Great new addition to Melbourne’s cocktail scene. Beautiful layout and Andy is always lovely to chat to. You can see a huge amount of energy has gone into this place and specifically the cocktail list. Great location and being open from 4pm is so convenient for that after work drink

A tiny hidden gem that I'd rather visit on quieter days. It's pretty festive and crowded till late on Friday. Yin yang milk punch would be the best for after-work. Apple Farmers, a guest bar's choice, was surprisingly smooth as well.

There is nothing else like this! Amazing decor and immaculate attention to detail. The menu is extensive meaning there is something for everyone. If you are in the area and looking for an intimate evening I recommend you check out One or Two. 👌🍸

Amazing drinks! Phenomenal service, cosy intimate considered. They have a changing menu (every 3 months ish) but because the cocktails are so amazing it really brings you “in the moment” this might be last time you will enjoy this amazing drink - making it more special. And when you visit again there may be a new menu with equally new amazing drinks - centring you in the moment again and again.

A lovely spot away from the noise of main Chinatown. Bring your date or mate, and have a chat with the passionate staff if it's not busy. I noticed that others has a love heart for their garnish, but I got a cute cat head for a sunny Friday afternoon. My Old Fashioned was delicious, multilayered and sweet without being saccharine. As the name suggests, order a drink (or two) and enjoy the atmosphere before stepping out for a night of adventure.

The concept behind one or two is truly endearing, the staff hospitable beyond expectations, so kind and welcoming, very simple yet well crafted menu. Immensely cosy, such a quaint lil bar, definitely not designed for big groups, but designed for one or two ☺️ loved my experience!

This hidden gem is the perfect stop in between places. The owners/bartenders are lovely. The cocktails are delicious and smooth but also unique. The music is perfect for the environment. The space is small but interment, great to have a conversation. It's a must!!

Earn the reputation of a gem, tucked away in a side street, the owner (?) is super attentive and it is nice to hear about the story of the place. The cocktail were on point and tastefully selected . Also music is so chill ! 100% recommend !

An amazing addition to Melbourne’s Chinatown. We’ve been needing a cocktail venue like this. Andy and team were so helpful and knowledgeable with drink selection. The drinks list is reliable and adventurous - complex and not pretentious - all at the same time, catering for all comers. Must visit secret new venue in the city. Locals’ new home away from home.

New Wabi-Sabi Whisky and Cocktail Bar in Melbourne 🍸 Hidden in the heart of Chinatown is this new intimate 26 seat, contemporary whisky and cocktail bar by bartender who has worked at some of Melbourne’s best bars including Byrdi, the Black Pearl and Above Board ✨ The space is moody and tranquil, with Japanese-inspired dark wood interiors offering an escape from the hustle and bustle of the CBD 🌃 Their cocktail list features One or Two Originals which have an Asian-inspired twist, as well as three classics and a couple of guest cocktails from celebrated bars around the world - currently on the menu is is Hong Kong bar COA (#1 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2022) 🧋 Yin Yang Milk Punch ($24) Milk tea without the milk! One of their most popular drinks and my personal favourite. Served with a piece of dark chocolate to nibble which goes incredibly well with the drink. 🧧 Red Pocket ($24) Such a beautiful drink! This one is fruity, sweet, and distinctively sour - loved it! 🍋 Fitzgerald ($23) Simple, refreshing, and perfectly balanced sweet and sour - you can’t go wrong with a classic! 🥩 Bloody "Beef" Maria [Savoury] ($24) by Lok Cheung, COA Hong Kong. An inventive take on the Bloody Maria with Sichuan pepper and beef stock (you can really taste the umami from the stock!) - a bit too adventurous for us! Note that they accept small groups and walk-ins only.

This is a small cocktail bar that focuses on customer service, atmosphere and genuine love of cocktails. Cool music. A little difficult to find but worth the effort.

Aesthetically pleasing and tasty cocktails. Definitely a good date spot. Limited seats so get in early! Not very many food options.

A modern twist on the speak-easy scene if you want one or two drinks for one or two people. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Really amazing quality drinks that are a next level experience. Would highly recommend trying this place for your next cocktail.

The way it tastes like and smells like, is exactly what shows on the menu, very impressive! 🍸Awkward Plantation $26 This one is remarkable amazing 👍🏻 For people who usually drink cocktail or whisky, this is the one you should try. I found “Ka Va Lan” whisky which is made from Taiwan 🇹🇼 🤩
