and tell them my order was wrong and missing items. Asked my mobile order name, and what I had. Order is still messed up ( I guess I should have checked AGAIN ) and I Received a root beer and a Diet Coke as drinks. This place has gone down hill fast. Drive the extra couple miles and go to another one. They haven’t changed their fryer oil in what presumes weeks. Everything tastes like old oil.

    Customer service here is FABULOUS. Everyone has been kind and efficient when I visit. The vagrants coming in and out definitely impact the atmosphere, though. The fries were extremely salty. Quality, overall, is a bit inconsistent. Loving the spicy nuggets lately. Try them with sweet and sour sauce! 🫰😁

    The staff are awful there goofing off making fun of one of their workers while there struggling on the front counter my food was cold because it took nearly a whole hour. I wish the place would be more lively and actually care about the people who come in and pay for the food because I might not ever return due to the sheer stupidity I had to stand through for a simple order.

    Asked for a plain single,gives me a cheese plain single I say no cheese and the male Wendy's mascot gives me a fully loaded burger ,worst work ethic upon fast food workers I've seen,this Wendy's makes the McDonald's at 9 and greater mack look great

    Have been going to this location a few times, food tastes great, however, in the past 4 visits, the order has been missing items. The staff is friendly and helpful, clean atmosphere inside but I'm unsure of why items are consistently missing from the order that I've purchased. I haven't had items added to my order, only missing the things I bought. Due to this inconsistency, I find it more convenient to eat elsewhere and will not be coming back to this location.

    Drive thru is very slow. I asked for a drink carrier and the young man was annoyed. I asked for sweet & sour sauce when i ordered and it wasn't in the bag.

    First bad experience here and I won't be back. Fries were inedible and so was one of my son's burgers. You have to be a low class individual to give people inedible food when they are paying their money. I don't care if you hate your job, have some pride in yourself for goodness sake. Raise your teenagers better!

    Wanted to try a new sandwich they had. Ordered two of them and got the completely wrong sandwiches. Order taker did not repeat my order back to me. I wasted like 12 dollars on those, bro. And the sandwiches I got were both awful in taste and presentation.

    Worst service ever. Watched 7 people return with messed up orders while waiting over a half hour to get 2 burgers, with no lines. Pop machines are broken along with their order computers. 6 employees and none of them can get an order correct. Will not be returning.

    This location never has baked potatoes no matter what time or day of the week. The first couple times it happened they replaced it with other items but this most recent time they did not and did not refund money either. The spicy chicken nuggets I got were stale and not warm, fries were not fresh at all.

    The new chicken parm sandwich was delicious. My granddaughters fries were cold though. The counter person forgot ranch dressing in the bag. We were lucky to decide we would dine in so we went back to the counter for it. Dirty tables except for the high top which we ended up at.

    Took our order got to the window it was a manager Then he walked away came out the side door in front of my vehicle to smoke a vape .Then went back inside how disrespectful. I will never go to that Wendy's again.

    Food is usually good at taste, but a few times they have missed an item, got something wrong, etc. And customer service can be A LOT better, that's why the 2 stars

    I went to Wendy's at 13 n Harper, and received a soppy salad. I complained to Andrew n the next day went back and got a replacement. Andrew wasn't there but I was given a replacement. Once again the lettuce was all wet! Looked like it already had dressing on it. I took 2 pictures of both bowls of lettuce to show how wet and disgusting that lettuce was.the 2nd Manager was a round out black man, 2ho didn't believe me when I called back and complained about the salad once again! I have pictures. I was Not compensated for my time nor for the 2nd wreck my salad was! I've been buying my salads here for years! I've Never had 2 salads all drenched and limp and looking nasty, never!! But here 2 days in a row! Neither were edible. I brought the first back, the 2nd I just threw it away!

    Terrible!! Watched the commercial. Thought they had the best fries, and the large chocolate shake would beat mcdonalds...not in the least. 6 chicken nuggets, 1 large frie (1/2 of fries in pack) large frosty was a 10 oz. Drink cup. No straw!! No receipt, but charged $18.63...are you kidding. Wendys was always the priciest fast food, but give me a break!!.. Never going there again. Mcdonalds is just the north side of Harper and 13. I will wave when I pass Wendys bye.

    Used to always like Wendy's, love the fries! But hamburgers are cold, think they make em up ahead of time and they just sit there. Cheese isnt melted at all. Disappointed.

    I didn't have time for the line at McDonald's, there wasn't one here. I hadn't been in a while, service was friendly the food was not good. My burger was very much made and left over from the lunch rush, the cheese had melted and then hardened back up. Oh well, at least it was cheap.

    We went inside because my mom wanted dine in. When we got to the counter a black kid told us that there was a shift change and he didn't take our order. We waited a few minutes but we left. He didn't even bother taking our order and someone else's order as well. We never had terrible service at this wendys but this was definitely terrible.

    Employees are no-nonsense and professional- you’re in and out of the establishment, the food was fresh, hot, delicious and accurate! This is why I go a little farther to this location when I want Wendy’s, they’re always great at this location! Love the breakfast potatoes btw, those need to become an all-day regular menu item😋
