I've been training at Elastica for over a year! For a long time I was looking for a studio in the metro area of ​​Komendantsky Prospekt, Pionerskaya, where they would teach how to do the splits, and not just do a cool-down in the form of stretching after the main workout. I like the level and quality of classes! It turns out to be a full-fledged workout, which involves a serious warm-up, work in pairs, and the splits themselves, respectively. You won’t be able to stretch so well at home; there is no way to independently control the exercise technique, and there is no partner who would “press correctly and safely.” And in other studios I didn’t have enough professionalism of the trainers! I’ll also add that this studio has the most convenient location and the most positive coaching staff! I enjoy going to training sessions with Yana, Dasha, Nastya, Diana, I recently discovered Alena :)) in general, if she’s not a trainer, she’s a Wonder Woman :))) Special respect to the administrator Marina for endlessly washing floors and treating rugs)) I love You girls))

I like to work out at a measured pace, but at the same time effectively. The studios are clean and close to the metro. Pleasant atmosphere for studying.

The stretching is always high quality, the load is even, and after training you leave tired but happy. Classes are held in small groups of up to 8 people, often working in pairs, so the trainer sees everyone and demands full dedication from everyone. Studio "Elastika" is a place where I always want to come: 2 spacious rooms, excellent lighting, mirrors. But the atmosphere is created not only by the walls, but, above all, by the people: the friendly and friendly administrator MARINA, the trainers: DIANA, ALENA AND, of course, DARIA.
